Have never really thought of buying a Lexus, but I stopped by to see that they had. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson named Andrew. Andrew was very patient with me, and showed me around this beautiful dealership. I have not made a decision on a new car yet, but I am definitely coming back to see Andrew again, thanks for your non pushy approach, and answering all my questions.

My experience with Stevinson Lexus has been great! I received a very quick response to my online inquiry, and was provided with a spec sheet to supplement the limited details available online for a new trade-in. I had to wait a day to test drive because the car I wanted hadn't been inspected, but Steve Sumner made sure the car was perfectly detailed and waiting out front for me when I arrived. He also sent me details regarding the certification process prior to my visit. Mike Sanchez took me for the test drive and answered all of my questions about financing - the process was very smooth and simple. I would recommend both salesmen to anyone I know in the market for a Lexus.

I was a first time buyer and i purchased car through Stevinson lexus. They explained every detail and made my car buying experience a fairly easy & friendly one. I just bought a pre-owned Lexus from Stevinson Lexus / Lakewood and had a great experience with the purchase. The salesman, George, knew I was coming, had the car I was interested in ready to go when I arrived, was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the car and effectively addressed 2 specific concerns that I had. The purchase process was organized and very straightforward, and I felt like I got a good price for the car.

First of all the service manager was great and very helpful and informative so I appreciate that. The vehicle actually came out a little sooner than quoted. The main reason for the two star review is the disappointing wash and Vac. Please don't advertise the exceptional Services of buying a pre-owned certified Lexus vehicle if it does not live up to the standards. Even on the receipt given it states the exterior was washed, inside was vacuum, windows cleaned and tires polished. It does look like the vehicle went through a quick wash cycle however the wheels were barely touched with cleaner and or polish, the windows still had fingerprints all over them the dash was exceptionally dusty and the floor mats had all the debris that was on them when I brought the vehicle in. I actually had to take the floor mats out and shake them after I left. I fully understand that they are not providing an interior Detail Service and I definitely was not expecting that however it's clear that a vacuum had not seen the inside of this vehicle nor a washcloth or damp rag on anything.

These people provide customer service that is awesome and treat you like your business matters. I was impressed all the way around with my experience with Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood and with Jessica. I wish other companies would take a look at their service and follow suit.

I m speaking for myself but buying a car is a hugely stressful situation for me. But the people at Stevinson definitely helped calm me down through the process. They were welcoming, they listened and Andrew and Jessica walked me through it at the pace I was comfortable with and addressed any issues or concerns I had. My wife and I were highly impressed by the courteous accommodation by Andrew Levato during our shopping for a new Lexus car at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood almost a month ago. As we knew very little about the different Lexus models and their performances, he patiently explained to us these differences and the features included in the add-on package. He then arranged a test drive for us of the vehicles we were interested and gave us much time to decide. These steps helped us a great deal toward our final decision on the Lexus model that best suited our need. Overall, Andrew's knowledge, patience, and friendliness as a salesman gives us a long-lasting joy and appreciation as a new-car buyer.

I find them unreliable. Unfortunately, the distance to the next dealer is not convenient. I am 100 miles from Stevenson. I brought my car in for a 20,000 mile service and I have a disturbing noice in the car. They said they couldn't duplicate it, but when I drove it home it was still there. Also, for the second time, it was not washed when I picked it up. They had the wash and clean listed on my invoice!No one there seems to care.

I recently leased a 2019 NX 300h. This included the end of my lease of a 2017 NX 300h. Michael Burgmaier, senior Sales Consultant, facilitated this process. Buyer beware! We purchased a "Stvenison certified pre-owned" vehicle from this dealership and not even 6 months later and it's already back in the shop for the THIRD TIME needing repairs. At seven months pregnant we wanted to find a reliable family car. The salesman along with the financier, Pete assured that with Stevinson Certified cars the vehicle we were purchasing was good as new. They used this as their selling point knowing with our first baby on the way safety and dependability were top on our list. The car has had this problem since we got it but due to bedrest then having a newborn I'm just getting it into their shop. Their response has been the most cold and robotic I have ever dealt with. Our vehicle hasn't even had its first oil change!! This time with their given estimate it will be costing us more than double our car payment. Ive had better customer service at the local McDonald's! FYI Stevinson you shouldn't need any sort of warranty or coverage for a car you put less than 3k on. Don't be fooled into thinking they care about you personally their priority is to get the sale.

We always enjoy dealing with Mike Burgmaier as he goes the extra mile to cover all the bases. One item the really stands out was when Mike ran out to save my RX450H that was on hold from the catastrophic hail storm.
Also memorable was the constant follow up with me during the time that Mike and his family were moving out of their home.. Now that's service!!

Joe in service is the man. Great experience. He got me in last second for scheduled service , fixed an issue w my back seat and also got the airbag recall handled in one visit so I didnt have to return.

Stevinson Lexus has turned into our go to dealership for purchasing cars and service. We have purchased two SUVs and found the experience surprisingly pleasant. They were able to answer all my questions and I didn't end up with any surprises. We have continued to bring our vehicles in for service. We are always met with a smile and are made to feel special. They do great work every time!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Tsuji and Pete S. in finance. As much as we love our Lexus the appreciation, respect and professionalism they have meant so much more than anything to myself and my wife. This was my 2nd experience with Stevinson and all I can is, WOW - can I give them more than 5 stars? I needed my 105k mi service, no huge deal but definitely a struggle as we're in the height of the COVID-19 crisis. Lexus of Lakewood picked up my RX350 from home for its routine service, dropped it off at no charge and offered a service loaner while my vehicle was in for new brakes and a minor service. This dealership is the epitome of what the Lexus brand represents. I will gladly give my business to this family owned dealer group. Appreciate you all.

My partner and I, who recently made out very first automobile purchase from Stevinson Lexus, could not have enough positive things to saw about our experience. First of all, as first time buyers, there were numerous aspects of the car buying process that were new to us and at no time did anyone make us feel pressured to move forward. Instead, they took the time to explain Stevinson certified vs Certified Pre-owned, the variety of financing options available to us, and made it clear what resources they had used to make their sticker price. Furthermore, our Sales Consultant, Scott Vye, was absolutely outstanding. He was consistently reassuring and informative and answered all of our questions as honestly and frankly as possible. Scott truly won us over and was hands down the best Salesperson we dealt with while visiting five+ dealerships. Finally, Jessica Haskins, the Director of Finance was extremely pleasant and helpful with our loan acquisition process and went out of her way to help us find the best possible interest rate available. We had a unique experience which Stevenson handled very well. We had identified a RXL that had all the features we wanted and was the color and interior we liked on-line at another dealer. We were at Stevenson on a Sunday and the car we had identified was on their apron. Called the original dealer and was told it was sold. Called Stevenson and our salesman Paul Sainz knew the car and knew the prior deal was in question. He went to work and when the car came available again he held it for us until we got to the dealership. We got a great deal on a great car. Paul treated us well and the dealership was clean and careful to adhere to all COVID rules. Great experience.

We've had just ok experiences here in the past and then bought elsewhere but after buying my car from David C, we bought another for my wife. I hope he's still around for my wife's replacement in 2020.

Great Experience At Stevinsen Lexus

We were looking to lease a new SUV and had narrowed our search to three: Lexus 450h, Porche Cayenne and Mercedes Blue Tec. We bought the 450h from Pete at Stevenson Lexus and here is why. In a nutshell, the service we got from Pete, the price and follow up were fantastic. On the other hand, the customer service we got from the Porsche rep was condescending and arrogant, not to mention Porche doubles the price of the car when you add on the same options that come with the Lexus. The price of the Porsche shot up from a "come-on" base price of about $59,000 to over $100,000 if you wanted leather interior. Really! The Porsche had a nice ride but poor instrument panel and difficult to see out the back window. Customer service did not help there either!. Now for the Mercedes. No way. We too our 550SL for service to fix the trunk latch to Westminster Mercedes and asked for a Blue Tec loaner to compare. What a nightmare. Nine months ago we the same dealership charged us $1,600 to replace the lock. The lock did not last so we took it back. The part was still under warranty. But........they claimed it was a new problem. This time, another quote for $1,600 (which they did reduce by $200) to fix the "vacuum" system. They swore up and down that the problems with the trunk lock were different, even though this car has only 15,000 miles on it! It took them a week to finish the work and get us our car back. We were not even given a Blue Tec; instead they gave us a crappy GLK, which was a huge NO. Never again for Westminster Mercedes and never again for a Mercedes Benz because they did not stand behind their product. Now for Pete at Stevinson Lexus. What a huge difference in service, pricing and the vehicle we bought. When they learned we were not going to trade in our old car and giving it to our kids, they offered to do some service work on the old car for a nice discount. They did not have to do that. They had a technician spend over an hour with us going over all the electronics on the 450h, which is a fantastic car by the way. It has plenty of zip and power. The Porsche may have had a little more soup, but not appreciably so and certainly not enough to justify a $50K price bump! The Mercedes GLK was a dog in our opinion. Who knows about the Blue Tec, but we don't recommend risking the way Mercedes treats you when you pay huge dollars for their cars. If you want a nice car, a very good price and great customer service, go see Pete at Stevenson Lexus.

I bought a car from Stevinson Lexus recently and the experience was just okay. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I wanted to drive was rather dirty. I asked the salesman to get it cleaned up so I could inspect the car to the fullest. The salesman told me detail was too busy to clean it. I decided to purchase the vehicle because it had very low miles on it and I was told how nice of a vehicle it was. After my purchase the detail shop was did a terrible job no matter how short staffed they are. I had to take my vehicle to a detail shop for them to fully detail it. I found scratches everywhere and the paint looks awful. The salesman was very shady in his tactics with the vehicle but very upfront when my wife and I were in his office. Im happy with the price I paid the finance department. I m not happy with the all the scratches in my vehicle.

About a month ago my husband and I stopped at the dealership to test drive a RX model. A young sales person, George Ataboev approached us. Even though we ended up purchasing a different brand, the experience with George was excellent and I would have loved to do business with him. I brought my car with the balance of 16000 the car value is 10 to ,12 thousand I said I will pay 4 thousand I count my car 10 thousand so the rest of 2 thousand just add to the new car . They said ok they printed out the calculation sheet 4.800 we will take your car and plus you pay 4000$ and 16.000$ you will owe from your car we will add it to your new car which is leasing not financing and your payment will be 1400$ a month 2020 lexus rx just think about it Im gifting my car them plus I have to pay off it better just take the lease 495 $ a month and leave the car at home right .I asked the paper work that they calculate it they said no you can only take a picture:))))

Found out that Stevinson had just the used LX470 that we have been searching for 2 years. (Year, color and options.)
We called our salesperson (Mike Burgmaier) and he came in on his day off to help us look at, drive and purchase the SUV that evening.
We couldn't be happier with ease of the purchase and the followup that Mike has given.

Juan A. from service delivered again for my 130k mile service. They have synthetic oil packages now ranging from $90 to $150 and they also do car detailing at $285. The price is fair considering this is a Lexus dealer.

The complementary carwash they vacuum and clean windows. One word of caution though if you have a brand new black Lexus, it will get scratched no matter where you go to a carwash and also dirty dry towels can also do some damage to clear coat.

Stevsnion Lexus also have a north location at Federick I assume with equal quality. Another perk at this location is the donuts! I don t know where they get it from but s definitely Dunkin or Krispy quality! Oh and 185mb WiFi.

Came in to get my Lexus Hybrid 90k oil change done with Corrie F. from service department. She was friendly and efficient on getting my appointment started.

Synthetic oil change here cost $70 compared to $90 at Kuni Lexus. Kuni might have a nicer showroom but Stevinson is just as functional and have lots of natural lighting.

They have coffee, tea, and all kinds of soda, cookies and snacks to munch on while you wait. I'll keep coming here for the service till my Lexus turns 500k miles. Thanks Corrie go Stevinson.

I had a great experience leasing my new car at Stevinson Lexus. Hop was an excellent salesman and did everything necessary to ensure I walked out of there with a new car. I have purchased or leased many, many cars in my life, and I must say my recent experience at Stevinson Lexus was one of the easiest and best. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring. My salesman Jacob Wilson made it easy to do business with Stevinson. Sales Managers Jerry and Derek were there for support and showed their involvement. Jess in finance made the paperwork process quick and easy. Finally, Andrew from Tech Support gave me a thorough tutorial of all the "bells and whistles" of my new Lexus. We all know what a "hassle" getting a new vehicle can be, but Stevinson breaks the stereotype and makes it easy...along with a great deal.

We recently purchased a new ES300h from Stevinson Lexus. Matt Logue was awesome in terms of helping us with this purchase. Matt is a person who listens carefully, is very knowledgeable, and absolutely follows through. He also goes above and beyond what is expected. For example, since the car we purchased was at a sister dealership 35 miles away Matt personally went up there and drove our car back so it would be ready for us to pick up the next day. Matt and Chris, the sales manager, worked with us and we felt we got a great deal on the car.
We had an experience at another Lexus dealership prior to going to Stevinson that was less than stellar, but working with Matt convinced us that this Lexus dealership could show respect to customers and honor their commitments. Since our purchase Matt and the dealership staff have been helpful and inviting.

First time in the dealership after I got my 2018 NX from them six months ago. I tried to schedule a routine 5k maintenance before I showed up and I had a simple question: How long does the 5k maintenance take? I called, then tried the chat, then sent an email... no one knows!!!
I got there exactly on time and was greeted outside by a very nice older gentleman, he asked me to wait at the door and someone will come to help me. Ten minutes later no one did.
Every time I tried talking to the front desk lady I had to wait while she was taking calls... she should be only transferring calls. She also looked like she was having a very bad day or she was dragged to work.
Finally a young lady said she would help me, she said she was still in training and she might not be able to answer questions. she took the information and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area.
The place was like a zoo! People talking or yelling at each other, kids running and screaming. One guy was looking at his phone and kept laughing out loud hysterically. TV was too loud.
I need a quite place to have a work conference call and I was told there isn t one!
Finally a guy came and informed me that the service was done but the car wasn t washed... he used the lame excuse one of our washing machines is down you can wait an hour or two more for the car wash or take the car as is now.
At that point I just wanted to get out of there so I told him to bring the car as is.

A few suggestions:
- Please ask the front desk lady to smile to customers!
- Educate the chat/phone staff or connect them with someone to answer simple questions.
- Assign a dedicated quite area for business in case someone was trying to get work done or have a conference call.
- The online appointment is a great tool but I cannot assign a rep so I was standing at the door waiting for over 10 min for an available rep.
- The service explanation I got at the end of the service needs to accurately reflect what was done. It stated that the car had been hand washed, the interior was thoroughly cleaned and the wheels were shined. None of that is true.
- Fix your car washing machine or hand wash whichever you re using.
- Did I mention to please ask the front desk lady to smile?
