Overpriced for what you get but fills a hole like most fast food outlets. And despite the high markup on simple items they seem to have plenty of customers so they must be making a fortune. Please bring back the Greg's whopper, it was brilliant, half a stottie with filling for a quid. Now it's 4 times the cost for a tiny sandwich.

Painfully slow drive thru, what's supposed to be a quick service took nearly 15mins from entering the queue to actually getting the goods. Why after giving the order are goods not just ready to pay for & collect at the last window? Staff double wrapping goods in takeaway bags when already wrapped in bags, lady taking too long to take money & deliver goods, leaving a huge queue (10am sun morning), she seemed to like to engage with the customer at the actual window, to the detriment of the drive thru queue. Greggs a lot to learn from McDonald's. I went into the shop after that. Only two on the counter & baking too. Seems odd that they only bake 4 items at a time so I failed to get the original items I went for both in the drive thru (breakfast goods) & (sausage & bean melt) at the counter. Come on greggs your breakfast service is usually much better than this. This is supposed to be the flagship, right on your doorstep, please iron out the issues.

Today I went to Gregg's drive through to collect my free breakfast as I complained a few weeks back as the breakfast was awful.i sat and waited in the que for 25 mind went to order what I wanted at 11am and was told ther was only bacon bagetts left so I took them and still had to pay for 2.got them home and they were stone cold and very chewy.its fair to say I won't be returning

I gave 2 stars for the drive thru but I'd give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the place, as it should be for being brand new. I used the drive thru once and it took absolutely ages to get through. Next 3 visits I have just gone in to the shop, noting the last vehicle in the drive thru queue. Each time I have been in, served and left before the noted car has even reached the order window. You need to speed this process up Greggs.

It's Gregg's. Same old. Only thing that I would say is the staff at this location are perfection in customer service. Always friendly always smiling and very courteous. The team here should be sent to all Gregg's stores so that they can train others in perfection.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Take absolutely ages to give you the food. When it s given to you it s freezing cold and inedible. Total wrong order today and rotten!!!! The egg was a burned bit of rubber

I like the drive through as you don't have to wait long normaly. The main reason though is the hot food eg pastys (bakes), sausage rolls etc come to you hot. Not cold, tepid or warm like you risk in a normal walkin store. They are always friendly too.
