Lousy bar service! My wife and stopped in for drinks after early evening show (about 10:15) on Wednesday. We sat at the middle of the bar and waited over 10 minutes without getting even so much as a hello. There were 2 folks behind the bar - a gal who stayed at one end of the bar the entire time and a guy who even came over to our bar area 3 times to get things but wouldn't even make eye contact. Guess they figure with all the tourists coming through decent customer service isn't necessary. Wanted to comment to the hostess on the way out but she wasn't around.
Gets one star only because you can't submit comment without any stars. Can't comment on the food or drink as we did not get any.

An $11 Stella draft beer is an offensive price, even for the Strip. That's equivalent to a $9 or $10 dark roast Starbucks coffee... which doesn't exist. Why? Because that is offensive pricing. Tacos where good and normal pricing.

The food portions were small for the price. The bathroom was up on the second floor which you had to take two floor Landings to reach. We were there around lunch time I'm sure it would be better at night.

Despite being a chain, BWW has perfected cooking the chicken wing. Too many places are either too crisp or too soggy, but these guys have it right. A variety of sauces, more TVs than should be legal, and a bartender that knows how to make a great drink all yield an outstanding experience.

Service was subpar. We were waiting for about ten - fifteen minutes before anyone even approached us. Several waitresses walked by us without saying a peep even though we obviously had not been helped. Our waitress finally came to us saying she had just got to work. We didn t really care, we didn t have time to waste as we were going to see a show across the street after we ate. The fried pickles were good and so was the shepherds pie. We likely won t return because of the poor service.

I've had mixed experiences here...from ok service, to so bad that I never got the chance to order and left. Guess I'll have to try it a third time to break the tie. They stay busy however, and I'm sure it's not due to their service...

Made reservations online. When we arrived we were told they didn't have room for us and it would be an hour. They also said they have had issues with the reservation service and that they failed to close the reservation system off for game day

Good food but their staff was quite mean. They wanted to charge us while we were eating to watch the fight. The whole point going to a restaurant was to eat and drink. Could care less for the fight. So we quickly finished our food and half our drinks to avoid the extra charge. They should have told us prior to seating us.

Last day in Las Vegas. Went here for a quick lunch, all the staff is warm and friendly. Bridget is great. The burger was top notch, the salad crispy and fresh. Definitely on my short list when in Vegas.

5 of us showed up. Sat us upstairs 2nd floor next to the kitchen. Took 15 min to get a drink. I look down at the bar and there is 1 person working behind the bar on a Saturday! I ask the waitress were the drinks are and she said i have to go downstairs to get them! Ok! Go get them! She placed my drink a foot from my napkin and then threw down my straw! This was my 3rd time here in 3 days. Worst service yet!

My trip to the Tilted Kilt in Las Vegas was at fir...

My trip to the Tilted Kilt in Las Vegas was at first everything you would expect from any Tilted Kilt. Beautiful women, televisions galore, and a large selection of draft beer to choose from. I ordered the Fish Tacos while my friend ordered the Shepard's Pie, both were very tasteful and appetizing. At this point you're likely growing curious about the two star rating...allow me to explain.

There were two incidents that occurred which left me quite displeased and annoyed. The first of which was when my friend ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer that came with the meal. He explained to our server that he expected them to come as an appetizer (as per his request), not as a side to his meal and asked for the spring rolls to be removed from the bill and returned them to the kitchen.

While the ethics of this particular decision may be debatable the following is not. When the check came to the table the spring rolls were still on the bill. When I protested (I was the paying party) it was explained to me by our server that while they were on the bill, they had NOT been figured into the total price. Doing some quick math I learned that was not the case. Once our server observed that I was ready to dispute her claim she quickly took the bill and replaced it with one that had the spring rolls removed. While it's possible that this was unintentional it reeked of dishonesty and deceit and left me with a terrible taste in my mouth (no pun intended).

The second issue is the ridiculous price of the Guinness beer that I purchased. I was charged $11 for ONE beer. Compare this to the $12 long island ice tea that a nearby friend had purchased and you begin to understand how absurd such a price is. When I asked if I had unintentionally been charged for two my server informed me that the $11 was the correct price for one beer. She responded to the look of disbelief on my face with, "It's Vegas on the strip." and then promptly vanished.

While understanding the premium paid on certain activities in Vegas (e.g. entertainment venues, night clubs, and of course gambling) I do not understand why the price of Guinness would command such an increase simply because it was served in Las Vegas. Did the Guinness Brewery in Ireland raise the price of that particular keg because it was destined for Vegas??? I consider this to be unfair and unethical business practices and will NOT be returning to this location again.

As a control I called several other Tilted Kilt locations and asked for their price on a 20 oz Guinness. The results are:

$5.14 Killeen, TX
$6.00 Phoenix, AZ
$7.00 Long Beach, CA
$5.50 Birmingham, AL

While noting that different areas of the country will experience price fluctuations based on demographics, employment class, neighborhood, and cost of living the price for a single glass of Guinness in Las Vegas is ludicrous. Here's hoping you find your "Irish Champagne" more reasonable than I did while you're in Vegas.

This place has good food, good service, and pleasant scenery. It was very slow on a rainy Sunday night, but my wife and I still had a pleasant dinner experience. Food was out quick, drinks were good, and food was very tasty. Nothing exceptional, but a nice option for grub in the Linq Promenade.

Went here twice in two weeks. Service is terrible. First visit waitress came by the table to take my order and give my check. No refill, and took 15 min to get change. Manager gave me a gift certificate to make ammends. Went back for another try. Hostess took my # to call when a table was ready. I waited outside for a call that never came. 40 min later I stepped in to check on the wait and the # was written down incorrectly. I was waiting 25 feet from her. Just stick your head out the door and call a name! I won't be back

I was very much looking forward to visiting tilted kilt, while in Vegas, see very skimpy dressed waitresses. highly disappointed with what I got.
Service was slow, Girls were not very hot. Spent more time waiting to order/pay the bill then eating.
Price was okay for the plate size, cheapest meal I had in Vegas.
