Stephens Limousine Service, LLC Review

Could not have asked for better service from Terry and his team last weekend for our daughter's wedding. Our guests were shuttled from the UGA chapel to Watkinsville and then back to various hotels and the bar scene in downtown Athens! James Jones, the Bus 3 driver, accommodated the festive wedding party with a big grin and stopped along the way for pictures! Terry took ALL my phone calls and messages for a year of planning and always put my mind at ease. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Would highly recommend! We had a large event with around 1000 students we had to get around town for many different events. Terry was great to work with and always willing to meet with us to go over schedule changes. He made sure we always had the information for the drivers that were going to be used and was always available during events in case something went wrong. He even showed up for some of our larger events to make sure all the buses were coordinated properly. I highly recommend his company for anyone looking for transportation for any size of event!

Terry made my triplet daughters' birthday very special, and an experience they will never forget. Prices are very reasonable, and Terry is a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual, and his driver was very courteous and professional. We had 2 limos for our event, and Terry himself ended up driving one because another driver was unavailable. Everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend and use Stephens Limo in the future

HORRIBLE!! We contracted SLS for bus service to take people from two different hotels in Washington, Ga to our farm approximately 10 miles out of town for our daughter's wedding. I contracted with Terry Stephens to bring people back to their hotels whenever they wanted to leave our farm. He and I agreed that the buses would be making multiple trips back to town as people wanted to leave the reception. I paid over $3800.00 for this service!! However, the bus drivers refused to come back to our farm after making one trip to town around 9:30pm. I hired them until 11:30 pm!! After taking one load of guests back to their hotels both drivers sat in the hotel parking lots instead of coming back to our house to pick up more guests!! After my event manager told me of the problem I had to leave my daughter's wedding reception and call the bus driver and tell her to come back and pick up our other guests. When I called the bus driver she said Terry had instructed them to make only one trip from our farm to the hotels even if the reception was still going on. The driver I spoke with was rude, but reluctantly complied, saying it was not what Terry told her to do. The bus driver actually said she did not like driving in the dark!! I'm not making this up!! Terry had not told his drivers about our contract or the terms of service. This company is a rip off! They are a disaster and not only that...they can't even send a decent contract that is legible. They are sloppy and disorganized. They took total advantage of us. I hope you don't become a victim of SLS. There are other more reliable and cheaper companies to use in the Athens area.

The bus that pulled up at my wedding to shuttle us back was run down. My and my wife completely embarrassed on our wedding night. Pictures on website look nothing like the one they provided. Company is completely misleading.

I was just considering this place but after i read the reviews, i am a bit skeptical. Thank you to the reviews, now i can look at other places and consider something better.

Terry Stephens provided wonderful service from the beginning of our planning through our big day! He was very knowledgeable and flexible in meeting our guests needs. The buses were very nice (not your traditional buses by any means), and our guests loved them and the convenience! They had a great time on the buses. There was a somewhat lengthy trip between our hotels and the venue, so this made a huge difference for our guests. We had a memorable exit with The Princess and finally got to relax and enjoy the ride. We couldn t be more pleased with the service provided!

We had a great experience with Stephen Limousine Service! We used them for our wedding a couple weekends ago to shuttle our guests between two different hotels and the venue. Everyone arrived on time and got back to the hotels smoothly! Terry was very easy to work with over the phone (Because I didn't live in the state). I would definitely recommend them for large groups!

We had a wonderful experience with our daughter's wedding this past weekend. We had 70 rooms booked at two different downtown hotels and had a coordinated schedule of pickup. When it became apparent that some of the guests were "lingering" in one of the hotels, and the timing was going to be off, Mr. Stephens jumped into action himself, grabbing the nearest of his vehicles and got all of the guests to the wedding on time with time to spare. He was easy to work with and also got all of the guests from the venue back to their hotels. We also used Stephens Limousine for the "getaway car" - the Princess Car. My daughter was thrilled and it too, arrived on time and departed in a timely manner. I highly recommend using this service for large or small events.

Terry was absolutely great to work with. He responded in a very timely fashion. The driver he sent was great and catered to the needs of the passengers incredibly well. We would definitely use them again! BTW, we used the 45 passenger bus for transportation for our wedding.
