The hotel is excellently located, right in front of the building you can ski to the nearby ski lifts. At the end, you can also go to the hotel door directly from the route. Even though the hotel is really big, it has a nice family atmosphere. Very sensually decorated interiors. Free WiFi, free outdoor pool and jacuzzi plus indoor sauna is a real fun after skiing for example ...

Sun Peaks is one of my favorite ski resorts - they take really good care of the terrain, groomers are very nice, and there are always a little hidden powder somewhere as after a dump it stays fresh for a long time. This is the kind of resort to get away from crowds and have the whole mountain virtually to yourself. Snow quality is most of the time excellent, light and dry! Not much for extreme drops, actually, nothing at all - this is a mellow resort and a cruisers Paradises!

First time to sunpeaks, it had snowed 50cm a few days before arriving and conditions were great, no lift lines and lots of run. I did find some of the lifts slow, i would recommend bringing your own food as the food here is expensive and not that good.

We went to Kamloops Sun Peaks to collect our season passes, and the visitor counter was closed without any online indication. There was just a piece of paper on the door. We went for a beer at Masa instead. Nice place

Excellent skiing with a more family friendly vibe than Whistler. 3 mountains worth of runs so always plenty to do. Shops and restaurants are all great with good atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The scenery is breath taking. I'll be back here again.

We come here every winter!! This is a must visit, although I'm a bit hesitant to help advertise this resort as I like how cozy and family friendly it is and would like to keep this from becoming a Whistler. The mountains are terrific and there are very long runs. Compared to Greater Vancouver mountains, the runs are easily two to three times longer and fairly wider. I think the mountain is second in size only to Whistler Blackcomb, which is too expensive now. We will be back again next winter!

I had a great time over there in our Cantando Festival 2018 event, The resort was lively and peaceful, and had a nice amount of people so it's not too overwhelming. It has a nice cold environment, definitely to my liking. And with the friendly people / staff that live there and the amount of activities you can do, It's the best place to go if your wanting to do activities or have a vacation.

Perfect place to host a ski trip with family, or with a group of people since all runs funnel to the same place! Easy to disperse and regroup. The snow was bad when we went but we still had a fun group experience.

We booked online two double. When we got there we asked if we could change to one king which they did at no cost. Room was clean but no air conditioning with a deck facing the chair lift with a nice view. Was very loud, could not sleep with the bar so close. Especially when it closed. both nights and had to keep the window open as it was hot with no a/c and could not sleep until the bar crowd cleared out. Would not book there again in summer.

Definitely more of a family beginner / intermediate sort of mountain. As experts we had to look hard to find the fun stuff through trees etc. Still a fun day and lots of terrain to explore.
