Bought a tuxedo in Amsterdam store. The service was very nice, guys really tried to help. They insisted i bye trousers which are one size bigger than i usually wear. The also said that if I change my mind I could exchange for a smaller size. In the same time I was offered to slightly shorten the trousers which was reasonably good suggestion. This is where things go wrong! First of all I was charged me 20 eur for alterations of the 700 eur tuxedo! What is even worse when i wanted to swap trousers for my usual size I was told that returns are not acceptable if the trousers are altered! Staff should have transparently notified me about the policy! I don't claim they deliberately did that but I feel quite disappointed.
