AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a Connect It Carb...

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a Connect It Carbon outdoor heater 14 months ago from Robert Dyas, has rarely been used and now not working properly. Spoke to staff from the supplier, Eurosonic, who were totally uncooperative, inflexible and discourteous.

This is probably the worse company you could deal with. Dealt with a guy called Kristian Benson who was the rudest guy I ever spoke to. I have asked him for information three times now by email and each email is ignored. Never buy products from Aldi that are from them because if they break now, you have no come back especially if you live in Ireland.

Brought a food processor yesterday and part of it is not working so just phoned for help, the girl i spoke to was so unhelpful i expected her to say tough !! i asked for the part to be sent to me she said NO ive got to take it back to where i brought it from its not local to me but she insisted thats what i have to do. most unhelpful and will not be buying anything from the hairy bikers range again and dont recommend there products.
