The atmosphere was nice, I appreciated how private the booths felt. The food was delicious!!! Highly recommend the macaroni and cheese. The trio is a lot but it's so good. The waiter could have gotten a better tip if he'd checked on us in the more timely manner ( would have been nice to order a second drink our meal). It's also very pricey so bring your wallet.
Front of the house service was excellent, but the food I ordered took over an hour to arrive, was bland, and not as described. The menu lists a GIANT wagyu meatball and I was served 4 tiny meatballs in a marinara sauce. The chicken was very bland. At this price point this place should be serving awesome food in a reasonable time frame. The manager apologized and took some stuff off the bill, appropriately. I wasn't upset because I was alone and in no hurry, but on a date or a business meeting I would have been embarrassed to have chosen this place. Unacceptable and I will most likely never set foot in here again.
This place was excellent, I was truly impressed. The ambience was exclusive & sexy. The service was A1, our server was energetic with key knowledge of the menu. Imbh went above & beyond to make our experience memorable. Salute to you all! Great job!
Went in on a Saturday evening and enjoyed every minute of dining at this restaurant. The food was amazing probably the best lamb chops I ve ever had, the drinks were just right and the atmosphere topped everything off. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The DJ was playing good music as well. They only give you 90 mins to dine and I would highly recommend making reservations.
I enjoyed my visit here. We (party of 8) were late to our evening reservation, so we were directed to rebook online on open table. Once our party arrived we were led to our table. I ordered the lump crab cake for starters. It was delicious!! Then, had the lamb with a side of mash potatoes for my main dish. I was unable to finish it, but it was good as well. Our waitress was friendly. She went above and beyond and wrote our birthday girls name on her dessert plate. Great experience and I will definitely revisit.
Definitely a place to choose for the experience. Good food, great cocktails. Prices were closer to fine-dining...which this isn't, but for what it was we had a great time. Would return.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst experience I ve ever received on 05/29/21. I m a very patient person when it comes to customer service especially in the food industry but this experience was unreasonable! I made reservations 2weeks in advance for 8:30pm , with special request and showed up 20 minutes early to my reservation time and still was told to wait 45 minutes for my request to be answered. I simply asked to be seated in a booth as we were there celebrating a pregnancy and closing new business deals. They assigned us to a small table in the corner of the front of the restaurant and told us if we wanted a booth it was going to be a 45 minutes wait, I said okay and proceeded to wait with my party of 4. So we wait on the patio , not to mention it s raining so hard. A hour and 20 minutes go by and I still have not received a text to be seated. I ask for a manager he apologized and we re seated. Their service started off okay, we were asked what did we want to drink and and we started off with water because we had no menus at this point. KEVIN our waiter came to the today one time the whole night and we waited a hour before anyone came and checked on us. So I go up and asked for a manager. At this point we re frustrated because my friend is expecting and we ve already waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seated. The manager apologized for the difficulties and said I ll pay for your first rounds of drinks , others in the party are ready to go at this point. They bring the drinks and the menus out and immediately asked are we ready to order so I felt better. I ll appetizers came out quick and we place our food order in at the same time. So we re talking and listening to music and I look down and noticed it s 12:01 and our food has not came. So now I m frustrated because my pregnant friend has been here for hours with no food. We ask for the check to leave and said cancel the food order we put in. The manager begs us to stay not to mention the napkins reeked of mildew the silverware was nasty. When they finally bought the food out the plate was warm and the food was cold also I took a picture of how nasty the plate was. I feel so bad for the owner the way they are handling and over booking this location in ATLANTA. They care more about the money and less about the customer service, I have a huge social media presence and you never know who you re serving so treat people equally I will be openly speaking on this service and telling them not to ever step food into this place especially when you re spending top dollar to eat
I had very high expectations for STK but it turned out to be one of the worst fine dining experiences I've endured. We went there for a meal to celebrate my son's high school graduation. The bass on the music was so high it vibrated our seats and so loud we could not hear each other in our party of 5. We asked that the volume be turned down and the manager adjusted it to a very high but tolerable level. We ordered an appetizer and bread service before the meal. The bread, appetizer and entrees were all served at once. The bread was cold and dry to the point of inedible. We ordered the mac and cheese trio and creamed spinach. All were served cold. My cowgirl ribeye ordered medium rare was dry with no marbling and very little flavor. The texture of the steak brought to mind sawdust. We paid the $750 check and vowed never to return. It was truly dismal.
Don't waste your money. If you've been to STK NYC or any other location, you will be disappointed here. Amongst other things, Bread came out 85 minutes later.... and they only give you 90 minutes to dine. There are many other delicious and worthy steakhouses in Atlanta where you feel good about spending $400 for 2 and get your money's worth but this place is not one of them.
The ambience and staff were absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were superb. The prices are not for the faint at heart, however, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
