We first had a slightly too good (read too hard) mattress, it was a bit too firm and for us uncomfortable, HR55 medium, swapping was no problem.
5 days later the mattress was exchanged for an HR60 soft!
It sleeps wonderfully, it is a cold foam mattress, great if you like a slightly firmer mattress. Otherwise you have to choose a top layer with a memory foam.
