Love this place! My daughter has learned so much! Melo is absolutely amazing!

This is my sons 5th lesson , he was terrified his 1st lesson screamed and cried and even hit the teacher. But coach joe has been so patient with him . My son has almost transformed he s now trying to jump in the pool without joe. The fear is gone thank you so much for your patience and compassion. It really shows through your work. A great place for kids to learn to swim. The instructors are superb.

Administration is extremely unprofessional. They are insensitive to circumstances. They do not read the paperwork you fill out so the coaches are not aware of disabilities or medical conditions. There is no communication between the coaches and parents. They have no respect towards their customers. My family will never return. It s been one problem after another and I m not usually a complainer.

Do not take your children to this company. They don t have enough safety and education for their employees . The owner will take your money!! The employees are extremely nice when you call and sign your child up for classes. Soon as you want to withdraw your child they get aggressive on the phone and steal your money. The owner Avoids calling you back. When he does he s extremely rude and narcissistic as well. He accuses you of being rude when he s extremely unprofessional on how he speaks to you. He will never give your money back even when your child no longer belongs. Make sure you fill out a waver instead of asking an employer to Disenroll your child. They told me they were and the next week they took money out of my account...

Terrible place that is very discriminatory against minorities

Could not be happier with our experience with Saguaro Aquatics. Our sons have learned so much in such a short time and they look forward to every lesson. Coach Joe is the right amount of patient and fun while being direct and pushing the kids to try harder. I recommend this place to everyone who has young kids!

I recently had my son join private lessons with Saguaro Aquatics. Their beautiful new indoor facility is clean, salt water (so there isnt that strong chlorine smell) and full of friendly and enthusiast staff, who are always on time and ready to teach. Its also located midtown which I find convenient going between work, home, or my childs school. Saguaro serves all ages and all skill level. Whether it be a baby getting in the water for the first time, or an adult, who missed their opportunity earlier in life to learn how to swim, they are open to all! My son, who has been diagnosed with special needs, has been coached by Dustin. Coach Dustin has shown incredible patience, support, and playfulness with my son, but balances it perfectly with the appropriate discipline needed for my son to succeed. In just a few weeks my son has gone from an 8 year old swimmer, to a confident one, showing promise in different strokes including the beginning basics of the freestyle and backstroke. I am so pleased with the attention my family has been shown, and how comfortable we all feel with the direction Coach Dustin and Josh have given us. I highly recommend this business!!

We have had our kids in swim lessons since about 2. We have 5 of them. Have used the Y, local public, and another private facility for lessons. Saguaro aquatics is far and away the best. The improvement is visible and stark. Our younger ones went from water useless to water safe and swimming in a month. Older kids all had significant stroke improvements.
The best ROI in swim lessons of all facilities we have used. Highly recommend.

Kayton & Jose are excellent instructors, they work well with small children. They are patient & make learning fun.

Saguaro Aquatics is an incredible institution. My daughter is 4 years old and has learned to swim in a safe and technical way as a result of coach Elise. Josh, who is the owner and founder of Saguaro Aquatics, is communicative and dedicated to his business. I cannot recommend SA enough. Can t say enough about the wonderful experience we have had with Saguaro Aquatics! It is a great facility staffed with some amazing coaches. Our girls (age 4 & 6) started out with Coach Joe, and we absolutely loved his demeanor with the kids...so patient and calm, yet firm when needed. Based on our schedule, we have since changed lesson days and have had Coach Josh and Coach Dustin...both wonderful!! It s hard to find a place where every instructor is just as wonderful as the next, but you have it here! We are sooo thankful for this experience....Josh, the owner, has been so kind and professional with us, and so timely in communication. We live about 35 minutes away from this facility, but would never go anywhere else! Overall incredible experience :)!

Our kids have been coming to Saguaro Aquatics for several months now. Both kids have excelled under the expert instruction of Coach Elise! She is super courteous and our kids have formed a strong bond with her. My six year old in particular used to be afraid to put his head underwater. Since starting swim lessons he has gained a lot of confidence, and has become a much stronger swimmer. The facility is always clean, and Jackie, the host is always friendly. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the facility is clean and the guests are taken care of. If I could give Coach Elise, Jackie, and Saguaro Aquatics more than five stars I would! We truly appreciate everything they do, and for giving my children an important life skill!

I've heard wonderful things about Saguaro Aquatics and Josh and I plan to enroll my little ones soon!!

Number 1 reason for this class is to protect your children. So if you really wanna protect your kids and keep them safe , take them somewhere else. If I could give a negative I would .

Thank you Saguaro Aquatics!!! I am very happy with all the hard work that Josh and Rachel have done in order for my son to swim confidently! The staff here has great customer service and are very knowledgeableable, Autism speaks in my home so its no easy task in training my little athelete yet Rachel took on the challenge and her excellent coaching skills have awakened a new passion in swimming for my boy!!! He continues to swim stronger every week!!! I highly recommend Saguaro Aquatics!!!

My girls started here about 2 years ago. We love it here. They are super accommodating with scheduling and always friendly. The staff obviously love what they do. Coach Melo has been our primary coach and has adapted his teaching methods to each of my girls very different personalities. My oldest daughter was very fearful of water and over the last couple if years he has worked through the fear with her with kindness and confidence, she is no longer afraid. My youngest daughter is wild and energetic and he is able to match that energy level and harness her attention. I cannot thank him enough.
Also, a shout out to coach Elise for helping my daughters as well, she is a super great coach. Shout out to Jackie for always accommodating my changing schedule needs. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend Saguaro Aquatics. Thanks for all you do for my children.

The owner and instructors are kind and thoughtful, and completely interested in the success of kids learning to swim. They're professional and really flexible with scheduling. We've been so pleased with our experience and being included in the Saguaro Aquatics family!

Josh accomodated a special schedule for my 13 year old nephew to teach him how to swim. Today I went to watch his progress and in a WEEK and a HALF my nephew learned a LOT, he knows the basics at swimming. And he is so excited of his own progress!!!
Thank you all the staff for always going to the point and start teaching from minute 1 to the last minute. They don't waste time!

As a parent who has signed her kiddos up for ballet, gymnastics, tap dance, soccer, and other various extra curricular activities around Tucson, Saguaro Aquatics has been the light at the end of the tunnel my husband and I have been looking for when it came to our girls.

Saguaro Aquatics has exceeded any expectations. Each staff member that we have interacted with has been incredibly effective at their job. From the moment we were even thinking about enrolling, to the initial phone call asking about pricing and scheduling, it has been nothing but genuine caring customer service.

The staff though......**chefs kisses** As any parent knows, when you go and spend a few hundred for any type of class, you expect to get " a few hundred" type of quality and oh man does the staff DELIIIIIVER!!!!! My family has had the privilege of working with coach Melo who is one of the most engaged coaches and mentors I have ever met. His classes are filled with words of encouragement, positive constructive notes for improvements, jokes, and smiles! My middle child works with Coach Elise and during one class when my daughter wanted to quit due to being scared of the water, Coach Elise encouraged and reassured my daughter that she was safe and to believe in herself. TO TOP IT OFF, this evening's class, I heard Coach Elise speaking Spanish to one of the other kiddo swimmers......as a Spanish speaking woman of color...to see such efforts to be inclusive and align with your customers rather then expecting customers to align with the organization...just incredible.

its not often you find quality work.it really isn't. But this place is it.

The facility is clean, takes Covid Precautions and screening seriously and honestly I am grateful for that. My kids actually look forward to classes, they are excited and happy and have something that is a sure thing during these often unsure times for kiddos.my kids have become so comfortable with the water and have really gained swimming SKILLS and water safety precautions. we are grateful!

Tyler is amazing with my 3-year old grandson. Tyler has oodles of patience, and he is very kind and attentive. He helps my little guy feel more comfortable in the water. With Tyler, my little guy is wearing goggles and putting his head in the water. Tyler notices all the little details and helps my little guy have a good experience in the pool as he learns to swim.

We put my step daughter in classes about a year ago when she was 6. They do a great job of teaching and telling the kids when there doing a good job. She has excelled fast and can now swim by her self. Her one coach Josey has deffinetly taught her a lot. She is direct with her and that s what she needs. I would deffenetly recommend this place to any parent wanting there children to learn to swim.

We started Patent Tot classes with my 2 year old with Coach Kallie. He learned what he needed and was able to move to the next class. Coach Kallie is really good with him and was good at explaining concepts to parents as well. We were sure to pick a class with the same coach and there was lots of options. Rescheduling/makeups is simple and the parent portal is simple to use. Highly recommend.

I've been so impressed with Saguaro Aquatics!! After several years of private instructors we found online or lessons through the city we hadn't seen much progress. In the month my girls have been at Saguaro Aquatics, grown they've grown leaps and bounds.

There is a clear progression of skills to move from one level to another and the instructors are firm, but encouraging! It's fun watching all the instructors with the kids, they all seem great. However we've gotten to have classes with Kallie, Brandon and Ryan who I can personally say are incredible!

Excellent coaches, my daughter improved a lot having swimming class here. She was stuck in one level for 2 years in other school. Other things is at Saguaro it is indoor, weather outside don't matter, hot or cold, class keep going.

In my opinion Josh has set up the best swim school in Tucson. I highly recommend you come and see for yourself. His facility is top notch and the instructors are amazing.

My daughter loves it here. The coaches do really well teaching the kids how to swim and reminding them how to be safe around water. They are all amazing.

When I signed up to take an adult class at Saguaro Aquatics I had no idea of what to expect. I just knew that I needed relief from pain, and that I needed to incorporate exercise into my life. The salt water pool and the classes I have been taking for three months now have yielded incredible results. With Carolee as my instructor I have found that my pain has lessened, my balance and strength have improved, and I no longer need my walker to get from my car to the pool. I can t say enough good things about the management, my instructor, and the the results of the classes I am taking.

I chose Saguaro Aquatics for Therese, age 9 and Sam, age 11. Their instructor, Kallie, was excellent. In a month and a few days, the kids progressed from little confidence in the water to ability to use the American Freestyle to swim 25 meters with correct kick, stroke and breathing techniques.
They now can swim confidently in Tucson's public pools.

After only 3 weeks my 3 year old loves to swim. Before he would scream and cry when in a pool, but after being here a couple of weeks he looks forward to swimming. The instructors here are awesome. When I see the other instructors teach older kids I look forward to having my son continue lessons. They accommodate multiple levels and ages.

As a coach at this facility and a former competitive swimmer, there is no place better to learn how to swim and how to be safe around the pool and learn technique for each stroke. I highly recommend this place for all ages. I teach from a range of 6 months all the way to 86 years old. And lots of work with children with Autism

Extremely satisfied!! I ve switched my sons schedule a few times due to my own chaos, and Josh has been SO nice and patient and understanding each time. All the staff has been amazing... today was his first lesson in a new class with Jackie and I am so so impressed, yet again!! Seriously. She is stern, but gentle and very nice and just great with my son. I am looking forward to all the progress continuing and HIGHLY recommend this company. It s ran and staffed and well kept like no other!! Thank you for everything Saguaro Aquatics!!

I called saguaro aquatic to inquire about swimming lessons for my granddaughter. I was told that she had to go on a waiting list. I then realized on my account that they had charged me almost $100 without any contact, so i called them, and they insisted they contacted me. No message, no missed call on either work or cell.

After they charged my account and chose which month of sessions to put her in, I tried to get a hold of them for 48 hrs to try and get her in a later session, being that we wouldn't be in town for the one they signed her up for.

An hour before her first lesson (again, which they chose) I get a call from Josh, a representative of saguaro aquatics, he informs me that there are no push backs, no refunds, and only one make up per month. Trying to understand this absurd policy, lack of professionalism and communication. I requested a refund, only to be hung up on.

Wonderful instructors that work with each child. My 3 year old daughter was so scared/anxious that initially she wouldn't even enter the pool, but over time Joe has been so sweet and wonderful with her that she is now happy to go and is slowly making progress. Love this place!

My children have taken swimming classes during the summer for a few years.. Sahuaro Aquatics is a great school, where you definitely learn how to swim.. This year both of my children are in the mastering level class of backstroke and breaststroke, their instructor Brandon has made a big impact on their swimming progress. He has been a terrific instructor!!!! ... We hope to see him next summer!!

All the staff at Saguaro are so sweet, their online portal makes it easy to sign up for classes, let them know when you ll be absent, and schedule make up classes. I ve got my two year old registered for one on one classes with Coach Molly. I can t say enough great things about her; she s fun, patient, and my daughter adores her. We ve had a couple substitute coaches, who have also been wonderful, big shout out to Kayton who was amazingly patient while my daughter cried for 30 straight minutes, and tried the whole time to make her smile. Their COVID procedures make me feel completely comfortable, and I really appreciate they do!

Cancels classes without notifying and very difficult to schedule makeup. They only offering a make up class on a level she completed. Swim instructors are good but administration are very uncooperative. If I treated my customers this was I would be out of business.
