The product might be great, but the after-service has been the worst. It ended up with me having to spend hundreds of pounds to get spare parts (electronics board) from the USA as it was impossible to reach anyone here via e-mail or phone for close to 6 months. When the part did not work, I was told to send in the unit for review. A further 6 months later, I'm expecting to receive the unit back in the same condition due to the previous owner having replaced the motor and apparently some miscommunication over the charges. So yeah, I've been out of a Softub for 12 months during a pandemic and no assistance or solution whatsoever.

It has been one of my best ever purchases. I have joint and back problems which it helps with especially in the winter months. Most of all it gives my husband and I some quality down time together and gives us a chance to really talk. Our Softub has enhanced our lives and is so therapeutic. I couldn't be without it

Softub is a high quality durable product and should not be confused with the cheaper inflatable products. Unlike Acrylic Hot tubs there are no hard slippery surfaces, you just step in and sit down. My wife has a chronic bad back so it is a perfect Hydrotherapy pool. Finally I have always had First Class service from Softub UK.

We have owned a Softub for just over 2 years now without any major issues. Softub are a very professional company to interact with either by email or telephone, and we have always found them very helpful with aftercare advice etc

Had our Softub for 3 years now and my wife and I absolutely love it. Easy to keep clean and look after with no need for masses of chemicals, just a simple bio strip test each time we use it and slide in for a truly sumptuous relaxing time admiring the garden and a G&T by your side, brilliant, try it you wont regret it.

What a great company and product... the Softub is a great addition to my garden and the benefits (amongst many) to me was the ease of installation, maintenance, comfort, reduced noise levels & running costs!

My husband & I researched many different Hot Tubs & took over 18 months to make our purchase
We purchased the Resort 300 in Graphite & we can be truly honest in saying we were not disappointed
We can only comment on our personal experience but from ordering to delivery
And aftercare we cannot fault the team in York at all

We know the Soft Tub isn t an all

Yes the initial outlay seems expensive but we asked ourselves the question:
Did we want a Hot Tub that we just used when someone was coming to use it or did we want something that was there ready & waiting to use at a minutes notice
In our opinion we wouldn t have anything else - should anything go wrong (I m sure it won't LOL) it s so easy to send the unit away for repair
The Customer Service has been great & we can ring at anytime for a chat if we need any help & like I ve always said myself when buying any product
I don t want to know about the product as the facility is there to research yourself these days
What I do want to know is:
What s the after care like!!!! Once I ve bought the product & how will we be treated
Take it from me if you want a great product & good customer service
Buy yourself a Soft Tub you won t regret it
