The apartments are ok for the price. One star is for the property manager Ana, who ripped us off. Rented Calhoun Fuller 3 years ago. It happened that ones we signed lease renewal we found out that we are relocating to California and need to get out of the lease. The lease agreement itself was 1 page long. It stated that if we break the lease we need to inform them 60 days prior and pay for those 2 month ONLY. So 1 weak after we signed the lease renewal I contacted property manager Ana to see if we can cancel it due to relocation. She was not only refusing to accommodate us but decided to charge additional 60 days penalty on top of 2 month rent. No matter how many times I asked to show me this fee in the lease agreement, she kept showing the part where it says we have to pay for 60 days (ONCE) if we break the lease. But it never said to pay for 60 days + another 60 days. Again the lease agreement was only 1 page long and I read it many times. It clearly said if we break the lease we pay only 60 penalty. Anyway ANA made it clear that we don't have a choice and if we don't pay she will retaliate and it will be hard for us to rent a next apartment because her retaliation will affect our rental history. She was clearly taking advantage of our situation and seemed to enjoy it.

Not a good value.

Not a good value.
I lived in the Original at West Lake Quarter for a year, during construction project. Some things were fine (maintenance orders usually filled in a week or two, no holes in the ceiling etc.), but overall, building management do not show much care for tenants' quality of life. Several short-term (3+ month) tenants on my floor played loud music at all hours of the day and night, slammed doors so loudly the reverberations could be felt throughout the entire floor, and once woke up several tenants on the floor due to banging on an apartment door and screaming at 3am. Multiple tenants smoke on their balconies (tobacco and other substances) despite the lease stating smoking is not allowed. Management response is to say they are frustrated that tenants are being disrespectful/breaking rules, but seems like no meaningful action is taken (just emails asking tenants to be more respectful).
With respect to the ongoing construction project: seems to be little regard from management about construction noise, parking, or work from home considerations. Construction noise is very loud and goes from early in the day to rather late (~7am to ~5:30pm on weekdays). It's hard to have a Zoom meeting with piling or tamping going on in the background. Temporary parking lot has enough spots for all the tenants in the building, but management gives out temporary parking tags, which overfill the lots so tenants have nowhere to park. Parking spots are so tight that multiple cars have gotten scratched and dented. There is also no guest parking nearby, unless you want to pay $10/day for a guest tag. Water & electricity gets shut off for hours at a time due to construction needs, with <24 hours notice from management. If you work from home, look elsewhere.
Management response to construction difficulties was first to say that the rental rates had been decreased in anticipation of construction (although the rates seem similar to comparable nearby apartments), and then to say that management was looking into options to make tenants' work from home experience better; however, nothing ever came of that (to my knowledge).
I have heard many of these frustrations repeated by multiple other tenants, including long-term tenants. I would not recommend Steven Scott management.

Shower has been broken in my apartment for over 6 months. Called and reported on numerous occasions to staff and management. They have yet to do anything about it. Definitely would not recommend anyone wasting their money at this establishment. If Management were vigilant and professional, I would not be writing this review.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
I rented at 3N for over 4 years, and only moved out because I bought a house. I was one of the first residents who signed after the building was built and LOVED my experience throughout my entire stay. The management and staff are always kind, empathetic, and quick to resolve any issues. Maintenance requests were always quickly addressed and fixed, and the entire building was spotless 24/7 (even though it s a dog/animal friendly building) - which is pretty impressive!
Mary Swanson - the property manager is THE BEST in the industry. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. During a hard time in my life, she cared and went above and beyond to make sure I could stay there as a resident. I am beyond thankful. I have referred multiple close friends, and ALL have had an amazing experience.

Thank you 3N for making the last 4 years easy and enjoyable!

I couldn't tour the actual apartment until it was vacated due to COVID. Understandable. My move in date was October 5th instead of Oct. 1st because they asked me to give them a week to replace the carpet per Robertta Warnpeh the assistant manager. After being homeless for five days, paying for a hotel, movers, and storage, I come to the "CLEAN" apartment as you can in the photos below. Disappointed with what I saw, I spoke to the property manager Rhondijaah Mafe who condescendingly replied the apartment was cleaned and she approved it. I asked her if she looked at the photos, and she said "No, I'm Busy, You need to make an appointment." I asked her if she walked the apartment herself, and she said "Yes, and I approved it." I told her that she should be ashamed of herself, and her response was "She's giving the same energy." Robertta then got up and closed the door in my face.
I attempted to contact the regional manager Aimee Golden-Sorrell leaving multiple voicemails, she finally responded by text. After an extensive text session, Aimee finally called me after 5pm on Friday October 9th to tell me that she would meet us at the site on Monday and walk the apartment herself and offer a different unit after Rhondijaah confirms it. Rhondijaah never confirmed.
Today, Aimee walked the apartment with us and of course, she justified Rhondijaah excuses and agreed that the apartment was cleaned, stating they would clean the living room carpet again, and replace the carpet in the other areas, or refund our money. Rhonjidaah, rolling her eyes while standing behind Aimee, I told her that I felt it would constantly be an issue, so I would take a refund. Aimee told me that my money would be refunded by 12pm, and I still have not been contacted back. I contacted Stacey Neameyer last week, and I still have not heard back from her. Not only has Steven-Scott and Ridgebrook not lived up to their Do the Right Thing saying, the staff is unprofessional, and has contributed to me being homeless, in addition to still holding all my money. This company is represented by people who lack integrity and are not held accountable by their supervisors. See photos below.

Elements on France: I tried to share photos of the filthy carpeting in the hall ways of this building. Reported almost a month ago after waiting a month. Nothing has been done. I ve lived here a year and have only experienced the hall carpet being cleaned one time. Disgusting. My rent is $2495 a month . Not worth it!

Horrible management company. Didn t even move in either. I applied for the apartment and put down a $300 deposit. Got approved for the apartment two months before moving in. My mom got sick with covid a week after. I told them I couldn t move in due to my mother getting sick and DID not sign the lease. Then they stated that the deposit is not refundable. Besides my deposit not being refundable (which is ridiculous) they are terrible at responding and very unprofessional. I would not sign any lease that is managed by this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I'm not going to sit here and explain everything that's wrong with this management company. But I have never been more disappointed and frustrated at the service and support from this company. If you want to be treated like a number on a spread sheet that's your own decision. Understand this, they don't care about you, they don't care about your property. Their money hungry and will do anything to keep you paying bills and to not cause a fit.

Stevens Scott
Thank you for your response regarding the trash build up at RidgeBrook apartments.
When does the outside company start regarding picking up trash on the property(grassy areas / parking lot)?
Since late October only the caretaker in the 5880 building has been picking up trash around that building in the surrounding grassy areas and parking lot. Here are pictures from yesterday and today from around the other 2 Apartment buildings

Update 12/11/16 Sunday
With the 5 " of snowfall last night no need to worry about all the trash all around the property (it's all covered up and hidden now). Should be hidden till the Spring thaw...
