Very good food. They are very busy so they are kinda slow and we've had to send our sprites back 2 times so far because they run out of syrup but it's not a big deal they don't charge for a new one.
I would recommend if you're not in a hurry but the food is great. I would recommend their plates are to big its kinda hard to fit alot of people in a table because the plates are huge.
We have eaten here many times but the food quality and taste has been declining for some time now and more so on our recent visits. Missing ingredients, flavor and making us sick after eating. Will not be back which is unfortunate as we used to love their food. Another restaurant bites the dust!
Good sandwiches and a place to eat during our trip. Outside seating was good but for some parents that let their kids tear up the place but can't blame that on the establishment.
Usually the service is really good, but this visit the employees found it more important to talk than get my food that was sitting up on the window.
I ordered a spud Max and a sandwich online for curbside pick up. When I got to McAlister s, I texted the number like it asks and after waiting for 10 minutes with no one coming to the car or anything, my husband went inside to find out where our food was. They told him that it will be an hour wait because they ran out of spuds. No one called us or even came out to our car... who knows how long we would ve waited if my husband didn t go inside. We then go in to ask for a different order to replace the spud and when I asked why I wasn t called or why I was able to order the spud, the lady told me that when I ordered, they had spuds but then people must ve have ordered the rest of them when they ordered through dine in. The lady helping us then proceeded to charge me for my sandwich that I ordered in place of the spud. When I asked if there is anything they can do, they did credit me the sandwich. It was very frustrating to hear that someone who dines in gets priority over an on-line order that has already been confirmed. I was left hanging with very poor communication and service.

Great food. Pricey for the Junction area. Anticipate $25 for two people with drinks. Not considered fast food. The line during lunch will surprise you. Of course the sweet tea makes it worth it.

Always so busy! They have delicious food and so much of it!! The old saying "if you go home hungry it's your own fault" definitely applies! Numerous sandwich choices, several salads, the LARGEST potatoes on earth, and more than 3 soups to choose from.
Was looking for a particular place in town and this place is exactly what I wanted. Will be my place to go when in need of a filling yet light meal. Not to mentioned...delicious food and extremely, very friendly, helpful staff included management.
