A nice hotel on the edge of the Nile. Several meal options.

Excellent place and view of the Nile... Furniture is a bit old.

I have stayed in this hotel last October 19 and it has been a wonderful experience, from the room, restaurant, staff service all perfect and I recommend it to everyone.

Staff was so friendly, food was okay not so good but not bad also.

Hotel very nice, well located and very clean.
The swimming pool is always impeccable, the covers of chairs and deckchairs are changed regularly after cleaning.
The restoration of lunch or evening is very correct. The lunch is really varied and worthy of a 5 star hotel.
The toilets are irreproachable.
The staff is helpful and fast.
Security is controlled at the front and back of the hotel which is not the case everywhere.
Very nice view of the nile and Theban mount that is hidden at any time by a big cruise ship as is the case in other hotels.
In short, one of the best of louxor.

Very nice resort, and very reasonably priced. A little on the older side, but still clean and in good condition.

Beautiful renovated rooms and astonishing view (if you take a room with direct view on the Nile). But because of the coronavirus they didn't think it will be useful to warn that all the restaurants are closed except one (a libanese). Staff was asking me every minute how the food was, and spend their time talking nervously to each other, i felt stressed by that. And what about the taxis waiting outside, except that they harass you first step outside.

(Maybe it was due to covid but we had nearly 2 or 3 weddings photoshoot every evenings)

Very nice hotel. Large rooms overlooking the pool and the Nile. Everything is of good quality. Only issue is that the free WiFi is horribly slow, unless you pay for the better WiFi. I think they need to catch up to most places where good WiFi is free.

Beautiful location, but service lacking the touch: for example rooms have an electric kettle + free tea/coffee but no mineral water! Minibar is empty too. Disappointed by far!

Friendly and supportive staff. Well equipped hotel with very nice lebanese restaurant. Some of the restaurants were closed due to covid impact on demand

Amazing view of thenile. The centre courtyard was filled with musicians dance in the evenings. Lovely rooms. Attentive staff.

Bad experience. There were major maintenance procedures in the hotel so, it was very noisy. I couldn t sleep with that noise. I called the front desk and they changed the room for me , they were cooperative, thanks for them.

Definitely it is can not categorized as a five stars hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful, but seems that the hotel has a managment issue.
I booked a superior room for me and my wife, the room provided was a superior with two single beds!
I called and complained then the alternative was a smelly and bit smaller room instead of an upgrade, as such I rejected the offer.

The hotel has a hall with some restaurants and shops around, I ordered ice cream as take away, they offers the dispensable water plastic cups, I was really astonished it it showed on my face then after they provided me with the proper ice cream cups.

Today I planned to spend the evening at the pool and amuse the sunset, it never happened as their was an event which they decided to make it on the pool side so they started to move sun beds and prepare for an outdoor dinner.
They didn't esteem us as a customers, which was really disappointing.
We were not even notified or informed to plan our day differently.
Managment needs a woke up call or this hotel wont be standing long!
