This is the 3rd Lexus we purchased from Stevinson. They don't have an extremely luxury facility but it is sufficient, warm, relaxed, and friendly with many nice people. Mr. Michael Tsuji professionally presented 3 RXs in details to me. The whole process was efficient, informative and no pressure. In the past few years, Mr. Tsuji has constantly contacted my family asking our satisfaction on the Lexus we purchased even when I served in oversea. This is one of the reasons we like this dealership very much and repeat our purchase. In addition, their service department is also very reliable. Although I didn't come back often as a consequence of Lexus quality, I surely enjoy my experience in changing oil here periodically.

When I purchased my Lexus a couple of years ago I was very impressed with the upbeat atmosphere at this dealership; one that made the buying experience pleasant. But over the 2 years I have had the car, with excellent service from the service department and with the sales manager, I must say I have been most impressed with a young gentleman named Michael Tuji. He is such a wizard with all the bells & whistles on the Lexus & I have called on him on a few occasions for assistance with different issues which I have not been able to maneuver through. He has always been so helpful & has such a good attitude. When I first met him, his position was assisting customers with electronic issues & general training with their new car...but now he is a salesperson and yet he still offers his time & knowledge and does it with a great attitude. Michael's skills & attitude are a great representation for Stevinson Lexus.

Have to say what a surprise it was to deal with Stevinson Lexus. I have an old ES350 with a quarter million miles and not too pretty to look at. Had a recall on the airbag. Was greeted quickly, and within a few minutes had a loaner car and my car was in their good care. I had to laugh they took the time to put plastic on the seat and a floor mat protection. This car is not even close to showroom condition, but they treated it like a new one. Would definitely recommend Stevinson for Lexus issues. My even give them a chance on my next Lexus. Thanks
We had been looking at different cars for over a month and had almost decided on a Toyota. After quite a few disappointing back and forths with salesmen at different dealerships we decided on a whim to pull into Stevinson Lexus in Lakewood. We were just looking at the cars in the parking lot and here comes Hop with a smile on his face. We told him we were only looking, but he was so nice and helpful we decided to take a car out on a test drive. What a great experience from beginning to end! I called to make an appointment to get some work done on my spoiler that came with my 2005 lexus GS300 and when i told the service department what I needed they transferred me to the parts and told me I should do it myself. If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have called to get work done on it. I feel like they dont want to work on an older vehicle even if it is there own brand.

Hello all, **BUYER BEWARE** when in the purchasing process with Stevinson. I agreed to a price over the phone with their sales rep Doug and was coming in to pay for the car in full on Monday 10/31/16(we agreed to the price on Wednesday 10/26/16 the week before). I was simply waiting for payday so I could have the money on hand.
I got a call Thursday afternoon and they sold the car because they got a better price from someone else. Not a way to do business, will never buy from them, really disappointed.
George Atabaev was very personable and professional in helping me with my purchase. Would buy another vehicle from him again.
Came to look at a few cars 45 minutes before the dealership closed, was greeted at the door by Hop. He immediately answered all of my questions and showed me the cars that I wanted to see. When he needed to do something, such as, get keys, scan my driver's license, talk to his manager about pricing, Hop would run instead of walk, which made me feel that my time was valued. Another thing that stood out was how responsive he was to my messages outside of working hours. Hop's knowledge of Lexus and his friendly and respectful attitude made this the best dealership experience that I've had. To whoever reads this, I highly recommend that you work with Hop.

Without a doubt the most pleasurable and easy car experience I ve ever had. I used to be a Kuni customer for years and lately haven t been too happy with their service or response time. I had the pleasure of working with Mike B who was the least pushy salesmen I ve ever met. In less then 90 minutes I was in and out of the dealership with a brand new car and a full tank of gas. I ended up paying $40 less than my previous payment for the same care and at least $100 cheaper than what Kuni was trying to charge me. Great dealership in town. Employees are professional and courtis. I bought my son a Lexus IS 250 and it has an airbag recalled and they were able to schedule for a repair in lesser than a week and got us back on the road in less than a few hours. Not only that they wash the car, vacuum the interior and on top of that they filled up with a full tank of gas.
If there's a 0 star rating, I would definitely give that. One client here, Mike Parmakian wasted me more than one week without confirmation and sold the vehicle to others. Even after I got the loan from Navy Federal on this particular car processed.

I worked with Mike Keene and he made everything very easy for me to make a fair deal on the car. The truth is I live very close to Kuni Lexus and tried 3 times to get the car there. Finally after beening told the car I wanted wouldn't be available for 3 months in Colorado. I picked up the phone and spoke with Mike Keene. I told him what I wanted exactly and what I wanted to pay for it. I made an appointment to meet him at 2:00 pm that day and when I pulled up to Stevenson he had the car I wanted washed and ready for a test drive. I had been told that Kuni contacted all dealerships in Colorado looking for the color mix that I wanted and that it just didn't exist. By 6:00 pm that day I had returned my previous leased car to the dealership and was headed home in my new Lexus. The level of service was fantastic and the technology training that I scheduled was very helpful. I definitely recommend Stevenson and will use them again. If you live down south like me Mike can make the deal with over the phone and deliver you the vehicle. That's what I'll do next time!!

For me, buying a car from a dealership was a new and potentially stressful experience. It was time, however, since my current car was 25 years old and leaking like a Louisiana levee. I took some experienced friends with me, and we spent a somewhat scary/alarming/revealing day driving from dealership to dealership in search of a suitable car. At one location, we didn't even get out of the car--I swear the men waiting had wings and talons!
After a disappointing day, I went home and looked online, and I found a really nice used car in my price range, at Stevinson Lexus. My friend and I headed out the next morning, where as soon as we arrived, we met George A. He was friendly, courteous and surprisingly normal--no wings or talons. And no hard-sell tactics, either. He promptly arranged for a test drive, and was happy to let me take the car up Floyd Hill. I did end up buying the car, and George made the process as stress-free as possible.
The story doesn't end there, however. I had bought a certified used car, and only a few days later had the engine light come on. I called their service department and was immediately given an appointment. Once there, I met Colin O., who has handled the issue--one of those tricky intermittent ones--with calm, patient professionalism. Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful and focused on helping making things right.
I highly recommend Stevinson Lexus, even if you are looking for a used car that isn't a Lexus! They definitely raise the bar on what you can expect from a car dealership in the Denver area.
Recent Lexus owner and took my vehicle into this dealership to service for the first time today. During the scheduling of my appointment I was told by the service associate that they would take a look at my oil cooler line free of charge as I thought it might be leaking and it is a defected item per Lexus, that would be covered under warranty if broken.
Fast forward, I drive up to the dealership and they have huge lines. No worries, I'm sure it happens all the time. The associate said they took in too many walk ups so everything was backed up. If that's the case what's the point of an appointment at all! 30 minutes later I was able to sit down with a service rep and she was very professional, however, told me that they had no record of my appointment or conversation. Then she mentions that they actually do charge about $179 just to look at the car for an hour. The most reputable mechanics charge maybe $60-80 at most to diagnose the issues of the vehicle. This was also not what I was told over the phone and wasn't happy to have my time wasted in the middle of a work day.
I felt like they weren't too genuine with their reasoning on the cost for literally just looking at the car. I will not be giving this dealership my future business, and everyone reading should honestly think twice about this as well.
We have purchased several different vehicles over the years but our buying experience with George Atabaev was exceptional! He was quick to answer our questions and went the 'extra mile' to earn our business! We will definitely work with George on our next purchase.

I went here, drove 2 cars and made a purchase. I'd always hear Lexus' were great cars and now I know why. I traded in my 2008 Volvo for a 2015 IS 350. I LOVE the car. I worked with Hop Van who was excellent. He was very nice to work with, patient, and just really friendly - he took the time to show me all the features (there's a lot).
I work in sales, my friend who went with me also works in sales - we were tough, and really made Hop earn the business. He worked with us so everyone was satisfied and we got the deal done quickly. Overall great buying experience.
I hope when I come in for service I'll feel the same way. I definitely would recommend. Plus something I hadn't thought about previously was being able to take the car for a test drive in the mountains, because it's located near I-70 and 6 I was able to take it on some steep hills and experience the pick up on steep gradients and sharp turns. I wish I could give them 0. Went in for a pre-purchase inspection, the inspection came out false. When I questioned it, they basically said I am not obligated to tell you. Went in for a prepurcahse inspection and realized the SD card for the navigation was missing. No where in the report does it mention that the card is missing. The reply I got was that it s mentioned on the screen the card is having trouble reading so that s obvious enough. So if I am to read everything on the screen, then why am I paying Lexus the service fee for the inspection. The General Manager of the store was rude when I provided the feedback to him and said I am not obligated to tell you that the card is missing. I am surprised that these guys are in business after the fact they have horrible customer service and not to mention that in a 2.5 hour inspection they can t even note down a 30 second basic check to indicate the SD card is missing and that is why it s having trouble reading it. This is after the fact I asked did the car check out Electrically and Mechanically. The service consultant lied to me saying it did because clearly electrically the car did not check out. Beware of this place, do not get your car serviced here if you don t want to be billed for poor service. No idea what they charge you for and if they even truly do anything in the back shops. Impression I got is they just arbitrarily check items down the list and give you a piece of paper. Just robbing people for their money. Beware.
Edit: The Owner (GM) responds that the dash clearly reads the SD card is missing, either the GM doesn't know his own cars he's selling or making a fool of the customer. No where on the dash does it say the SD card is missing. It goes in a loop saying "Checking Data" in an attempt to read the card. So on the Customer end how is one to know that the SD card is missing, or corrupted or another possible outcome. No where does the vehicle read the card is missing. If we are to rely on the screen for everything, then why should I have to pay for the service. And it is not the Original dealership's obligation to provide the card because like all Dealerships, cars are sold "AS-IS".
