They had helped me find several leasing jobs and never went a week without having work until i finally found a company that i've been with now for almost two years. All thanks to REP. I highly recommend them.
I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience, but the people who work here are extremely rude to those who aren't directly affiliated or apart of their 'work force'. If people are your responsibility, especially in property management or real estate, these people are the last place I would care to bring my business or trust with my service. Character is everything as is how you treat those around you. It's a shame it has to be reminded, it's a shame you chose to treat me the way you did. If the people you have working with you are the type of people I'd expect to come across in forms of leadership or areas to trust with my living situations I would judge the authenticity of their ethics harshly. I don't have a remedy for what could be done aside from tell you to be better human beings.
I have worked with REP for the last few years and every time I reach out to the staff I am treated with the upmost respect. Mackenzie and Wesley are top notch professionals and Mary in payroll is a delight. They send me to the best properties and I am very well taken care of. I would refer REP to almost anyone.
It's impossible to describe how amazing real estate personnel it is... especially Wes Boelter! I started out temping for them when I first relocated here to Colorado, with AMAZING success working with Christina (she's amazing too!) and have been blown away ever since. I'm now a very successful, full time/salary property manager, with a fantastic company, in the industry that I love. Now that I'm established here, Wes is the ONLY person I'll go to and there's no other company and no one else I'll ever do business with! If I call him with an emergency and need a temp ASAP, he always sends the best of the best and has never failed to amaze me! He even went out of his way to drop off some VERY important paperwork to my property on his way home from work one day! Real estate personnel and Wes are the true meaning of customer service and I'll never use anyone else for any of my staffing needs as long as I live in this beautiful state :) thank you real estate personnel and thank you Wes! This temp agency always had work for me and helped me land a good maintenance job and got hired at some apartments which later got promoted to a supervisor within 6 months we'll worth the time to apply
Northern Colorado (Loveland) Real Estate Personnel (Whitney and her team) are truly amazing. I have been a Community Manager of some very large properties requiring temp hiring. Through this process Whitney and her team have sent me temporary help of the highest of caliber whom I have permanently hired more than a few to fill some of my most valuable positions. Whether it be maintenance, grounds, leasing or management coverage they have always had my back with little to no notice. Kudos to the Northern Colorado Branch of the awesome company.

I started with REP in 2017 I temped for them for a few months until my current company bought me out. The hiring process was so fast and everyone from REP is super friendly and helpful. When I first applied with REP I got called in the next day for my interview and they found me a job the following day after. REP and Christina thank you for everything you guys did for me. I also want to mention I have sent about 6 of my friends to apply with REP with little to no experience and they got hired really fast and are doing great at their new properties. Thank you once again!
Fantastic owners and the whole team is treated like family. One of the best places I have worked in my career. They always go the extra mile for both candidates and clients! The staffing business is a tough one but Real Estate personnel has found the right formula to stay on top. If you are in the job market, give these guys a shot. They will work non stop until they help you land an amazing job!

Wes B. is whom I primarily worked with. He was top notch for communication and truly assisting in the best-paying assignments within my geographical location. If something out of the ordinary occurred, he was never phased, but immediately jumped to action creating a win-win-win for all parties (REP, client and I). Wes strongly encouraged education and always putting your best self first.

I haven t had a good experience. Anytime I reach out, they re available to help, but for whatever reason they never provide work. I ve had other temps that works at my establishment with me and I ve also seen opportunities posted online. No one else ever reached out. I was unemployed for a month. Never once did anyone reached out. I do believe they have favorites. I told them I would work and was available anytime. I told them I wanted something consistent, and they call me once after 6 PM asking if I could work for one day. Overall my experience with real estate personnel hasn t been great. Maybe you ll have better luck then me.

Every aspect about the company is outstanding from the open communication with management as well as an amazing company culture. The thing I value the most about REP is that they place the needs of the employees over everything else while working efficiently, effectively and above everything else ethically. The owners and staff are all fantastic. I honesty could never imagine working anywhere else.

I have been working for this company over a year now and have had a good experience with them. The reps are nice. Sometimes you have to tell them information a couple of times. I feel like I get a fair opportunity here. I have always got excellent help when it comes to my paycheck. At one property I worked at for over a year, the property manager- who was the only person that was employed at the property and also had responsibilities at other properties, she would not show up most days to sign my and a coworkers time sheet. The property manager was being unprofessional. Real Estate Personnel helped us find someone that could sign our timesheets. We would always get paid in time.
Overall, in my own experience for working for this company, I would recommend them.
Real Estate Personnel sends us great candidates for both temp help and new hires. We love how quickly they send us qualified people and they allow us to payroll our temps so that we can make sure they fit the team before we hire them. It makes our job just that much easier. When I worked here they sent me to several assignments that would make me sit at a front desk and literally do nothing for the entire day. At several places I filed documents that we over ten years old. I don t find their staff diverse nor their placements. Their posted jobs seem to only be for people, well certain people. I worked with people that were on full time and told me completely inappropriate things for conversation.
I am so proud to represent this company! REP is the most ethical and honest company I have ever worked for. I love working with our clients and creating fantastic teams of people to contribute to the overall success and well being of our clients.
They are wonderful. They follow up to make sure you are okay and confortable at your assignment. After placing in all my paperwork I was called out the very next day. Great job Amy, Christina, Ernie and Chaunae I am sure all of the people are great as well these are the women I had an experience with. 10 stars!!!!

REP is a great company to work for/with! They have several great opportunities in the Colorado market. I enjoyed my time while I was there and loved working with the internal team. Good company! I applied for a position in North Carolina, and got an interview pretty fast. I have an interview with the Manager of the property later this week! Even though they are local, they do get national positions. Check their openings online.
I wouod not suggest wasting your time here.
They are very unorganized, especially in the payroll department.
I have been called out to non-existent jobs and had my time wasted because they are unable to effectively perform their end of their duties.
I have also been lied to concerning paycheck amounts as compensation for my wasted drive-time going to non-existent jobs.
I recommend Indeed instead.
Just cause I was going through a rough road in the past they didnt want to give me a benefit of the doubt to show them how reliable I am now . . . I have everything including tools and my own reliable transportation. Dont even waste your time with these guys if you ever worked with them in the past . . . Work for The liberty group!!!!! No such as 2nd chances with these guys UNPROFESSIONAL management.
Real Estate Personnel has been the best temp. service that I have used. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist. Wesley has been great and got me directly hired with an amazing opportunity really fast. All I can say is thank you very much. REP gets things done.
