This was my first apartment and it will be the last with them. No communication, building and all the apartments in Bankstown are full of defects. Water proofing was done really bad and first heavy rain we start to have all problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS people.... DO NOT MAKE my mistake

Worst developer/builder in Sydney. Agents: don t represent them. Buyers: don t purchase from them. 2 weeks after settlement, they are still building the bloody thing. CBRE should calculate the repetitional damages to their brand and make them pay. Purchasers should seek compensations.
I recently made an investment purchase with Merhis. I had honestly never expected them to be this helpful and understanding. The level of customer service by the Merhis team was absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend.

I'm a contractor and have worked for this group. Expect to be lied to about payment dates. I'm owed 30k which has been outstanding for more than 60 days. Contract payment agreement was 14 days. Beware tradies. All you get is the run-around. I'm engaging collections lawyers.
What a great opportunity that Merhis Connect is offering buyers to own a home within 10 years with No Banks, No Loans, No Interest and No Hidden Cost. Purchase commercial property in October settlement was expected in December 2019, due defects or council issues we are still unsure when we will be proceedings with settlement. They never respond to solicitors or agents emails calls. I will never make another mistake to buying a property from unknown builders like merhis groups.
They never reply my solicitor's email and extent the sunset date for no reason. Very dodgy and unprofessional developer. Stay away from it!
NB: Be aware of these fake 5 star reviews. They were fabricated to uplift the rating.
Worst building purchase experience - would not recommend anyone buy a Mehris property. Extremely poor quality finishings, lots of defects everywhere, one sided contracts which leave the purchasers with no recourse rights and extremely poor customer service.
