My salesman was George Atabaev. This guy is total trash, dishonest, and has no integrity at all in dealership business. I bought pre-owned Honda CR-V EX-L on 12/28/18 and then I noticed a prominent dent on the side of the vehicle today ( 12/29/18). I talked to him today (12/29/18) and asked why didn't you tell me about it when I asked "is there anything I might have missed in the car that I should know", yesterday, and he said " if we tell you everything that is wrong with the car, you wouldn't buy the car". I said what about your slogan about being an honest dealership, he couldn't come up with a reasonable reply. I was expecting if they could help me with fixing the dent as I wasn't made aware of that while buying and I bought it just yesterday, he didn't even bother to help me and all he did was to come up with cold, unhelpful reply. Now, I just can't stop thinking about that and how they dodged me. This is about the guy who seemed very friendly. I am sure the rest of them are rotten deep inside as well. I just want to make everyone aware that don't bother to buy from this dealership, they will ruin your experience.

The worst! I left my car for a wheel issue and it came back with a large vertical crack in the windshield. A small crack previously existed and the crack became 400% bigger while at Stevinson. When we rightfully asked how this happened (which we had to ask in 5+ different ways), I was asked not to come back to the store. This occurred after listening to my husband be verbally assaulted by the defensive Manager, William Johnson for nearly 40 minutes simply for asking questions. Kent Stevinson (or the assistant who writes on his behalf) is no better - as dismissive and unkind. We still have no answer as to how my windshield became so damaged while in their care. It was easier for them to dismiss me rather than to admit or simply explain what happened. Commence defensive, abusive and full-of-lies response now...

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales associate was George Atabaev. He was a pleasure to work with, professional, knowledgeable. He was very honest with his numbers and didn't push. Pete, the Finance Manager was also very straight-forward, didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want and like George was very efficient. I'd recommend this team to anyone in the market for a new Lexus.

I had just gotten to that point where I was sufficiently dissatisfied with my car that I had to take action. Figured I'd call Stevinson and see if they had a used Camry that someone dropped off to buy a Lexus. Mo Ozmai asked me to take a look at a Lexus that was sitting out back and it was everything I was looking for and more. Mo worked with me to fit the payments to my budget and before you know it I was driving home calling my wife to tell her I'd just bought a new Lexus. Mo made the entire experience a dream. I have told all of my friends that if they want to have "a friend in the car business," Mo is THE MAN!!! It costs you nothing to see what Mo can do for you. Check him out! I'll never drive anything but a Lexus, they have simply everything I want in a car.

To be fair I've had plenty of positive experiences at Stevinson and I understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes... but it's NOT ok to take it out on your customers. Twice now in the last 2 years I've had bad experiences with angry/confused staff that were completely unwarranted in their behavior from the receptionist over the phone and the service bay maitre'd...YELLING at me! Perhaps they deal with an unusual amount of disrespectful, snotty customers? And if so I feel sorry for them, but they need to have some discrimination when taking their irritations out on people in general. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and unwarranted both times.
Also last year I paid nearly $300 to have them LOOK at my sunroof only to tell me they couldnt repair the broken weld on the tray and gave me the card of some bodyshop they recommend. By the way, my car was 3 years old (purchased brand new from Stevinson) and there is NO explanation why this structural aspect failed, resulting in an annoying and consistent rattling from the sunroof and displacement of the tray causing problems opening and closing the sunroof. The people at Stevinson deny it's an issue with Lexus vehicles, and apparently its NOT covered under warranty, but go onto to Google and you will see it's a VERY common issue with Lexus cars, so common that you'd think that the dealer should know their products better. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. My love affair with Stevinson/Lexus is OVER.

If you want to drive a Lexus - don't go anywhere else! Went to KUNI prior and had a horrible experience - should have come straight to STEVENSON LAKEWOOD instead. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Chuck Kules was knowledgeable, patient and truly wants what's best for the customer. He went above and beyond to find the exact IS 300 we wanted. Their prices are spot on if you shop around - no hidden fees, games or greed to be found. We have purchased a handful of vehicles in our past and never were we treated with such care, especially with a toddler. We were overall very pleased and happy with our purchase. So I saw a used acura tl on their site that wasn't priced yet. I texted them about it and started dealing with the salesman Scott Vye. They priced the car rather high at $10k for a 2006 acura, so I told Scott what my spending budget was at $7k and it was a agreed upon price. Multiple times the $7k price was discussed. Even to the point where we were literally filling out the loan application for the car. I got approved for the loan but the rates seemed high so I asked Scott why that was and this guy decided to run the loan for the original sales price of the car and tried to act like we never agreed on the $7k. Why would a person discuss the cash down-payment and fill out the loan application if the price wasn't agreed upon?. Scott Vye and Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood pulled some very shady moves with the deal. I will never return to this dealership for a vehicle. They wasted about 4 hours of my time just to LIE to me.

I was told the motto was fast, fair, and friendly by my salesman. He was friendly but the rest is untrue. I waited 20 minutes to have my car looked at when there was just one other person in there. I then saw the person who looked at it come out of an office he had been sitting in on the phone. There was no hurry. It s like they didn t care to sell a car. After waiting another 20 minutes I finally found out what it was worth. I decided to call my husband and while talking I heard the same manager having a conversation with another employee. The language was offensive. How is that allowed? I decided to leave and go other places. I got 1500 more at Carmax and 2000 more at Kuni Lexus. Where is the fast and especially fair you all claim to be?

This is my second CPO purchase from Stevinson Lexus. I feel that they have the best selection of excellent condition vehicles. George and Mike in sales were both great to work with, took time to go over the unique features of my new hybrid. I'd certainly return to Stevinson and wouldn't hesitate using George and Mike again.

I've had worse dealership experiences, so there is at least one positive, and why I won't go as low as 1 star, as there are worse. However, I expect more from a Lexus dealership, which promotes themselves as providing "superior customer experience that surpasses expectations" <verbatim per the reminder text messages I received leading up to my appointment.

My story: I recently bought a used Lexus from a small independent dealer. The bummer about the vehicle I chose is the key fobs were lost, and it only had a valet key. I called Stevinson Lexus to schedule an appointment to get a key and get it programmed. I went through all the expected details (name, phone, vehicle details, etc) and scheduled a date that worked (about 10 days out). Was told that I was "all set", and can just show up and drop the car after showing proof of ownership (mandatory for getting keys made).

Today I show up at my appointment time, and tell them i'm here for my appointment, and what the appointment is for (getting a key fob made). I then end up basically in a queue as if I came in cold off the street. Working with the service person, I have to go through all the details i've already previously done on the phone. (wasting time) After getting through that again, he asks for the key to grab a few details off the vehicle. I hand the valet key over (the only key I have) and he looks at it and says "oh, can I have the other one?" < ??? nope, that's the only one I have, which is why i'm here, which is to get a fob made. (as described on the phone when I set the appointment, and as just explained when we arrived in the queue). So then he proceeded to give me a pained face and explain that it's going to cost more since we don't have a fob to start with. I explain that I understand that, as I went through all this with the person I set the appointment with, in fact I know how much each part of the service will cost. $159 for the key, and $149 (1h labor) for the service time to reprogram and re-flash the ECU.

So after getting through all of that, I confirm the wait time (2h), as my wife is going to stay and wait for the service as I have to go to work. They take a few minutes over the expected 2h (which included a wash and vacuum service), and then my wife calls me to explain the service rep has come out to tell her "...that because they took a little longer than expected, they are going to knock 30 minutes of the service off our bill..." so now, instead of charging us 1.5 hours, they are going to charge us 1h. < Excuse me?!? it was only going be 1h to begin with (on the phone, as well as discussed with the first service manager when we started?!? So in some weird way, they've twisted it into them doing us a favor, and us paying the full price that was expected the whole time since when I first made the call and made the appointment.

On completion of the transaction with my wife, they did not go over anything that might have come out of the Multi-point inspection that supposedly happened (BTW my tire sensor light is flashing, and the only thing on the receipt is: "Check installation of drivers floor mat"), but on the bill they were sure to include shop supplies which of course there were none as the only thing done was plugging in to reset the ECU to the new key fob.

Classic STEALER-SHIP activity, take as much money, and do the least amount possible.

Finally, my wife gets to the car, and can barely tell if the car has "been hand-washed and vacuumed" (windows were smudgy, dog hair on the dash so basically nothing was done). I wish that I had saved her the wasted hour as I could have actually done a proper job for her with a handful of quarters at the local pay and spray in about 5 minutes.

This level of service is extremely sub-par. Wish i could take my Lexus to my other brand dealership (which is for a much less prestigious and not luxury brand) that i deal with where they actually care.

Love the vehicle, too bad about the horribly lacking service... especially for a brand and stature such as Lexus.

I had the pleasure of working with both Jair Ayaquica and Mike Sanchez as well as Jessica (Finance) and can not express how grateful I am for the transparency they all showed and how these three answered all my detailed questions regarding the vehicle that I ended up taking home! You will not find a better team nor a better experience when it comes to buying a new car! Couldn t be happier!

Hands down the best service I have EVER received at a dealership. Being an out of town buyer I was afraid as soon as I walked into the door was going to thrown in a different direction . THIS IS FAR FROM THE CASE. Jacqui (my sales rep) was very helpful and true to her word. The attitude staff was very pleasant I never felt pressured and made the purchase as smooth as butter. I purchased a 2014 GS 350 AWD Jacqui made sure I understood all the features that came with the new car. The one on one training with Drew was also very helpful. This should be the standard other dealers should strive for. The way everything happened really caught me off guard I really couldn't express my happiness. Also the trade-in was just as smooth as the purchase. No back and forth just overall a great customer service. Overall the best car purchase experience I ever had. THANK YOU LEXUS OF LAKEWOOD!! :-)

Dealer disabled an aftermarket part on my car and refused to reimburse its cost. I asked if they could take the cost off of future service, which was scheduled for a couple weeks down the line, and was told they can t do anything like that . I did not receive a wash or vacuum, like all the other customers. I was told to leave the dealership by the service tech, Ethan, during drop off and to come back 3 hours later. I came back 1.5 hours later and my car had not moved from the service drive where I parked it. Later on when the disabled part was discovered, I asked them to make it right. They said it occurred because I left the dealership? However, I was present at the dealership the entire time that my car was being worked on.

The parts are marked up a lot, so do yourself a favor and buy the part and bring it to the dealer if you HAVE to get service done at Stevinson. Check out Bell Lexus s ebay page for better deals, still OEM parts at a fraction of the price (yes, still has the same part warranty Stevinson would give you). You re welcome. :)

Something to think about: the building is in poor shape, it s not a very nice Lexus dealership. On the waiting patio there were broken metal parts all over the ground. If the dealer treats the areas they ask customers to wait in like this, how do they treat your car?

Also of note: this dealership charges via flagtime. They charge $179/hr on labor but you are not charged by the hour, they have a set amount of labor per task. Which seems fair until you realize that they fly through the work much quicker than quoted, as to make the most money possible, this is the issue with a flag time system.

I don't know all of the ins and outs regarding Google reviews but Stevinson's Customer Relations Rep Patty Ford evidently does. She carefully monitors customer reviews and either she or someone else provides some sort of response to each review. After posting the first review giving them a 1 out 5 rating for reneging on the GM's written promise to provide a $2K service credit and cargo mat for a new LX570 she responded with an apology saying I was owed what was promised. While agreeing to what was owed she decided to modify the original promise to reflect a different method of payment which was not satisfactory to me. I then modified my original google review and she conversely modified the so-called owner's response. This all led to her getting Google to remove my review. Google is not the best place to provide reviews given how their system is manipulated by owners. The bottom line is this: I bought a new LX 570 from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. I met with the GM afterwards to discuss a pricing issue. He offered in writing a $2K service credit and cargo mat. I accepted. He later reneged after I gave them a 1 out of 5 rating for essentially poor service. He not only reneged on his written promise but demanded that I take my business elsewhere given the fact I had written a google review giving them a 1 out 5. Please note that I have purchased a number of new Lexus models over the past 5 years from both lexus dealers in town. They are very keen on getting customers to give the sales experience a top rating to Lexus. They are also keen on any social media reviews such as google. There are a lot of Stevinson reviews that are suspect, particularly so when the reviewers had never written a google review before. Then there are the Stevinson reviews with 5's that have no comments. On the other hand, Stevinson has had its share of 1 ratings. In most instances, Stevinson gives mea culpas, promises to do better, free mini details, etc. In my case, they initially reneged on their written promise, then they agreed and now they want to amend the form of payment to suit them and not me. DO NOT TRUST STEVINSON LEXUS OF LAKEWOOD.

Thank you Hop so much for working so hard to get my wife into the vehicle she ultimately wanted. We came into Stevinson to upgrade my wife's 2015 GX460 to look at a 2017 and possibly a 2020 but when one was sold as we were working a deal and another was pending a sale we ultimately "settled" on a 2021 GX460 with pretty much everything she wanted. Hop worked so hard from the time we parked our car and introduced himself until the time we drove away. I am 100% positive that I don't think I would have bought this vehicle or done this deal with another salesman. Hop was amazing. Hop, keep up the good work and I love you hustle! If you go into Stevinson Lexus ask for Hop!

This place is terrible.... one of the perks of buying a car here is they offer a free car wash. Every time you show up they quote out 1.5-2 hours as if trying to dissuade you from using the service. Today showed up and was quoted 1 hour. 2 hours later go check and see what is going on. The rep tells me he will check and then I had to track him down to get the answer they will get to it . He sees me waiting in the lobby 4 additional times with no follow up knowing I am waiting. Another 1.5 hours and I go ask for my keys and will go pay someone to wash it. A different rep returns with my car untouched. I ask for the Manager and the guy has the nerve to offer me a free detail worth 75 bucks.... pretty insulting after waiting for 3.5 hours watching most of the employees who were more worried about filling thier coffee cups than checking on waiting customers. They lost a customer today and if I can offer any advice to anyone wanting a Lexus.... go somewhere else!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

There service department sucks I brought my car in for my radio not work and said it wouldn t be cover with the warranty I have due to my aftermarket sub I have install. I had that installed the next day I bought the car and after 3 years blaming that on it they just check the fuse and see if the amplifier was responding. I didn t bring it just to check fuses and see if my amplier working. The vehicle radio screen won t operate at all and does ramdonally.

I have gotten two consecutive cars from Stevinson, so that alone serves as testament to the quality of the dealership. But equally important is the quality of the service I've had, once I owned each car. In a word, it has been flawless. Well, maybe in an age when satisfactory service unfortunately is the exception to the rule, I should add a second word: sensational. The courtesies, the skills, the whole approach toward me as a customer is, Let's make our service first rate, and let's keep his inconvenience to an absolute minimum. Randy and the whole staff are the best I've ever had anywhere. It's good enough to have a car as fine as a Lexus; it's gravy to have a superb service department to back it up.

We went to Stevinson Lexus to look at cars and were greeted by George Atabaev who listened to our desires and then presented us with the perfect certified pre owned vehicle. We went for a test drive and of course loved the car and began discussing the purchase, when Mr. Atabaev said he had another vehicle that was exactly the same, but a little more mileage and less expensive. Thanks to Mr. Atabaev we saved money and got the exact same car we fell in love with.
Debra Avants-King was very knowledgeable and helped us finalize the purchase and Andrew Lovato set in the car with us and explained everything about the vehicle and even said if we have problems with the garage door opener he would be happy to come to our home and help us.
We never felt pressured and the whole experience was not what we were used to when purchasing cars. We would definitely return to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood for future cars.

Karen was AMAZING!!!! I called in on a Maserati they just listed !!! Long story short we went in the next morning and signed on it in a few hours!!!! I reached out to several places and she was the ONLY ONE THAT TOOK US SERIOUS WE WANTED TO BUY THIS MASERATI!!!! We looked for over two months and she literally was the only one that took us serious!!!!! After we signed on it I had an issue well thought I did. She even dropped me off at my office no question!!!! I would recommend Karen to not only my friends but my family and clients!!!! I found the same car with a little more miles that was cheaper. Overall, the experience with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was wonderful. George Ataboev was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He picked us up from the airport in Denver and made the purchase of the vehicle very convenient. However, at the end of the transaction we had noticed a crack in the front window of the vehicle we purchased, which was used, and that was quite a surprise because it wasn't pictured in the photos. George worked with his manager to rectify the situation, which was of course much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and George in particular for his ease of communication and customer support.

I have always wanted my dream car, Lexus 350 RX, but never thought I could afford it. Purchasing my Lexus from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was a dream in its self.

First of all, we were fortunate to have George as our consultant. He made sure we had the right car at the right price. We were never pressured to buy the car and his customer service has been excellent. He just didn't drop us as soon as the check cleared. He continues to check on us and has offered personalized care with the programming of the car.

Secondly, Jerry Amaya, is a stand-out professional in his field. He went above and beyond to make sure we had our car and that we were happy and satisfied guests.

I drove 45min from Boulder on 6/4/19 to have my car serviced for the 55k check up. The gentleman who scheduled me did not look at my history thoroughly and didn't tell me that I really didn't NEED a service until 60k. Ethan Curic was assigned as my service rep and reviewed my history and then looked at my car. He came back into the office and told me, "I'm really sorry to tell you this since you drove so far, but you don't need service on your vehicle. It makes much more financial sense to wait until the 60k check-up". I told him that we were mostly living in Crested Butte for the summer and I would be up/down quite a bit, but mostly up in CB and I really wanted to be sure that my brakes and car were not going to leave me stranded. Ethan assured me that wouldn't happen and if I began having issues, to call him personally and he would send a valet to Crested Butte to get my car and bring it to Lakewood for service. Now THAT"S customer service. Stevinson Lexus just got a customer for life. Not only for their complete honesty in not charging me 200$ unnecessarily, but for coming up with a brilliant (although I'm fully aware, highly unlikely) solution. Thank you!

On Saturday, February 22, 2020, I spoke with with Mike Burgamier about purchasing a Lexus and most likely an RX350. I arrived at your dealership later that day and he was outside to greet me. We briefly talked about what I was looking for and immediately found a 450h that looked interesting. He explained to me the advantages of the hybrid and how fuel efficient it was as well as other advantages. We took a test ride and I liked the car but decided I was not ready to make a decision that day and wanted to give it some thought. He seemed very understanding about giving me some time to think it over.

I called Mike a few days later and told him I wasn t sure about the 450h even though it was a good looking car and fuel efficient. I told him I wanted to look at an RX350 and might want a few more bells and whistles and would like to come back again. He sounded pleased that I was coming in again and sounded anxious to help me find exactly what I wanted. The next day day I arrived and Mike had selected a beautiful RX350 to show me that had everything I wanted and more. It was the perfect car and I purchased it that day. Mike was easy to talk and very patient the whole time. He made me feel very comfortable and happy with the Lexus I purchased. I would definitely want to buy from Mike again if and when I purchase another Lexus. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is interested in a purchasing a Lexus. Edward was my salesman for my car buying experience here. He was extremely nice and polite. He greeted me as soon as I came in the door and helped me when the person my appointment with was busy. He answered all my questions, was apologetic when I had to wait a moment for anything, and called to congratulate me on my purchase after the fact (he had to leave while I was financing and didn't get back before I left). The financing department person (don't remember his name) was easy to work with and understand, left the room to give me privacy when I called my father to discuss pricing, and got me an AMAZING rate 3% less than any other dealership had offered. The dealership itself was amazing and while I did have to wait to meet with finance they offer a tv, refreshments, food and a charging station. Overall, best experience buying a car I have ever had.
