$9 for renting poles for 2 hrs because mine broke... They couldn't do any better on price For something they don't even regulator or check out. Just very unhappy at their poor customer service
Very good and profession, good variety of tracks, good equipment.
Great resort, lots of well groomed runs. Lots of fun on the backside of the mountain as well. Definitely worth getting a season pass or a powder pack if you're going there more than 5 times a season. Weekends can get packed but the lines move fast. Food options and ski/repair shop on resort. Plus I hear they're starting bus service from Seattle in January (19). Only bummer is there's no place to stay on the resort. Unless you RV in.
Stevens pass is lit, in or out of season, hike up before the lifts open to touch the pow everyone else hasn't!
Good skiing, make sure to get there VERY early to find parking.
Beautiful resort for both winter and summer enjoyment.
Cold lodges, long lines, undertrained staff, disgusting parking lots. But awesome skiing and snow!! Love the Cascades, hate Vail.
Nice lodge. RV park is simple and cheap, power connection.
Smoothest ski rentals. Pretty cool teachers if you take ski or snowboard lessons.
Awesome place
Fantastic experience
Fabulous memories
Awesome resort. Had to take off one star because Vail
Fun mountain, the backside opens up a lot of great tree skiing. The new high speed chair at Brooks is a great improvement. The resort still struggles with a real lack of parking issue.
Wonderful powder day on Jan 13,2020, but the ROADS! Many were stranded overnight, plus spinouts and car accidents. Great steep tree skiing tho
Badass mountain biking!! Be sure to wear protection
Great variety of runs with fairly quick lifts and short lines.
Grooming this year has been non-existent. Not sure why.
The best views are on the North side, a steep 1000+ foot hike up to skyline lake and ridge. Make sure you take the trail option nearer the edge of the ridge in one direction, to get the best views available short of the top of the ridge. Even on a high overcast day, the payoff for the climb is worth it.
Great technical skiing. Getting more crowded these days unfortunately.
It's got a lot of new buildings, mostly supra-over-priced eateries ($5 for a soda!) and a few repair shops. It's clean and roomy, though. Winter's good for skiing (and they have Nordic trails), summer's all mountain bikes. Yeah.
Ran out of gas, man pressure washing helped us, did not use the pass for any winter sports.
The entire mountain feels safe. The beginner slopes are great for beginning skiier and boarders! Fun slopes for more experienced. My favorite pass. Enjoyed our time here.
Always fun with the family and friends definitely would recommend to anyone that likes outdoor activities
Great for skiing and snowboarding fun fot the whole family
Older amenities, food opens at 11, bad traffic after 2p if you want to head back to Seattle.
Extremely crowd on the lift and run, extremely hard to park near lift unless you arrive earlier. Not good for family with small children
This has been my go-to mountain for snowboarding for about 6+ years. The select pass is a pretty good value if you plan on going up a lot and have a flexible schedule. Its a good place to go snowboarding; plenty of variety in terrain for those who are intermediately skilled there's also a couple of terrain parks for the daredevils out there just be careful. Some of the lodges are a bit old and look like they were built in the 70s/80s/90s. Another issue is it doesn't seem like it's the most friendly place to learn as there's only one beginner slope and the "learning area" with the magic carpet can be very crowded on busy days but by no means Stevens Pass an inadequate place to learn just more people = more hazards and wait times. Only serious issue I personally have is driving there; highway 2 can be very frustrating and unsafe at times(make sure to bring emergency supplies there are areas you will have no cell service for a while)- but there's not much Stevens pass can do about that.
This is probably the best place to go if you live in Snohomish County as all other options are rather distant.
Thanks for reading and I hope my review helped!
I have the Cascadia pass giving me 3 days here, but it is an absolute pain to use. I need to line up in the painfully long (20 minutes ish) day ticket line (not even the express line), and instead of loading all 3 days I get only 1 day, so I can line up again the next two times I come.
Been here twice. And those are the only times I've snowboarded. As far as I know it is a good place.
Always a good time at Steven's. Get there early or you will be denied parking
Excellent service. We had a blast visiting for our Airborne reunion. Great times.
They really need to figure out their parking!! Tried to park for 45 minutes and they kept telling us no as they let other people in! The parking staff was rude and uninformed on how to do an easy job..
This is my favorite place on earth. Winter, summer. It doesn't matter.
Can't hate because it's the only downhill park in the state
Never been here during the winter months, but I was very impressed with the quality of the lifts and other buildings as I passed through on the PCT. This resort feels well maintained and there was plenty of new construction going on. I'll definitely be heading down this way as I plan on taking up snowboarding this upcoming winter season.
The lines are never as long as the Colorado resorts. Steven's has great intermediate runs, fewer beginner runs. Just get there at 8:30 or earlier on busier days so you get parking!
Great runs, on weekends, just get there early or after one pm to park.
One of my favorite places for winter sports. Amazing runs and lodges are nice.
Fav place to shred around, recommend the bar/club area too. Only downside is distance away from seattle
Night pass
Is where it's at
Great skiing but for the amount of people There's not enough parking.
One of the best snowboarding in the PNW! There's always plenty of powder everytime I go. If only they had lodging there, then it would be 5 stars.
I love this mountain. It s not huge but there is so much to explore. The staff is great too.
One of Seattle s best mountains (also, Crystal) though the facilities could really use an upgrade, especially given the high prices.
Great skiing! I would recommend it for all difficulty levels.
Good terrain. Crazy busy at times. Go early or potentially get turned away at parking lots.
Great times at Stevens! The runs are short. Fun nonetheless
I hear they're getting new lifts it's been my go-to Mountain but I don't know if I'm going to go again
First time visiting Steven pass and it's gorgeous from the time you park. Didn't stand in line to long for a pass. All day lift tickets are pricey but worth it. Lot of the trails are blue. I would suggest Steven pass for intermediate snowboarders. They have one green trail but it's a great mountain to learn on. Would defiently be coming back again.
Great time night skiing in the mountains. Only ever experienced this in MN never on a real mountain. Was a blast
I've been a seasons pass holder here for a few years. There are issues that irk me at times, like parking and hwy 2 in general. I can't really say these are the fault of the resort though, just realities of coming here. Food and beverage prices are steep but the gear prices have been on par or lower priced than the same items found at Evo or next adventure. The mountain itself I love and it keeps me coming back. Overall the staff have been great and I plan to continue to make this my home mountain.
Seriously fun! Great snow great Lyft greatpeople good food good drinks good time!
A great place for hiking in late Spring and Summer, Mountain biking, and skiing in the winter. Or just to stop by for a quick visit, sipping a coffee at the Lodge before heading to Leavenworth. I always enjoy my visits at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, so were my guests.
I actually enjoyed this ski resort for skiing and relaxing more than at Crystal mountain in Mt Rainier. Skiers, workers and visitors at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort are very pleasant, relaxed, family-oriented. Price for ski-passes was cheaper too which is a plus :)
Beautiful Ski Resort in the Cascade Mountain Range! Take the lesson if your a new skiier! Excellent personnel and very accommodating. Wonderful way to spend the day and evening. Great packages.
Good place, but can get pretty crowded on weekends.
