Very disappointed in the service and product quali...

Very disappointed in the service and product quality of the online store. I bought a shirt around a year ago which has already ripped. When I contacted customer support, they offered only a 20% discount on a new shirt rather than a replacement saying this was due to "normal" wear and tear. This tells me they're fine if their products last less than a year (not like I wore it every day). I won't be back, rather spend my money on a company that stands with it's product.
