The worst experience my fiance and I could have with this company and their HVAC systems. Make sure you have your own A/C company that you trust come out to check on the equipment provided. countless times theyve sent out their technicians to service a brand new HVAC system.

My Stylecrest Revolv heat pump has been out of order since May 10, 2017. I called Stylecrest that day and asked what I should do. They recommended technicians. Eight tech visits from two different (Stylecrest recommended) companies and over five hundred dollars later, they're still refusing to help me. I even had a tech call their help line and talk through repairs with one of their technicians. Their best recommendation is, "I think it's an airflow issue, and you need to contact your mobile home manufacturer."
The blasted thing worked for three years (out of the five year warranty). Don't ask me how an air flow issue would have magically developed in three years. It's now Friday, June 30, 2017. My cat and I have to keep visiting relatives on the hottest days as I live in a mobile home and it heats up like crazy in warm weather. If you are looking for a company to let you down, give you the runaround, and make your otherwise pleasant home unlivable despite your willingness to pay for repairs, choose Stylecrest. If you're looking for a unit that will need to be replaced every three years, choose Stylecrest. If you want to spend several hours a week waiting for technicians only to have to take your study materials to an Eat n Park because your unit still doesn't work, choose Stylecrest. Otherwise, I recommend that you find another option.

Even my cat is annoyed with this company. Note that she's making use of the box fan I've been using to cool my house the last two months.

Do not buy Stylecrest or Revolv products if your a homeowner. Worst warranty experience you will ever have they refuse to deal with homeowners despite selling their products to them through other vendors. Stay away!!

I purchased a Revolv (coleman) manufactured home furnace ac combo unit. Was told buy the supplier i purchased through (as4life) that if I just had a professional make the final connections i would be covered under warranty. I had a professional do all the final connections, have the purchase order the install receipt, and i am told that because i purchased online i have no warranty. I must go to the online supplier. they tell me because i did not register i have no warranty. My God what has happened to customer service. I truly believe now that corporate America has run off most small business customer service has become a thing of the past as well as quality assurance. I purchased the unit July 9th 2013 and i am now having blower motor problems. I am having my installer come and fix it but what about quality assurance or backing the product you manufacture. I will share my experience with everyone i know. you spend how much each year on advertisement and yet won`t blink an eye denying a two hundred dollar fix.
