Great tools, supplies and materials from great people! I enjoy buying tools here and there but I should probably just buy the whole Master Set to save money. I already have a bunch of tools from it so maybe I'll gift all of those to my Brother. I hope this rona nonsense ends real soon because I would love to visit!

Worst buying experience ever. The order has been awaiting shipment since 11/30 they said they would ship a replacement 12/4. They did not. They have not responded to emails for over 2 days and are actively ignoring me. They had no problem taking my money though.

I'm not a guitar builder, but a musician. I was able to find plenty of tools and supplies to clean up and polish my fingerboard. StewMac has a wide selection of products. Item shipped fast and was packed well. I also got a free StewMac sticker. Sweet!

I'm a master Luthier and I buy everything from them. If a tool has a small issue, they do not hesitate to send a new one at no cost. I would not buy my tools from anyone else !

I recently ordered a quad of JJ EL84 tubes for a 1960s AC30. Instead I received a quad of Tube Amp Doctor tubes. I thought I would give them a try, huge mistake. The amp went silent after about 30 seconds and I smelled something burning. Pulled the tubes, turns out one of the tubes was shorted and another tube had zero emissions. This was my first and last time ordering tubes from StewMac, in fact I will never order anything from them again, and I'd suggest avoiding Tube Amp Doctor tubes as well if this experience is any indication of the quality of their testing procedures. Now I have to take my amp to get looked at and possibly spend a lot of money because of the worst possible poor quality of the items I purchased.
