Food and music was awesome, but the waiters and waitresses could be better, if I am given no choice but to tip. I want it earned. I come for the concerts next time I won't order anything. I heard a haggered looking waitress complaing how she couldn't wait to get out of here, after customers were complimenting her. She should go home and stay home if it's that bad.

Great food! Great music! Get there early for the show for a good seat!

Did not enjoy my experience here. I ordered a well done burger and after one bite I could see it it was pink inside. I cut it in half just to be sure. After I returned it, they re-cooked the same burger and brought it back on a new bun cut in half with a bite missing. My 13 year old niece had lipstick on her glass. They would hand you an unwrapped straws from their hands, and they touched our food with their hands to put it in to go boxes. Will not go back.

Excellent! We enjoyed live Latin music with Jackie Warren and Sammy de Leon, great musicians, wonderful atmosphere.

Come for the music, stay for the food. Nighttown reputation is carefully cultivated and we'll deserved.

One of my favorite spots in Cleveland! Solid beer choices and friendly staff. Great place to have a date night or to bring out-of-towners for a local taste of Cleveland

Always on of the best spots to see live music! It's a little pricy but worth the money. My wife and I have been going to Nighttown for years and only just had a somewhat negative experience which had to do with our server that just disappeared during the show. He brought us our round of drinks and then I had to walk out of the show to try and find him. When I couldn't find him I had to ask on of the other busy staff members to track him down. That being said the other servers in the room were working incredibly hard and we have had some of the best serving staff experiences at Nighttown in the past!

Great food. Great service. An eclectic and fun place!

We came about an hour before a show for dinner. Appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees all came out within five minutes of ordering. Obviously trying to push us out before the music started. Half the dishes were cold anyway. Food was sup par. Service was bad, my water glass never got refilled. Really ruined a special occasion.

This seems like a very old restaurant decor-wise. Very dark and unappealing. The food was average at best. I had the Bloom Burger, I make better burgers at home. The staff is extremely nice though. I don't highly recommend this place for food or ambience.

Was there about a week ago for a carry out order recommended the lobster pot pie truly my favorite my friend and myself were very disappointed for 25 they gave us a very small container barely enough for one she loved the lobster pit pie but we both were very disappointed in the portion size we received hopefully they were just out of the usual size container the pie was very good even she had to admit

Sticky table outside by the door. However we were very grateful to be out on a date night during this epidemic.

Everyone from the staff to the other guests and ESPECIALLY Forecast were EXCELLENT.

When I made the reservation, I was asked did I have a preference for seating. I told the young lady no cubby areas, I told her there was going to be 12 people. A few days later I called back and told her I had to change the number for the reservation to 9 and to confirm where they were seating us, she asked me again where I wanted to be seated, so I told her the main large area and she said ok. When we get there which happened to be my birthday celebration they tried to place us on the patio; this was NOT what I asked for I was very upset, they wouldn't compensate us for any of the meals and wouldn't let us sit in the area that I requested due to concert in that room they double booked and the girl didn't notify me of this at the time of the reservation because at that time it was only one set for the concert. So we had to go to the patio where it was first very warm then cold for a long time until my son complained and the waiter turned the heat back on. The portion size for the Dublin Lawyer has smaller than in past visits and it didn't quite taste the same.

Took my mom and grandparents here for Mother's Day brunch. Great food, service, and atmosphere. My grandma especially loves this restaurant. We have also been there when they've had live music, and it's been lovely.

Tight space but it gives you an opportunity to mingle with other guests. Food is phenomenal and so are the live bands! Cant wait to go back.

Monday night rib special. Unbelievably delicious. Worthy acts come through here and the ambience is great.

Food was great with a number of vegetarian options. Wonderful intimate ambiance and quiet enough for conversation.

Good menu and service. Busy. Reservations recommended. Parking is difficult.

This club has a near equal in every major city, but is uniquely Cleveland. What a great spot for a night out on the town.

If you pay with cash they keep all coinage change less than a dollar, -without asking, this is unacceptable ! The standard here is a 20% gratuity automatically added to your tab.The wait staff is sluggish, dry and inattentive, unless your're a Doctor. Why ? See previous not about the standard tip.The kitchen is even slower. Portions are smallish, tasty and pricey. The sound is good, so the Jazz is usually hot.

This place is terrible and very racist I order the doubling lawyer and only got a bowl of air so disappointed in this place for actually accepting my money for a sample plate and I suggest everyone who orders carry out check your food before you leave

Really nice music shows, but the service is so busy the whole time. Drinks were good, but pricy. Gratuity was already applied to a bill for 4 people at 20%+. Surcharge for credit transactions.

Nightgown is a Cleveland landmark, offering consistently good food, drinks, and friendly service in a fun atmosphere.

Went for a bridal shower. Room ok. Lots of bees. Waitress didn t wash her hands...I couldn t eat or drink anything she brought out and didn t want to make a seen for the bride.

My favorite place to go for great times, great friends and spectacular music and food.

Nice space for a meeting. (TIFFANY ROOM) Enjoyed the dinner and service. Not great but decent/good food. Got the flat iron steak.

Nice live performances. We like the fact that the restaurant is open until 2 am, that's not usual in Cleveland

We stopped in for a glass of wine around 5:00 at Nighttown after visiting CMA this last Saturday and had a very disappointing experience. The bartender's apathy was apparent. The bar was nearly empty and after ordering a glass of Cabernet for myself, my girlfriend asked for the wine list. The bartender walked over to the cash register and proceeded to engage with another employee. After waiting 10 minutes she did not bring either the wine list or the glass of Cab. We walked out. We are Clevelanders and are disappointed at how Nighttown can treat their patrons so poorly. This is far from Cleveland's best and if you are from out of town and Nighttown is recommended, please know we have more welcoming establishments in our great city.

The prices were pretty high but I would go there again ..only maybe once a year . I had to walk a ways to find parking which is difficult for me.

I attended the Klezmer band performance on Sunday, Sept 15th 2019 with my date. The dining experience was a disaster. We ordered a couple of drinks and a steamed artichoke for a starter. Got our drinks, but no artichoke. Waitress came back to take our main course order which we placed. Got our salad and then waited and waited. Finally after a very long, long time we asked about the long lost artichoke and our main course. Waitress admitted that she never placed the artichoke order and said for some reason our main course order never got through from their ordering device. We finally got out main course, but by that time we were already needing to leave for another engagement. The waitress (initials JMF) never once offered any compensation for the screw ups, was rude about the blunders and on top of it we had to pay the required 20% required gratuity. WHAT A RIP OFF! I'm very disappointed. Check#101, table 21B.

Planning a party or special occasion? Choose Nighttown! The whole process for our mom's 50th surprise birthday party was seamless. From beginning to end! Melissa helped us with the arrangements, made us feel comfortable picking food/bar options in our budget. The night of the party, the staff was ready to go, our servers were attentive and even offered to take pictures and videos for the surprise. The space was beautiful and they handled everything. I would recommend Nighttown to anyone planning a party, we had an amazing evening!

Great show and food. Surprised that they automatically added 20% gratuity to bill. I would have done so myself. My party was just two people. We had to sit with a "group" because of crowd capacity.
