I really enjoyed staying with them, anytime my household put in a maintenance request it was only a matter of days until someone came to fix the problem. I have also recently completed the rent to own program with them and they were very responsive and helpful in understanding a lot of the loan language. I got a great deal for the house because of the rent to own program. I highly recommend trying be apart of that program. Great people, great service. I am thankful for them.
Homes are very clean,neat & well maintained.eventhough i did not get in the strong blocks program it seems that they really care about building strong communities.its a very good program for 1st time home buyers

I really haven t had a problem with strongblocks when I needed something done it got done I had questions I only had to make a call to get my answer if you have a complaint call an let them know they will get right on it they are there to help their tenants like I said I never had a problem with anything.

Worst landlord ever. Said they wpuld fix all the things we asked for like getting the bedroom doors to close properly. Never fixed anything. Do not rent from them.
The rent to own program is easy to do. No classes where needed to enroll and get started. Strong blocks helped me identify issues on my credit report and gave me guidance on how to repair the problem and boost my credit score. The process was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love my strong blocks home.
