In Oct 2018, against my better inner judgement i leased a prius from this place. Since i was handing over a crv lease from honda and i signed paperwork that they were taking over the remainder of the car for their selling needs. I have reviewed my paperwork to find that the orginal document was not included. I have called multiple times and no one would return my call with regards to what happened to my crv. Honda is stating they dont have it.

Also while signing they tried to manipulate the numbers stating that i could walk at anytime but as i try they refuse to let me leave stating that i was in the wrong. I felt as though the whole lease was pushed on me. Once i drove the car home and the next morining i noticed that the molding around my rear passanger window was not molded correctly. I sent a text to my seller and called the manager and no one returned my calls. This might be my first and last toyota. I have never been so disrepected before.
