It is a very popular hotel for guests and newlyweds

This hotel was beautiful and the Nile view room is a must. Comfortable and elegant room. Staff was awesome. The reason I took away a star on the rating is because all prices for buying anything in the hotel were ridiculous.

Superbly situated & luxuriously appointed hotel. Beautiful rooms and public places, lovely staff. Only problem for us, the loo couldn't flush so we resorted to using the waste bin as a bucket to flush. Very successful ! Only there for one night so not time to get it fixed.

Amazing hotel along the Nile River in Luxor. The rooms are spacious and if you book a room with a river view, you also get a balcony. There are several restaurants, including Italian, Lebanese, and Thai. There's a large swimming pool and plenty of places to sit.

A massive hotel just outside the centre of Luxor. Its build around an open courtyard which has 3 restaurants and live entertainment. Rooms are medium sized, modern and comfortable. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of choice. Good onsite bar and restaurants. Friendly and courteous staff. Minus a star for single-use toiletries and terrible WiFi in the room.

Sumptuous hotel overlooking the Nile and very close to the temples. Our bedroom was very large and you could see the whole hotel and the pool from the terrace. Too bad we stayed only for one night

Service was outstanding and the rooms were extraordinarily clean. Only issue I found is most of the amenities felt lacking.

Nile River view was amazing, clean rooms , good breakfast, beautiful folkloric show by night, many restaurants and cafes, but stuff Too lazy for responding any requests you may still All The day to answer you if they did, TV needed to be shutdown and restarted many times to work well, card payment machine not working so you should go out to withdraw cash if you want to pay any costs

My best unforgettable vacation ... fantastic hotel, beautiful area, the eternal Nile. Thank you very much to my son for this trip that I would never forget.

Excellent service in restaurant and throughout. Spacious, clean rooms. Wonderful hotel design, offering an inner courtyard with live entertainment nightly (that can be observed from the courtyard or your private terrace!) Yes, every (I think) room has its own terrace which overlooks the courtyard. But with the sliding door closed you don't hear any of the entertainment if you don't want to. The hotel has several shops with good options for hassle-free souvenir shopping. And the Nubian Restaurant has a pasta bar for dinner and omelette station for breakfast. Better still, French toast and waffles are also available! Very professional and friendly staff. Great hotel!!!

Excellent . On a river cruise. Spent one night here. Beautiful views, spacious rooms. Excellent restaurants. Definitely will stay here again and use for sightseeing base.

We stayed here for a night, very good stay, it was Christmas Eve and there were entertainment programs, dances. Vey good rooms and bathrooms.

This hotel is just 1A. Staff, rooms, grounds, breakfast, cleanliness, friendliness, pool area and the restaurants are absolutely grade 1. The good soul of the whole is Amina. It helps immediately. Speaks German perfectly and always knows a solution. I prefer this hotel to the Winterpalace. There we were already. Strangely, nobody speaks German there. The hotel lives from the history, is very old. The breakfast buffet is a dream. I can only recommend the Steigenberger Hotel !!!

Hotel was fine. However, I used a carriage in front of the hotel. They asked me $20 for ride at first, but at night they drove me to dark sideway and asked $150. They threatened me. I made a deal with $35 after I tried to call the police. It was a horrible one hour fight. I reported this situation at front. They didn't take it serioisly because it happens almost everywhere in that place. I think they all know each other. Be aware of the mans with smile and friendly face. They keep saying brother first, but they turn into robbery when you pay. First ask a business card or phone number. Make a deal first. Anyway they will steal your wallet.

Thank you Ali. It was the worst trip in my life. I would never visit your place again! I even have three days left here, I just wanna go home right now. It's a horrible holiday. And it feels like I'm in the hell. I miss honest people.

It was old, but it was clean and well maintained. The number of meals at the breakfast buffet was small but tasteful.
