I've been to Elements a couple times now, everyone there is very friendly and professional. I've seen Luke each time, he is great at getting the knots out of my shoulders!! My neck always feels so much better after a session there.

Neil is an outstanding masseur. The spa is very warm and inviting, and the front desk staff are very helpful. Client care is clearly a priority for Elements. I m so glad we finally have a nice spa in the area that is equally comfortable for both men and women.
Kat was absolutely fantastic. She made great recommendations to rectify the things that had been ailing me and I left more relaxed than I have felt in months. The staff and building as a whole are incredibly accommodating, everyone is very knowledgeable and the ambiance creates and maintains the perfect environment. I bought my girlfriend and I a membership for Christmas and I don t regret it a bit.
All of Therapists that I've seen are very talented and clearly care about patients. I enjoy our conversations and find them all to be very kind and passionate about what they do. I also like the flexibility of schedule. I find the front desk staff to be very competent and courteous. Very easy to work with. I have a very busy schedule that changes frequently with work and family demands. I definitely appreciate their willingness to work with me so that I can avoid having to cancel.

I have been to several different massage establishments as I am unfortunately the type of person that keeps all of his stress in the neck and shoulder area. I have an extremely long commute to and from Boston so when Elements opened up shop so close to my home I thought I try it. From the beginning I was impressed with the general attitude and positive vibes from the front desk staff. After my first session with Luke, who is a deep tissue and stretching pro I was hooked and signed up for a monthly massage.
I just wish that I could go more than once a month. I highly recommend them and all of their other massage therapists as I have jumped around but Luke is the best.
John does an excellent job on my back. As my back is like trying to massage a board, cupping has made my life and Johns life a lot easier. Cupping is fantastic and really does the job at getting the muscles to relax. I walk out feeling like I can move again with out pain. My results typically last about a week before I feel my muscles start to tighten back up, so by the time my two week visit comes around I am ready for more cupping. Thanks for taking great care of me from the time I come in to the time I leave. Jodi you and your team are awesome.
I love that the therapists are therapeutic and can not only provide me with stress-relief but can also get me out of pain. I came in with pain going down my arm from chronic carpal tunnel along with neck and upper back pain and left without pain.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They are open 7 days a week from 9 to 9 which made scheduling a breeze. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great massage without breaking the bank.
I like the professionalism of the staff , I am very much at ease when I go in for a Massage, the attentiveness to detail is perfect, an all around amazing therapeutic experience.I went in stopped over and walked out standing straight, I had a therapist named Amy who helped me immensely and I will be a return client , I highly recommend the Somersworth Element's for anyone just needing to relax all the way to needing a deep tissue massage.
Every therapist has been highly experienced, professional, and very open in regards to my health/pain issues. They have all listened and adapted their massage techniques in order to give me the best outcome each time. They all have great personalities and I enjoy learning about each of them as well.
Oh my! I have had lots of massages in my life, including 5 star hotel and Aveda spas, and Luke is absolutely fabulous! He listened to what I had issues with and did his best to relieve my pain. Taking time to fix, than worry about rushing me out. I'm finally feeling more like myself, thank you Luke, see you in June!
This is by far an amazing place for sure. Although ONE of the receptionists here is VERY cold hearted and doesn't seem to care much about anyone but her. I neber dealt with her before my last visit, but other than that i HIGHLY recommend this place. Would but given 5 stars if it wasnt for that ONE receptionist...

My boyfriend and I frequent Elements and we love it so much we joined their monthly massage program. We ve tried about 5 different masseuses each so far and they have all been wonderful. Couples massages book fairly far out.
From my first appointment everyone has been friendly, exceedingly polite and professional, and they genuinely care about my well being. I am only here on a temporary basis for a work assignment but have made some good friends with the staff and feel very welcome here. Rae is an amazing healer who has substantially changed the quality of my life and does her best to give me the therapy that I need every time I come in for an appointment. I hate to think what it's going to be like when I have to go home and don't have the support and help of these wonderful people. I will truly miss them.

Love the friendly accommodating staff, and the promotions. The massages are amazing! Feel like a million bucks after I leave there. They know their stuff and are up with the times about new techniques as well! I feel like I can trust coming in with the pandemic knowing that they are putting an emphasis on all precautions and cleaning procedures.
I have had some great massages here to help with pain that I have had in my lower back and neck. Also was in a car accident and my massage resolved some pain I was having in my hip!
Every time I go in i feel like family! The massage therapists are knowledgeable and personable. Made it so easy to relax. Deffinatly the place to go!

Kat is a great therapist and has magical hands but this place has the worst customer service. I have been a couple times now and the woman at the desk is always rude... this time was my breaking point. We were going to upgrade from a single massage to a couples massage and do aromatherapy and salts but we didn't have the funds this month so we were going to cancel our membership and reschedule the upgraded massage for next month. However, since my appointment is 21 hours away, not 24 hours, we are getting charged a cancellation fee that costs about half the rate of a massage. That is bs and the massages are overpriced to begin with... I will no longer recommend this place to people nor attend a session ever again. Terrible customer service. THUMBS DOWN.

I was very excited to get a professional massage. I paid 110$ thinking I was going to a place where all my stress and tension would go away. I had to call and book the appointment in advance I informed them what I was looking for and how I wanted deep pressure massage. They told me they would put me with danielle who was medium and could do some deep tissue I said ok thinking it has to be what I'm asking for . The day came to go get my massage I went in and the was given a tour of the room and told that the therapist was very professional and wouldn't say a word. Remind u I just did an 11 hour shift of work that day I was extremely exhausted and ready for my relaxation time I got undressed and got on the table preparing for my massage..the therapist comes in and I explain to her I'm tired and worked alot and just want tension and stress relief from this massage. The ENTIRE massage the therapist did NOT stop talking asked me about if I had kids and what I do for work. This is NOT what I want to talk about while I'm trying to relax nor did I even want any talking. The whole massage was her just talking and and was in no way shape or form deep pressure that's when she told me she is only light to medium and could not do deep pressure in more than two spots Nd not for long. This experience was by far the worst experience for me and totally not what I was expecting to experience.It was not worth the money I spent..I did not feel relaxed it was more of a stressful event the front desk lady was very intense after the massage trying to get me to sign up for membership she was very wired and it was everything but relaxing. For my first time ever going to get a professional massage all I have to say is I get more relief from a 5 minute massage from my boyfriend than I did here. If I were you I would rethink spending 110$ at element massage shop around for a place that takes you seriously and gives u what u are looking for

The staff at the Somersworth location definitely makes every visit feel warm and inviting. The support team at the front desk are always welcoming and their smiles definitely make me feel super welcomed the instant I walk through the door. I have been going to Elements in Somersworth for a couple years now and have never once been disappointed during any of my appointments. My massage therapist Casey is probably one of the best therapists that I have seen there; I've seen multiple massage therapists from Elements and have never been disappointed by the team. Overall, the staff at Elements in Somersworth are amazing individuals and I will definitely be a "lifer" here.

Just stepped out of the door. I came for a couples massage with my boyfriend who decided today was the day we would go! I have never had a full body massage and let me tell you. It was life changing. My therapist was professional and was thorough. Took all my concerns into consideration. When it was all said and done, I didn t want to leave :) I ve already recommended to a friend and my mother.
The staff is very friendly and caring.I feel that Casey does a great job in getting the muscles to relax and I feel so much better when I leave.I like that the office is close by so that I am not having to travel a great distance.Also the special pricing helps a great deal.Keep up the great job!!!
Even though it's not a final solution for back aches....the place is a wonder...the staff and place is very comforting and relaxing. The person that took care of me found some spots I didn't know were there. She was very informative with all the questions I had. She always explained what was going to happen next.
Overall...the place did not make you feel you were being scammed. I do recommend everyone get a massage at least once in their lives, and go to this place if your in the neighborhood. Great place.
