Total amatures. You can get better training content on YouTube for free! The content is old and dated, not covering the most recent versions of software. I can't believe we spent money on this. The video production quality is laughable. No editing, no retakes. It like this was live streamed over webex! Even the lighting is poor. And worst of all, the instructors are arrogant and boring! Save yourself time and wasted training funds. There is so much better out there. Avoid these hacks like the plague!

My company has been using Stormwind for number of years now and their quality of classes are outstanding. I have been able to pass ALL the certification exam associated with the classes. Instructors are very helpful in making sure you are prepped for both real working environment as well as for the certification exams. My special thanks you to Will, Doug, Ray for their insight classes and the team for putting them all together.

Hey Stormwind, I assume you have heard the phrase "No means no!"? Well teach the meaning of those words to your sales staff. They call again and again, and again, and AGAIN, even though I have told them to stop! Now they have started calling my office and my cell phone, and when I don't answer they just hang up instead of leaving a voice mail message. Please stop calling me, or my next step will be to report your business to the Federal Trade Commission. So don't call to apologize. Don't call to offer me a special deal. Just don't call me....EVER AGAIN! Gee thanks.

I have asked them 3 times now to not keep calling me. They don't listen. It is becoming harassment. I can't tell you what I told them when they called me yet again today, My language was very nasty that I do not care to repeat here... but if they keep calling me that is all they are going to get... rude language. They are disgusting people I would never care to deal with nor talk to.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this company, and the 1 star I give it is truly earned. I'll start by saying I have about 25 years of field experience, and a ton of certifications so I have an idea of what the product should look like. I have watched about 15 hours of classes and feel ripped off. There is of course a ton of wasted time in each class at the beginning. However, the entire course content is just a poor quality webcam in an instructor's home office space. The light isn't great though passable. The audio is not good at all. They strictly record a session and provide a recording and call it good. There is no re-recording or removal of basic problems. A cell phone rings during class? Deal with it. An instructor makes an obvious mistake and spends many minutes before realizing it-too bad. These things might expect to be present in a live only class, but in a recorded product is unacceptable. Even a high school attempt at basic editing would improve the quality significantly, and cut down wasted time. The only editing they have is to slap an overly loud logo at the start of the recording. Add to this arrogant instructors who have a self-entitled attitude and at times stares at the camera and you have a lot of fun. The content so far has not been great but that judgment may depend on your experience level. At times you are treated like a total rookie (I do not need to have explained to me what an "icon" is during an advanced class) and at times complex topics are dismissed entirely or covered in only a few words. This shows they have no real grasp of their audience. There is much more I could say but it would be excessive for a small review.

tldr- Don't waste your time here. There are better sources of info on Youtube.

So far all of the instructors here have been great! I would recommend Stormwinds to anyone looking to get through IT certifications. You get really good bang for your buck and a ton of different resources to go through which help with retention.

Immediate responses. and great communication. The training so far has been awesome! The instructor brings the material down to an "easy to learn level", makes it understandable, interesting and fun to learn. Also the videos and materials are top quality. Highly recommend this company
