Awesome property management company. We are an out-of-state owner and needed someone local to help manage our portfolio. WMC was very professional to work with and took great pride in running our properties.
The European family I represent chose Wisconsin Management Company to manage their under-performing apartment buildings in early 2020, just before the pandemic struck. As WMC quickly worked to learn the properties and establish necessary protocols of safety, a serious fire occurred displacing the senior and disabled residents from the largest property for 90 days. Despite the tremendous challenges, Wisconsin Management was unfazed, continuing to methodically resolve the problems and restore the property, working closely with the insurance company, local authorities and the tenants to cover all the bases to bring the residents back to their homes as quickly as possible. ALL tenants that were physically able returned to their homes. Even during those chaotic times, WMC actually continued to rent available units and restore normalcy despite the obstacles. The properties have never looked better, and we are happy that the 2021 budgets Wisconsin Management has just presented to us meet and exceed our expectations. We anticipate a long and productive relationship and are so glad we chose them for our property management needs. We highly recommend Wisconsin Management Company for any and all property types as there is no more professional and capable company to manage investment real estate!

They are the slimiest greedy company I've ever come across.
Wrongfully towed my dad's car who had a stroke. Even with evidence and proof no contracts were violated by the tenant they towed his car just because it was snowcovered. Of course it is he had a stroke. He should be able to park his car at his own residence when he can't drive it.
Unforgivable greed!!! Truly the most disgusting company I've ever encountered in my life. They are criminals.

The notice made it seem as though they had until March 1st. There was no tow notice or warning left on the vehicle. Ive left 3 messages and haven't had a response. My dad's bill is now more than the car is worth. You have done absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue.
We have been renting from WMC for four years. They have always been so responsive and professional. We have absolutely no regrets going with this company. They have a level of integrity that is hard to come by sometimes with management companies. I would emphatically say YES if any of my own family or friends questioned if they should rent from this company.
They could do much better..put in a request and its been over a month and still havent heard anything back..Plus still waiting on my security Deposit from January..The only good thing is the heat being included.. But suppose to have cameras and 2 of my vehicles were damaged and all of a sudden the cameras not working..Then towed one of my vehicles Oh and lets not forget about the Doorbell system that took the rent up and have not worked but once since they got installed as well..THE END
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for leasing. I had several poor experiences living here. I will list a few just to provide context. One- they lost a rent check that I had dropped off at the office, with a receipt and then continued to blame me. Additionally, several times emails were exchanged regarding maintenance requests and nothing was ever addressed. The worst time was during the pandemic, when the basement flooded. I called the EMERGENCY line as the building has many tenants and it went straight to voicemail saying "no one will be in the office until Monday." This was a Friday afternoon. I felt mistreated, and sometimes felt it was due to my age and being a female. Overall, I would highly recommend looking anywhere else.
The team at Wisconsin Management company are not only focused on the residents safety, wellness, and positive experience at the properties that they manage, but they are also focused on running smooth operations for ownership. We highly recommend WMCI for any property owners!
Just a quick note to say how much I enjoy working here! We have a great team and a wonderful work family in each other. I appreciate the personal touch we provide to our residents and owners. I'm the managing member of the ownership entities for two properties WMC manages. Finding a good property management company is tough. Our integrity to delivering excellence to our residents didn't stop at design and construction - it needs to be demonstrated every day through sincere, high-touch contact with our residents. Wisconsin Management Company gets that, and is on a path to continuing commitment toward that end. It's working to manage with efficiency that helps our bottom line, while balancing the critical importance of keeping our residents delighted with a comfortable and safe place to live and prompt attention to their needs. In my day job I run a real estate development division that has chosen WMC to be our key development partner to manage workforce housing homes, and have made recommendations to other partners for their skills - they're inherited tough properties and are leaning in to reposition them to the same standards we hold for our luxury apartments. I don't take my recommendations lightly - and really wouldn't recommend any other property management company - but do so for WMC without any reservations.
Nothing was good about the company nor their employees. Worst management company ever dealt with. Employees were big liars.
