The hotel has the capability to become 7star. Pool, location, existing interiors are too good but currently they are under renovation, which is troublesome for the guests. WiFi is slow but free in the common areas, not in the rooms. View is too good, specially we had a big room with big balcony alongwith the river Nile view, which was the best part of this stay. Various food option as they have 3-4 restaurant. Situated in the main Luxor city.

Excellent service at the front desk. They have nice patio style restaurants with a show from 8:30 P. M to 10 P. M. The also have these breakfast boxes that are awesome incase your tour starts early morning. In a great location next to a KFC, banks and other little supermarket shops. Osman was exceptional at the front desk. Highly recommend to stay here

We found this hotel to be very good. Rooms large and comfortable Breakfast was good with a wide choice. WiFi was okay. We ate in their Lebanese restaurant on a couple of occasions and were very satisfied

After 3 trips to Luxor, certainly one of the best hotels in the city. Unlike others, everything promised on the website is there. Pool, tennis on the roof, wellness, nice shops, 4 different restaurants ... Avoid the rooms on the main street. Treat yourself to a breakfast on a felucca .... not given but to fall!

Stayed here in February 2016 with friends. We were all very pleased with our Nile view rooms. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We arrived at the hotel at midnight but check in only took 10-15 minutes. The grounds are fairly well kept. The prices for a felucca ride are fair. Breakfast was great with many options. Food was fresh. I didn't try the other restaurants in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

UPDATE: It is December 2016 and I came back with my family for Christmas. Still a very well taken care if hotel. Kind staff. Beautiful and clean.

The location is not just here in Google, but just beside the Lotus Hotel. It is next to the Sonesta Hotel which comes out a little further down this road and the next is the Lotus Hotel. I feel embarrassed that the taxi is gone. The old name of this hotel is called Meridian. The locals say they are Meridian.
All good. But compared to that, the accommodation fee is too big. Breakfast, swimming pool, staff, clean very nice. The hotel is large. It seems to be old, but I do not like that kind of tea and the management is really good. 20 minutes on foot to Luxor Temple. The wagon is 10 pounds to the Temple of Luxor. These guys are calling 50. I wanted to go a little bit late, but the Lebanese restaurant seemed to be out of operation. Highest caution ratio. City view sounds a little bit of street noise, but it does not really matter.

Probably one of the best hotels iv stayed in. The staff are amazing and helpful nothing is to much trouble and if a problem does arise they solve it without fuss. Breakfast was a pleasure to go down to as Michael made it fun which seemed to set us up for the day ahead. He was so observant and attentive to all diners. The pool and bar staff again could not do enough to make sure you had all your needs met we are already making plans to go back next year.

You guys rock big time

Nice hotel with Nile view where you will enjoy very much the sunset. Rooms are nice, simple and clean. Staff are nice. You will enjoy the food especially breakfast where there are vast collection of dishes. I liked my stay since 2005 and consider it the best in Luxor.

This is an older but well maintained hotel. There is a large courtyard in between the 2 main buildings tbat give this place a lot of cbarm. It is on a busy a busy street in Luxor within 10 minutes of several tourist attractions including the temple of Karnak. Several shops and restaurants are in walking distance. There are 2 restaurant options (Italian and Lebanese) inside the hotel and an affordable room service menu.
