Mercana Art Decor

Don't work at this warehouse. They treat warehouse people like trash, management is garbage. Warehouse is a total mess Lead-man doesn't know anything other than walk around and stare on his computer or use his phone. Talk highly like he knows everything but cant do anything. Worst place to work specially for students or someone just getting experience at workhouse job.

Worked here for the entirety of the summer and had a wonderful time. Management treated all employees with respect and were always very helpful. I would definitely recommend working here.

Love their website! So many unique items. Amazing customer service not often do the items come damage but if there is any during shipping they have always been very good with handling it. Highly recommend their product! It s a one stop shop furniture, home decor, artwork they have everything you need!

As an Interior Designer Mercana is by far my favourite company to order furniture, art, lighting, and accessories from. Their furniture is great quality and up to date with the latest trends in the industry. They have a huge selection of accessories and art to choose from. The product ships quickly and safely. I would highly recommend sourcing their brand at your local home decor/furniture stores and larger retailers.

Hi, Thank you, yes it has been 15 months. Yes, i just wanted to leave a review as I felt it was necessary. I will add a comment on to why i gave this Rating, it is based on employment & also for the customers that are complaining. Employment: It was just the negative messages mike would be sending making fun of me being a princess and should get locked up. I thought i would let go of the bitterness i had but it just didn't seem to go away. I found that rude, I Hope management realizes making fun of others is not a nice thing to do, it does damage them emotionally especially when its been months and an ex employee cant seem to forget about a few things that were said. I get it management will make rude remarks with other people in management, but Mike was above management and that behavior was not acceptable from him. For the customers complaining about product issues, you do all know the cause of bubbles in the products and other damages. I wont be commenting further on the way the business is run. Wish everyone the same for 2020! :) thank you for replying to my review!

Thank you for your employment offer. it was nice making your acquaintance I wish you the best of luck in your alternative hire.

I called this company about two end tables they manufactured and how poorly the quality is only a year later. They said they were aware others had bubbling issues from the metal (on the side of table which is rarely cleaned) and blamed cleaning products. If the cleaning product was the problem, the top would bubble as well. They told me they can t do anything about and won t stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY THESE products. Their products cost the same as Restoration Hardware that has a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
