Went for concert by Peter and Jeremy. Learned that you have to get there very early to get a decent table/seat.
Though, the tables especially in the side rooms are ridiculously tight. There was a couple of inches between them and they had to be moved just to get between them. This was made all the more difficult by there being full glasses of water on all tables. Which meant using your napkins to soak up the water that inevitably spilled all over the table. The seats in the side room did not give a real view of the stage.
The menu was interesting and our entrees were well prepared and delicious. The beer selection leaves a lot a lot to be desired. But, there were a few choices if you are into craft beers.

So-o-o overrated. There are so few entertainment venues like this around this area that this seems to be better than it is. Theres almost nothing to compare with. Wait staff are slow, impersonal, and the food is overpriced. The entertainment is always great to fabulous! When I go here its always loud and difficult to move about. I'd prefer to sit at the bar for the less crowded aspect, but then everyone entering and exiting smash by the narrow passage behind the barstool.

A great place if you are wanting to have a long relaxed dinner and hear great live music. The food can be pricey, and there is usually the need to buy a ticket to sit in the area where the live music plays.

Was in town for an interview and attended a group social happy hour here: I thought the event was very well organized and catered- the hors d'oeuvres were a good mix of vegetarian (I highly recommend the mushroom tarts) and meat appetizers, and the several side rooms attached to the main dining room were conducive for moving around and mingling.

Food, service, and music always great. Its an old warren of rooms, you might have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom, but that is part of its charm! Vegan options, lots of variety, and classic pub food well done: I love the bangers and mash.

A lot of reasons. Number one is the Louisiana salad, number two the outdoor dining, number three you can bring dogs on to the outdoor patio. The staff is polite, it's local, reasonable prices, lots of reasons. You can tell the owner cares..

Wasn't the places fault, power outage... Food was good, drinks great!!! Need to be more aware of length of hair ( beards they can be where they shouldn't)... Room temperature varied, again more because of weather than anything people could do about it... Great time...

Outstanding experience at the Peter and Jeremy concert 11/1! There's tight seating in the "music room" for sold out shows, but we got a great spot close to the stage by arriving early. Food was uniformly excellent, and our server Tony was exceptional. Somewhat pricey, but very well worth it for a special night out.

The service was amazing I would recommend people to come here just because of that. I got the lobster pot pie and it was very salty with little lobster. Would not recommend, for the price.

Very tight quarters due to them squeezing in extra seating. We had tickets to a band there and they gave away all the seats because we weren't "early" (we weren't late either). Drinks are overpriced. Overall, too crowded and too expensive.

An amazing place to spend your evening. The live entertainment is the highlight. I caught a jazz trio. The food is top notch. Best place if you are into enjoying a night with great food, a few drinks with friends while listening to some good jazz performances and chill out for the night.
My waitress for the night was Sabrina, who's really good, the service was excellent from her and I recommend you ask for her.
There's a section without the music too if you aren't feeling like it. Moderately expensive, but worth the money
Overall a great place to chill out.

I absolutely LOVE Nighttown. I have attended several Jazz Performance. The location is intimate so you can be up close and personal with the performers and the sound is clear.
The food is excellent, I have enjoyed the Ribeye, Lobster Bisque, Onion Soup and Calamary Appetizer along with a few other Great meals. I truly enjoy each visit and anxiously await the next.

Night town is an excellent venue for a private dinner or for any kind of large celebration. They have an incredible and engaging staff and excellent food not withstanding their superb assortment of talented musical artists. A win-win!

I had such a great time. Went with my mom friend and her two littles for Sunday brunch. They don't have a kids menu but they do have high chairs! Mimosa were perfect. Be prepared to spend a little cash though. $30 just for my self but the food was definitely worth the money!! I had the omelette. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter and I attended the Stan Ridgway concert. Over all we were delighted. The food was good, I had the Alaskan Halibut and my daughter had the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Seating was excellent and the wine was good. My only concern came when I got my bill. We were a table of 2 and yet our server Tony, force fed me the 20% gratuity that according to the menu was only required for tables of 6 or more. I paid because it was worth it, but I was mildly irritated that he just assumed I'd pay it.

This was my first time at Nighttown, went to see Jeff Louber Fusion. I really enjoyed the music other than for a $40 cover and only got a little over 1 hour of music when he was suppose to be on for an hour and a half. The food is on the pricey side but the service was fast for a sold out night. I guess that is why my broccolini was still on the raw side and my prime rib was bloody when I asked for medium. Overall nice atmosphere but not worth the money you have to pay unless you have it to give away.

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. It started out ok.We arrived around 730 for an 830 $how time. WE WERE PROMPTLY SEATED. FROM THERE IT STARTED TO GO DOWNHILL! The menu. Mary a burger or sandwich for us regular people.Onion soup was horrible broth weird tasting.Got a meat and cheese board that was DIzsGUSTING plus SHORT on the crackers. A blob of blue cheese was surrounded by a couple other cheeses some tiny slices of meat and other mystery items For 20 bucks it won the prize for Worst ever/never again

The covered patio was not the best location for a 50th reunion gathering on a hot, muggy, evening with a torrential downpour. The furniture was more suited for dining rather than allowing the easy mingling of a group of people that had not been together in several decades. The bar was hard to access and the service was sometimes slow. I assume they only allowed cash in order to expedite service. However, it seemed the bar staff seemed preoccupied with the cash register versus providing service. Since the average age of the attendees was approximately 68 years old, it did not readily accommodate the mobility challenged.

My go-to bar x 7 years. Mo, Keira, and Rachel do an excellent job on the bar and the local standards plus unusual beer selections are a solid mix meaning you can always find something to suit your mood. Bar seating is limited and split into two back to back bars, and it is generally a busy place. When there's live shows it can get very busy, but it's often worth it. The food is always worth the price.

One of the areas top places for Jazz and many artists that come through town. Its a little tight between the tables but be sure to enjoy a dinner before the show. The food is exceptional and the bar is very lively.

We chose Night Town as our Thanksgiving dinner destination based on the positive online reviews and my experience dining here years ago, where I recall enjoying their renowned Dublin Lawyer entree, but tonight's meal was anything but enjoyable. The calamari appetizer arrived at our table no less than 45 seconds after ordering it, indicating it was languishing in a warming oven and devoid of the crunchy texture its "panko breading" would've provided. The honey-wasabi drizzle was tasty though sparse, leaving most of the rings bereft of much flavor. At this point I had to flag down our server and ask for the bread basket, to which she happily obliged. My date ordered the trout entree and I the prime rib, but when I asked to sub out the mashed potatoes for the fingerling lyonnaise offered in another dish, she kindly informed me the kitchen refused to substitute sides tonight. In all my years of dining out I've never been met with substitution resistance, but fine. The trout dish arrived unseasoned with shaved almonds tossed over top; the haricot verts (green beans) were cooked to al dente (also without seasoning) and the "tomato confit" were precisely two grape tomatoes baked in olive oil (it's sad when restaurants stoop to fancy menu wording only to deliver something that falls far short). My entree consisted of one ice cream scoop of mashed taters, the same green beans and a prime rib cooked to its perfect medium rare temp, though not difficult to achieve with the modern advent of sous vide. I noticed the au jus was nowhere to be seen, so I flagged down the server, requested some, and she proceeds to school me in what au jus translates to in French (??). After about 5-7 minutes the jus arrived, but, again following the theme of the evening, flavorless.

I don't typically vilify a restaurant online but if every component of your Thanksgiving dinner falls into the sad equivalence of an 80's diner menu, then a boiling point has been reached. If you're going to make the effort of being one of the few dining options on a holiday, you'd think they would strive to nail it. Instead they nailed the bland glow of mediocrity.

The atmosphere at this place is great. Make sure you pick a night with music you want to go. If you're really interested in the person or group, I would buy a ticket for a table. But if you just want to listen I would just sit at the bar and take it in. The food is pretty good with pretty large portions.

We were there as part of a banquet on their patio. They did a nice job meeting the demands of a large group at the bar. The patio was overly warm (no, it was downright hot). It needed fans to cool the area. The food was good, but they were unprepared to deliver it. We waited in the sweltering heat for over an hour until our orders were delivered. I recommend against using thier patio for your banquet needs

Great early bird specials. Trout and hanger steak were excellent. Happy hour until 7 weekdays at the bar. Saw the Apollo's Fire Baroque musicians for their holiday performance and couldn't have enjoyed them more. A Cleveland Gem!
