Very poor services... taking more than 72 hours fo...

Very poor services... taking more than 72 hours for a just small urine report.

I had booked the services through 1mg app, samples were collected on time...but reports were given after 3-4 days. However report timelines re 48 hours.

Even 1mg customer service team also tried to contact lab team...but they also did not get any response from strand life svience lab team.

Very poor and worst service.... be fast if you want to sustain in market.
