When ever I come back to my home town of Waukegan I have to get the best pizza there is and that's Quonset. I have eaten pizza there for 58 years. I even brought frozen ones home with me.

AT ONE TIME THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST , TO MUCH SALT, CRUST IS NOT THAT GOOD , CAN'T TELL YOU WERE TO GO , HARD TO FIND GOOD PIZZA LIKE THE 50S

Ordered two sandwiches for take out. Got home and no peppers were included as requested. The kitchen needs to check the take out orders better.

We ordered 6 pizza's, salad, and drinks for an event at Lake County. I was so impressed with the food, fast delivery, and service we received. Everything was perfect and Jeremiah went over and above to make sure we received everything. Thank you so much! Love the food, and service that can't be beat. You owe it to yourself to go there to eat.

I've been going to this place my whole life. It's apart of my family's life. The best of course. Today just topped all my experiences at Quonset. Thanks Jay , it couldn't of turned out better . 5 STARS!

Best pizza in the world. Been coming here since I was a baby. Things have changed a bit but still excellent. They are very receptive to how you want your pizza which I love. I prefer medium cook and not browned and as long as I say that, that's exactly what I get at least 95% of the time. Toppings are getting slimmer but still great.

My favorite pizza place. Every time we drive up from Kentucky, we make sure to stop by and pick up a pie!

My best place to always visit when coming back to Waukegan. A relaxed atmosphere with great, great pizza and bomber sandwiches.

This was the second time we've been in the last two years and both times one of us got food poisoning....this time it was my poor husband. Last time was two years ago and I was about 6 months pregnant and got food poisoning that time. I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be a the best pizza in lake county....we will never go back

Been living in this area for about 4 1/2yrs we have always had good service but tonight seemed rushed and then forgotten no check back if everything ok . And then another person came by to ask us if everything ok and if we needed refills on drinks one ice tea and miller lite with green olives drowned. Seemed annoyed when said yes please .brought our drinks back put the drinks down and rushed off and she came back with our ticket slammed on the table. Then our wait staff who took our order came back I know she says she is loud but ...we were told best best pizza when we first moved here tonight felt like I was not a long time regular annoyed the lady when she went to get refill drinks

I absolutely love their pizza. Great cracker crust, tasty sauce and delicious sausage. Best pizza in Lake County.

I've been coming here since I was a child and Quonset will always be something I recommend to people who are new to the area or looking for great pizza. The staff is great! Very friendly with great interaction skills. The owners have great attention to detail, and run a very clean and professional business. I highly recommend this joint!

Pizza and wings were fine but had an unpleasant experience after my order. I ordered for delivery to a friend's house and paid with credit card over the phone.

Upon arrival, the driver saw me put my mask on as I approached him. He put his mask on as he said 'Oh, let me put my mask on' in a rather mocking tone.

I said something along the lines of 'You never know' to which he replied 'I'm not too worried about it'. I am however. I felt that my concerns were disrespected and unaccounted for.

I understand wearing facial coverings during a pandemic is questionable to some, but I expect more respect for patron's safety concerns. People are entitled to their own opinion in their daily lives, but these should not be expressed when delivering services to customers.

I would also like to encourage anyone who orders online with Quonset to not pay with a credit card via phone (I should know better). Two days after my order, I noticed a charge for a purchase I did not make. The bank confirmed the purchase was made with manual credit card entry. Now, I cannot prove that my card was compromised at this establishment, as these things happen. However, I do find it suspicious as my card was never lost, and the number had not been shared otherwise. Just a tip for other customers.

I would expect Quonset to have a better set of guidelines in terms of respect for patron's COVID safety concerns. As to the credit card fraud issue, I cannot say that it was the establishment's fault, but would hope the restaurant has a safe way for customer's information to remain uncompromised when making phone orders. Again, food is pretty good, but customer service could use some work.

The crust was really thin and a bit burnt. It had a generous amount of cheese but the cheese left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Not much sauce on the pizza. Going here was definitely a one time thing.

Best pizza around! Been going here for years. Have to try the bombers and turkey sammiches are on point!

Most times the pizza here is outstanding. I always make it a point to visit when I'm in the area. However, today was very different. Pizza was horrible with a soggy crust. We couldn't even pick up the pieces; they just stuck to the box.

I love the pizza here but the last time i go to pick it up i wait the time they say it would be ready and it wasn't ready,so i proceed to wait 30 more minutes for it,i wasn't the only one there that night waiting,there was at least 6 other customers unhappily waiting,if your busy just let customers know and they will be fine,but taking there money and telling them nothing is not good for business

I've been coming here for over 20 years... until now. Ordered a small pizza and was offered a large for a tiny upcharge. I agreed as long as it was pie cut. I get the pizza and it's not pie cut (Strike 1). Was offered for it to be remade, declined but was not discounted for the mistake (Strike 2). Opened the box and realized that something is different. As soon as I tried it, I knew what was different. The new owners must have changed the recipe. That is the worst pizza I've ever eaten from Quonset (Strike 3). But they did me a favor. Now I will never again have a craving for a Quonset pizza. A lost customer, but now it will be easier to avoid pizza as I regain my health from higher quality food. Thank you Quonset!!

The manager was extremely rude, it was a memory that was destroyed, the Pizza wasn't the same, very sad moment.

Another awful experience at the Quonset. It's been a year since I've tried them and definitely the last. The pizza was dripping with oil and undercooked. Just don't know how they got so bad, it used to be such good food. :( - ill be going to Bill's pizza from now on..

The veggie pizza was terrible!!! Hardly any sauce I thought there wasn't any on it. It was like warm, I sat in their lot until it was pick up time. Not tasty at all!! To costly.

Slow service, table came in afterwards and got their pizza first, waitress put in wrong toppings on my pizza. Fruit fly in my sisters water. Won't be back.

Pizza one blt crust is. Cracker with toppings was gross. The other pizza cheese sausage was burnt . used to be my favorite visiting from Florida. I craved it...not anymore

Blt pizza with Italian beef was delicious tried a piece of pepperoni pizza and didn't care for it. The taste of the sauce was off to me, personally.

The Quonset Pizza is a Waukegan treasure. Pizza has always been THE best. I have been coming here for more years than I choose to admit, and I come back whenever I am in town. I am never disappointed. It is consistently good.

Wonderful, went there as a kid 45 years ago, also took our kids. Can't wait to bring our grandchildren. The pizza & the bomber was great.
