Suntuity in my professional opinion deliveries what they promise. Tinh my solar consultant explained the process clearly. He provided other options that other companies never explained. The 3 contractors that performed the work at my house roofer, tree service and panel installer where top notch, showed up as scheduled, addressed my concerns and did excellent work. Now I m just waiting on the Township and electric provider to do inspection to flip the switch. All within 2 months time. We are very excited. I highly recommend Suntuity if you are considering going solar.

I've been waiting for about 3 years to install solar at my house. We were blacked out until recently. I started doing research, called over 6 companies and chose to go with Suntuity. They were competitive in pricing but the biggest reason I went with them was because of my Sale Rep, Joe Silva. Joe has been great to work with. He is very responsive and would answer questions at all hours. He responds fast and answers all questions that I had. From the moment I signed on, the project has moved along quite well and I would attribute that to Joe. Permits, new roofs, panel installs and now we are in the last stages. Work quality has been above par. All installers were great and made sure I was happy with their work. I can't wait for the system to be turned on. If you are looking for solar, give Suntuity a call and ask for Joe Silva!!!

I received a few quotes prior to meeting with Steven Justus and he impressed me with his knowledge of the solar product, put me at ease concerning the process and was friendly. The consultation was relaxed, he answered all my questions and felt like a family friend had visited us. He even followed up via text to make sure our project was moving along and answer any other questions. I would recommend Suntuity and Steven Justus if you're considering solar.
Choosing Suntuity for solar service was a huge mistake. I felt good after the sales rep Wisdom presented his sales pitch in my home and thought things would work out great. Since then I ve run into numerous issues and the customer service is atrocious. No one can provide any answers immediately. They tell you they will speak to someone with authority and reach back out. Days will go by with no response. You will find yourself calling continuously when that shouldn t be necessary. I ve had the solar panels installed months ago and they are still not online. Please do your due diligence when deciding who to go with for solar. If I could go back in time I would not have chosen Suntuity. I would have less headaches.
Joe Silva was excellent in getting me answers promptly and accurately. I really put him to the test because I was very skeptical about solar, but in the end he delivered and everything sounded good to me. I have a brand new roof included with 50 years shingles. I received quote from probably 5 or 6 companies and they either came no where as good a deal or they simply never returned my calls in a timely fashion. I m big on communication and Joe nailed it. Now just have to sit back and see how good Suntuity really was with planning my system, time will tell, I ll keep everyone updated!
Terrible experience, save your time and go elsewhere. I have never experienced such aggravation in my life over a half century, lack of response and responsibility. Worse company I have ever dealt with. I did my research and read some negative reviews , but it was about referral program, I thought I can accept that. Nothing prepared me for my experience with Suntuity. I was told that the installation will take about three months. I have ordered the system in October 2020. It has been installed in April 2021, to this day it is not working and I don't know when it will be producing electricity. It is end of August 2021, the summer is almost over, and it looks like I lost one year of energy production. Every time I call customer service I hear a different story and unrealized promise that they will call back. The never do. Only after I filled complain with BBB, they called me like three times in a week, but that was over a month ago. I was suppose to receive a compensation for my hardship, still nothing. A manager gave me his phone number so I can call any time, I called 4 times, either getting voice mail or message that voice mail is full, no call back. If you are thinking about Suntuity, don't, run away. I am considering to go away from solar energy because of this experience.
After meeting with multiple solar companies I was most impressed by Suntuity Solar and their Sales Rep Ken Haupt. Ken helped with my questions and concerns and gave me a pretty accurate timeline on my roof installation as well as the solar installation. Ken put me at ease with his knowledge and ability to explain the different programs to help me get the system that made the most sense for me. Highly recommend meeting with Ken for your solar project!
