Purchased used certified RX 350.. while test drive the car I told the sales I like the car, and pointed out the garbage inside the console box. She assured me that all will be spotless clean, gas will be fill in etc etc. After all paperwork done.. walking outside the dealership super excited with my new purchase, but the sales stated ugh gotta wash the car, she's back with the car being washed, but she has to go back again because gas tank is empty. When we got home the console box full of dirt, underneath the back seat full of straw, candy wrap, receipt from fast food . I concluded you need to spend 40K and up and you will get VIP treatment, if ONLY spend 30K you get trash. Well.. got text reminder with "dear valued customer" for appt on 9/16, since we purchased additional whatever they offer hopefully they will value my time upon my arrival.. crossed my finger!!!

We drove 250 miles to test drive and possibly buy a Lexus two weeks ago. George was so rude he actually said if weren't positive we were buying that day he didn't want to waste his time with us. He didn't tell us anything about the car features and was put out when we asked details. I have never had a worse car buying experience. We drove across town to Kuni Lexus had a GREAT experience and purchased a brand new RX the next day. I have a teammates who will be earning Lexus's soon and they won' t be going to Stevinson Lexus.

Very disappointed in my sales experience yesterday. Went to the Toyota dealer down the street and was treated with much better service.

My family has several Lexus's and they have always told me of the amazing service, but i got experience it first hand.

Took my Grandmothers ES350 in for a recall fix and felt the white glove treatment. Free loaner car (RX 350) to get me through for 3 days, upon return our Lexus was detailed inside and out, gas tank filled up, and much more.

I hit a boulder on my way to Denver on a Sunday. I called and talked to Romney at 7:00a Monday morning and he told me to bring my car right in. No appointment. No waiting. Just come right in. He set me up with a loaner car (my same make and model - not some lower grade loaner). Within a couple of hours he called me with an assessment. It was pretty major damage that would end up taking 2 weeks to repair. In the meantime, I had to get home (6 hours away). Romney told me to take the car and when the repair was done they would bring me my car. I never once had to wonder about status of my car during that 2 week time period. Romney called me just about every other day with a progress report. When it was done, they brought me my car. And it's as good as new. The level of service that I received is unheard of - no appointment, saw me that same day (on a Monday no less), excellent loaner car, top notch repair on pretty major undercarriage damage, and brought me my car when the repair was done. Amazing! Thank you, Romney and the rest of the service team for taking care of me and my car. Mostly, thank you for your exemplary customer service.

Went in three times interested in a NX 300h. First time nobody helped me, second time the guy told me they were out but he'd order one in for me, and then the third (follow-up) come to find out he never ordered one in. The manager said he'd call back with a solution and he never called. Guess they dont really need or want my business.

I love the service department at Stevinson Lexus which is one reason I keep coming back to them. Also, I just bought my third car from them. David Corsivo made it an exceptionally easy and pleasant experience! I wanted a specific color and car and he searched the national data base till he found one and kept me informed as the car made its way to Denver. Very fair on my trade in and great explanation on all the bells and whistles the car has. Its a fun ride and looking forward to more years with a very competent and personal service department.

Today was my last straw with Stevinson Lexus. My car wouldn't start and I called the service department to ask about the options for getting the problem diagnosed, (Not a dead battery, I can fix that myself) they essentially told me I was S&^% out of luck and to figure out some way to get the car to them because they won't work with you over the phone and don't have off-site services. This was also 1 month after paying over $1,200 for a 60,000 mile service. Called Kuni right after and they were much more friendly and willing to help diagnose the problem over the phone. I will be taking all of my business to them from now on as I've worked with too many rude service members at Stevinson. When you pay top dollar for a car that isn't supposed to break and they treat you like garbage, it's hard to justify working with them ever again.

Outstanding customer service from both the Sales managers (Andrew, Mike) and the Financial manager (Jessica). They were all very professional and courteous and especially patient while I made up my mind, and then they went the extra mile to make sure I could get my car exactly the way I wanted it and helped me figure out some issues I came across related to paperwork. I hadn't gotten a car through a dealership before, but they made it simple and addressed every question I had during every stage of the process! I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this brand, this dealership and this particular location. And although I likely won't need to replace my car in a very long time, I'd definitely buy here again!!!

Yesterday (10/24/2020), I purchased a pre-owned Toyota 4 Runner at Stevinson Lexus. Over the last 20 years I have purchased only Lexus and Toyota vehicles (because of their high quality) and I have only purchased them from Stevinson, because the buying experience is uniformly excellent, and because the ongoing maintenance services provided by Stevinson Lexus s service department is second to none.

This time, I had the pleasure of working with Do Vo, as the sales representative. Do is a pleasure to work with. He fully answered all of my questions, and answered some great question I should have asked but didn t need to because Do correctly anticipated that the information was relevant to my buying decision. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were fully addressed. In short, Do is no pressure, friendly, straightforward and responsive.

Michael Burgmaier was very professional in all channels if the selling process. His knowledge of the Lexus RX 350 was impeccable combined with his background of the vehicle as a pre-owned. I will definitely come back to Stevenson Lexus and personal work with Mike on my next Lexus purchase.

New Car Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a "New" Lexus from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood and within two days on my way home (I live out of state) my wife noticed the trunk was off center. How my wife noticed it I have no idea but upon arriving home I had the vehicle professionally inspected and I was incredibly shocked when I was informed that the vehicle was involved in an accident and that it was repaired including buffing and a paint job. This is the last thing you would expect from a "reputable" new car dealer. To make matters worse, I have spoken with the salesperson, the general manager and Lexus Headquarters and they have repeatedly refused to provide me with a legitimate New car. I have since been stuck with a body damaged vehicle from this dealership.

I m not much of reviewer but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I called the service department to schedule an upgrade on a navigation system for my vehicle and I was told it was in stock and available. Upon arriving I decided to wait for my car. After 2 hours they decided to tell me it wasn t in stock but recommended 1600 of other services that I supposedly needed. They don t value your time or money.

Buying a preowned Subaru Outback from Stevinson Lexus in Lakewood was the easiest and best car purchasing experience I ve ever had. Working with George and Jessica was a real pleasure. George went out of his way to prep and show us the vehicle we came in to see and with no pressure whatsoever, he provided a smooth and easy transaction. Definitely recommend working with George and Stevinson for your next auto purchase!

Could buying a car at a dealership be any more miserable? Some have said having a root canal is preferable and this dealership was just as miserable. Makes no sense why they have to make it so difficult when you are the "customer".

I dropped off my 2010 rx350 on 2-4 -19 and Joseph mcdanold was great.I really liked how all the service is a menu price and was able to pick the service i needed.The car was ready on time and was washed and road tested.Good job and i will be back.

Did not give the louner car when I arrived to do service, every time the service is getting worse

I had an unfortunate series of events and needed a car before I had planned on purchasing one. To top it off there was a bad hail storm in our region and that really reduced dealer inventories. The salesman at Lexus got a used Lexus in and I rushed over. I was going on a test drive and the traffic was backed up so we exited and came back. I thought all was well and decided to buy the car. I was to pick it up the next day and go through the orientation with all the technology. The longer I sat in the car the more uncomfortable I became. I thought it was the seat not being "set" for me. I tried to adjust the seat and drive home and was miserable. Long story short, the seat pressed on a nerve and I could not get comfortable. Lexus worked with me to arrange a buy back but the tax was an issue. If I traded it would be fine but they did not have a car that did not have the same issues. I returned to Stevinson Toyota for a 4 Runner as that is what I previously had. They talked to Lexus ad we mad the trade and it was easy. They wanted me in a car I was happy with. Again due to circumstances this was a stressful time and they were professional and generous. I would recommend the Stevinson family of dealerships. I have purchased cars from them starting in 1980. I have been loyal and they were as well.

i have been a customer for 12 yrs or more, All contacts and experiences have been first class. I switched to Lexus from MB because of the great service experience, (only 2 visits a yr) and the honest (no BS) service experience. (I must say i was disappointed with my experiences at MB)

If my only choices were to purchase a vehicle from Stevinson or to walk, I would be searching for walking shoes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My interactions with Stevinson were juvenile at absolute best. I am shocked that William Johnson, general manager, as well as Kent Stevinson, owner, "fires" customers. Stevinson will almost certainly reply below with a bunch of nonsense don t believe it. Go elsewhere. Go ANYWHERE but Stevinson.

My family has purchased six Lexus vehicles from Stevinson over the past 10 years, this was our third time working with Mike Tsuji. He is very pleasant to work with and goes the extra mile. My husband and I first had the pleasure of meeting sales consultant Tom Amen when inquiring about a low mileage 2015. It was a Friday evening and while it was close to closing time, Tom did not make us feel rushed. We decided to continue looking at this car the next day when there would be more time. That car quickly sold, and Tom was excellent in communicating with us. There was never any pressure to look at another car to "get a deal done". Three days later, we found a listing for a new 2016 GS 350 F Sport on Stevinson's website, and called Tom as we knew we wanted to work with him. Tom had several options of the model waiting for us when we arrived. The purchase process was not at all stressful, and a deal was quickly done. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our teenager will need a car within a year, and we will definitely look forward to working with Tom again!

We worked with Debra King in Finance. After arriving late in the day Tuesday to purchase our vehicle with Tom, it was close to closing time when she was available to complete our sales transaction. Deb was friendly and professional, and took the time to fully review the paperwork with us. We were also able to purchase a Lexus extended warranty as opposed to a dealer specific extended warranty as offered by other dealerships. The entire process went quickly and smoothly.

I have to admit that my visit to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was the most pleasant experience for buying a car that I have ever had. There was no rush nor any pressure. Ray Belanger was informative, relaxed and personable. He listened closely to my wants and needs and responded quickly to satisfy those with just the right car. He explained options clearly and gave additional information when asked. We had good conversations of things we both enjoyed in between breaks of car business. I hope he is around 10 years or so from now when I'm ready for my next new car.

We bought a car in 1997 from Stevinson Lexus and were very happy with the services they provided. They are very professional. We returned to Stevinson in July 2015 for another Lexus. We met Michael Tsuji, a very nice gentlemen who cared about our interests. He takes his time to explain everything to our benefit rather than rushing us through the deal. We on the other hand was rushing because we have a flight to catch. Michael works quickly & professionally with his sales & finance team to get us out of the door within 1.5 hours. That is a record time for us in purchasing a car, which I am confident to say that there aren't that many deals out there that finish that quick. I am very happy with our GX460. Since we were in a rush, Michael didn't have the chance to go over all the features. He followed up with us & schedule a one-on-one session with my husband to review everything & answer any question we have during the 2 weeks we had the car. We would definitely come back to Stevinson for future needs. Thank you Michael for all your help & prompt responses to our request.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Stevinson Lexus, and the way they helped me out of a terrible situation. I was in the process of driving to California for a new job (with animals and possessions) when my 12-yr old Lexus broke down outside Denver on a Saturday. I was towed to Stevinson Lexus, and not only was I given a loaner while the car was being diagnosed (engine failure-my baby was too tired to go on), but both Mike Tsugi and Pete Souvall went to extraordinary measures to get me into a new 2018 IS300. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, compassion, and creativity in getting me into a new vehicle, and sending me on my way to California. BTW, the car is AWESOME. Had a great first time experience at this dealership's service department. The online scheduling process was simple & efficient. I was greeted upon arrival by Ron and April immediately placed me with a service consultant. I worked with Richard for an oil change & tire rotation - he explained the process, was upfront about cost and the service was quicker than I had expected! The waiting area was clean and quiet. I would like to take a minute to express how exceptional my experience has been with this dealership, especially with Dwaine. I do not own a Lexus but purchased my Hyundai here 3 years ago and have had nothing but 5 star customer service experiences thus far. Dwaine was able to take a recent frustrating situation and turn it into, hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever received from anywhere, ever.

One of the worst car dealers I have been. The salesman had no knowledge of the cars. I didn t even test drive the car I was looking at and this guy was so pushy on selling a car. I asked for a fully loaded IS and he couldn't even get that right. Gonna take my business elsewhere.
