I worked with David Corsivo and I could not have asked for a better sales representative. He was incredibly responsive and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about the the different packages I was looking at and very diligent in finding the best options for me. He had a great personality and he was a pleasure to work with. Next time I am shopping for a car, I hope David is still around to sell it to me!

This place is unethical and disgusting. They post prices online for vehicles and then when you go in to work a deal, they jack up the price by $2,000-$3,5000 and tell you the price listed online was a mistake .

I've had a magnificent experience to work with George Atabaev. He was extremely helpful in providing what was needed, was very professional and informative. I have nothing but positive things to say about each level of process, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

I recently purchased a Lexus from Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood. My salesperson was George Atabaev. I had a very good experience. The entire sales and finance team were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured in the sales process but always felt that I was important to them. Any questions I had were answered promptly and accurately. On whole I felt I was dealt with fairly and honestly. I recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone interested in buying a car.

The staff is very friendly and engaged, but when I went to get a dashboard replaced, they forgot to change a setting which required a simple button push under the dash. When I called and told the dealership about the problem, they asked me to bring it in, not telling me that there was a simple solution. I live about an hour away so it was a very long drive for something I could have done myself. When I arrived a female service manager told me about the solution and apologized for making me drive so far. She was sincere, so apology accepted.

The dashboard itself is fine, but the mesh that goes over the speakers is not aligned well, and they forgot to put the diffuser for the defroster back in, so I do not have one anymore. The worst thing is that I had a wire for my dash cam routed under the center console. The staff tucked the wire for me, but and doing so damaged the console between the two front seats, breaking it on the passenger side. I only noticed when I let another person drive my car and I was in the passenger seat. I'm sure that in most cases their service is excellent, and I've had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, I have to change my review from five stars to two stars.

I think that I will probably try a different dealership if I ever need service again.

Very Professional. Mike Burgmaier was my sales person. He was simply great. Showed me all options available in my budget range and no pressure to commit whatsoever at all times. Excellent car buying experience with the sales rep Ms. Brianna Rivera. From the moment I walked up to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and completed the paperwork, Ms. Rivera was understanding and listened to what I was looking for without any pressure. The customer service provided by Ms. Rivera was above and beyond.

As the staff is probably aware, my early experience with Stevinson was not a good one. After weeks of exchanges with the dealership (including a BBB filing) we reached a reasonable and satisfactory resolution of my complaint.

Though I would have preferred to have resolved the matter sooner (or avoided it altogether), I'd like to compliment Steve Szekula and Don Wood on their comportment and professionalism in bringing the matter to a close. They have effectively turned around my earlier assessment of the dealership and have won over a new customer.

Mike Tsuji also does an excellent job providing customer training and technical support for the vehicle and should be commended as well.

I was fortunate enough to work with Steve during this last purchase. I live in Portland, OR and I have never personally purchased a car out of state so this transaction really was based on trust - in fact I was never able to test drive the car before my purchase. I couldn t have been happier. Steve made the whole transaction enjoyable and he was always available when I needed something.

I have to say that John Ambrose must be one of the most patient people ever. I am a worry wart. I am not happy unless I am worrying about something. He always talked me off the ledge assuring me of things along the way. This dealership went above and beyond to get me into another lease when my current one was nearing it's end. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for John Ambrose. You won't be disappointed.

The service right when I walked through the doors was amazing. Do, my salesman, welcomed me with open arms and treated me like a 5 star customer. He answered every single question I had about my vehicle, even trying to give me more information about things I didn t ask about. This is a first class car dealership. I bought my used car from there a few months ago and didn't feel any pressure. Everything was very professional, and easy. As a returning single, female buyer, I was treated seriously and respectfully in price negotiations for my recent Lexus purchase. Michael and Jair worked hard to get the deal I wanted. NEVER LEXUS, NEVER STEVINSON

I bought a new RC350 from Stevinson. I was turning in a lease with them, and decided to try a RC350 as my next car. After filling out all the paperwork and being told 1) there was no damage and 2) any penalties would be waived with part of my loyalty program (my car was over its allotted miles by a thousand) if I leased another Lexus. Well, when my lease was up, I got a bill for both a cracked mirror (that apparently happened on their lot) and the mileage overage. When I contacted them, they hid behind the fine print.

2) The new RC350 has had NUMEROUS issues. The upgraded Levinson sound system clips at certain frequencies - so I took it to the service department after friends and family who were riding with me complained about the sound. The sent a tech to check out the sound... HE WAS LITERALLY HALF DEAF and could hear nothing. Boom - refused to look any further.

3) The car squeals when it turns on. not quietly. Its painful to turn it on in a garage with the windows down. When I naively took it back to the same service department they told me "You must not be driving it HARD enough". Sports cars (hahaha) like this need the breaks to be warmed up. Having owned a corvette, sti, firebird, and several others... No, no it doesnt. So the head technician complained continuously that he would 'have to look into it" and its "going to be a lot of work for something that probably wont go away".

So now Im stuck in a 50k car that sounds terrible both in the cab and when you turn the car on. Stevinson couldnt care less. They got the sale and kept their service costs low I guess. If youre still reading this, I highly recommend dealing with another dealership at minimum. Probably better would be to invest in a different brand all together.

Great dealership. The wife and I always buy our cars from here. Way better then Kuni Lexus in my opinion. They always take care of me. Andrew has always been so helpful when I had questions about my car, he made the whole process fun and easy.

We purchased a certified pre-owned. After reviewing things a few months later, a few undisclosed issues came about. We had presented the issues with a few staff members. They were completely apologetic and handled the situation amazingly. Not only did the resolve the issues but restored our faith in the dealership. I would give a 5 star but having to deal with it in the first place, earned them the 4 stars. I would recommend as they had resolved the issues and made us very happy.

The one complaint I do have ,and would like to address is this , ,, when a customer ask to put the vehicle in a warm lighted place like the huge bays you have , so as to get a clearer look at what we are preparing to buy ,please do so ,dont claim its a lexus with a certified used warranty , that kind of response is demeaning and insulting , this nearly killed the deal,other than that we like what we got thanks guys .

We just purchased our Fourth Lexus from Stevinson. Our first purchase was a LS430 in 2005 and we just replaced our LX470 with a GX460. We have been very satisfied with their customer service as well as the service department. Randy Burge in the service department has always gone out of his way to help us.

Our salesperson was Michael Tsuji. He helped us in our purchases of a LS460 and a GX460. He was very knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining all of our options. There were no surprises and he always went the extra mile in helping us get what we wanted.

My husband and I recently purchased a new car at Stevinson. We've both had negative car buying experiences in the past. However, we actually enjoyed the car buying process this time! Much to our surprise, we were not overwhelmed by pushy sales reps. Instead, we were warmly greeted by George. He is not your stereotypical/pushy car salesman. He is very knowledgeable, personable, & found us the perfect car. I feel as though it is rare (given our past history) to have someone that actually listens to your needs. George genuinely wanted to make us happy and help us find something we'd both love to drive. He even went out of his way to take my husband to get his truck from the shop down the street so I could finalize paperwork. We weren't planning on buying a new car that day, but I'm very happy we chose to stop by Lexus!

Gave my car for this dealership to change the tranmission fluid. When I got my car back, I realized that the computer for transmission wasn't working like it was initially before I dropped it off.

Exceptional. I bought a previously owned vehicle. All my concerns were taken care of. Both before and after the sale.

I bought my car from here a few month ago and just brought it in for its first service. I made a service appt, but it still took 45 minutes for me to give them my car and get the loaner. It took me another 20 minutes to pick up my car when the service was complete. Included in this service was suppose to be a car wash and vacuum. This is the worst car wash I ever received. The interior of my car was still dirty. I swear they didn't vacuum or wipe anything down. The rubber mats I have weren't even shook out. It recently rained and they didn't even bother to dry off my car. It's like they took it to a bad drive thru place and didn't wait for the dry fans. Not the level of service that I would expect from a company who prides themselves on service. I will not be returning for service.

I found my used Lexus ES 330 by way of the USAA automobile location service. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when we arrived at Stevinson, but I was pleased beyond words when I saw the car, and met Don Wood. Don addressed every concern I had about the car, took me on a test drive and shepherded me through the easiest purchase of a car I've ever experienced. He was honest, forthright, easy to talk to, took me seriously (I am a woman - I've had some pretty awful patronizing experiences) and expedited the completion of the sale. I love my car and I'm a big fan of the Stevinson Lexus dealership!

Terrible experience in service department! I was told twice that my car could be stored overnight in a secure and covered area, only to show up to drop my car off and was told no. I was also told that I should have never paid for a 10k mile service that I had last year, only to also be later told that the information was incorrect. I receive apologies from management but nothing else. No one proactively followed-up the right the wrongs. Their staffed needs to be retrained to give accurate and consistent messages. I wasted time and effort and will gladly be going out of my way to take my business elsewhere now.

Michael Tsuji and Pete Souvall have once again taken excellent care of me during the purchase of my new GX 460. They always find a way to a good solution, and work to accommodate my request in a timely manner.
The service team at Stevinson is also a major reason I chose another Lexus from this dealer. They are professional, friendly, and only recommend what is necessary for this value conscious consumer.

Great experience! Ask to work with Hop Van. He helped my nephew and I with a used 2017 Lexus CT 200. Originally went to Kuni Lexus for the same car. Kuni wouldn t work with us at all on pricing, Even know the car had some cosmetic issues and only 1 key. They said it was the best pricing in the nation and we should be thankful for it. That was BS because I called Stevinson on the exact car except it was a fully loaded F-Sport. Much more car for the money. So we didn t even think twice. Purchased it that day. Everyone in Stevinson was so nice. Nothing stuffy about it at all. Thank you Hop Van and Stevinson. You won us over! Kuni lost a sale over a $300 key that they wouldn t cover the cost on. I guarantee if I was trading in my car they would of dinged me for not having 2 keys.

Terrible Service!!! I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER in the Lakewood lexus dealership. Just moved from TX and making this drastic change was already a nightmare!!! Walked in the door a Representative asked what I needed. I expressed regular maintenance and change of tires. So he asks for my last name and enters it in the system. As soon as he doesn't find my name in the system he tells me to come some other time. Drove 300mins from downtown to THIS!!! Disappointed!!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Save your time

Wow! If you are in the market for a new or used car, don t go anywhere else. The entire staff makes you feel so special the entire time you are there. I was referred to Brent Turner by a good friend because I wanted to buy a car, but I didn't know exactly which car to buy. I am really busy as most of us are today, and didn't have a lot of time to devote to driving every car on the lot. Brent found the exact right car for me, a 2007 Lexus 350 RX with low mileage and it came pre-certified. He worked the price down to an excellent deal for me, but I still needed time to be sure it was the exact right car for me. Brent brought the car and paperwork to my location so that I could take care of most of the needed signatures, etc. The whole process was much easier and quicker than I thought it would be thanks to Brent and the team at Stevinson. They also handled my financing directly with my credit union which was so simple saved me tons of time having to do it myself! Great experience. Thanks!
