Do not use this company. If you have any other option on this earth, take it.
My Stylecrest Revolv heat pump has been out of order since May 10, 2017. I called Stylecrest that day and asked what I should do. They recommended technicians. Eight tech visits from two different (Stylecrest recommended) companies and over five hundred dollars later, they're still refusing to help me. I even had a tech call their help line and talk through repairs with one of their technicians. Their best recommendation is, "I think it's an airflow issue, and you need to contact your mobile home manufacturer."
The blasted thing worked for three years (out of the five year warranty). Don't ask me how an air flow issue would have magically developed in three years. It's now Friday, June 30, 2017. My cat and I have to keep visiting relatives on the hottest days as I live in a mobile home and it heats up like crazy in warm weather. If you are looking for a company to let you down, give you the runaround, and make your otherwise pleasant home unlivable despite your willingness to pay for repairs, choose Stylecrest. If you're looking for a unit that will need to be replaced every three years, choose Stylecrest. If you want to spend several hours a week waiting for technicians only to have to take your study materials to an Eat n Park because your unit still doesn't work, choose Stylecrest. Otherwise, I recommend that you find another option.
Even my cat is annoyed with this company. Note that she's making use of the box fan I've been using to cool my house the last two months.
