Margaret scouted me for software developer position through LinkedIn. Through a casual chit-chat, she wanted to know me as a person and understand what I was looking for instead of diving into potential positions like most recruiters do. After she and her team suggested a few positions which might be suitable for me, provided company and job descriptions and answered my questions, I did accept one offer where I am now. I do recommend engaging PeopleSearch to find potential jobs.

I received a phone call from Alan and he spent a lot of time explaining what he was recruiting for, the pros and cons, and I hung up thinking this was one of the most informative recruitment calls I've ever received. Maybe the most informative. It was a great conversation.
To update this review = I NEVER heard from him or anyone else from this recruitment agency again..
Here is another factor: I was told to write a good review on Google and they'll email me some sort of voucher for GrabFood or some other restaurant, I can't quite remember but no email ever came with this

Not reliable. Only care about their commission even when you inform them that the company seems to be trying to cheat you. Then, they will stop answering your calls and you re stuck in a bad company thanks to them.

Avoid at all cost. This agency gets its candidate to sign undertaking to compensate them if the candidate resign or got sacked and deem that as industrial practice. What rubbish. No other respectable recruitment company have such terms. Clearly trying to take advantage of candidate to earn their fees instead of getting a replacement for their clients. A disgrace to the recruitment industry. Please avoid them.
