Food is the best
But they have tricky selling tactics to buy things , and use facilities like WiFi.. they say it is free in the reception area but you can't even receive text messages
And they should also improve their English..

Wonderful 5 star hotel with views of the Nile. The hotel had plenty of amenities as expected from a 5 star hotel such as swimming pools, sauna, spa, ATM machine, multiple restaurants, cafes and bars. Rooms were very clean, large and comfy. There is also a free show in the evenings for guests of the hotel.

Should be called holiday in express and does not deserve to be named steigenberger! We paid 3 times the rate for a panoramic room and ended up having a standard Nile view room which was not near to being panoramic! They don t have parking they send you to a dark place where the parking attendant wants to keep your key overnight which is a no go! Ahmed was very good in finding a solution after I wanted to talk to the manager but still this should not be the solution in a steigenberger! The room was very noisy for such an expensive room as said I stayed at holiday inn express better than this! Furthermore you can t step out of the hotel for 20 seconds before being hassled for money by taxis carriage drivers or anything else!

Lovely hotel. Great helpful staff. Fab breakfast with fresh choices including made to order omlet/egg station. Great location and views of the river. Couldn't fault the hotel

Best hotel deal in Luxor in my opinion, the hospitality, the food quality and the pricing is just perfect.

It was the best hotel in our Egypt trip. Rooms were excellently decorated, clean , spacious. Washrooms were very clean. Most importantly, the balcony was very nice with breathtaking view of the swimming pool , Nile river and the Valley of Kings on the opposite bank of Nile. In the early morning, we were mesmerised by the view of lot of hot balloons in the sky and Valley of Kings in the rising sunshine. The breakfast was great with wide variety of choices.The only drawback of this hotel is that the Wi Fi is not free here which very uncommon in such standard of hotel now a days. Overall,it was an awesome experience to stay here. I would highly recommend.

Top quality hotel in Luxor. Total different atmosphere once you enter the hotel comparing to the view from the entrance. Amazing view and amazing restaurants with great food

My experience as an event management company with Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor was wonderful.
All the teams were very content, the Check-In procedure for more than 200 rooms went in a very smooth & calm way, most of our needs were answered in the shortest most effective way.
The chef & his team elegantly prepared a wide variety of food throughout the 3 days that was much better than expected.
The rooms & the meeting spaces were always clean & tidy.
I congratulate the hotel for selecting such a professional team.

The Nile Palace Hotel is fabulous nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all amazing,. The buffet breakfast is huge, and has everything you could fancy to eat. And if by any chance there isn't anything on the buffet to tempt you the chef will cook what ever you wish for. A dream place to stay.

A few minor inconvenience but nothing serious .. The electronic keys are always problems in the world !! For the rest, great place to spend time overlooking the Nile

The wifi is almost inaccessible unless you pay and to go to the pool you have to cross the whole food court, they take away the desire to go if you have to cross a food court full of people

Although the hotel is very good I was disappointed by the staff member at the reception. I attended the PAFOS congress from 11 to 14 March 2015. They gave me a room on the back view. I asked them to change it to nile view but they said to me there are no available rooms. Later I knew that one of my colleagues has changed his room !! My wife went back to the reception and re asked them to change the room but they were very aggressive and impolite with her. They replied aggressively and told her that they will not change the room.

Nice rooms even though many face into the cortyard which can be noisy with the bustle of people, restaurants and live performances. Generous breakfast biggest and lovely pool area with Nile view.

An amazing hotel with great views over the Nile with big balcony. The food is beautiful. All staff very nice and helpful. And the big plus is heated swimming pool. Can't go wrong booking this hotel. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean. We had a great view of the Nile. Though the heat didn't work so we needed to ask for an extra blanket.

A pure gem in the small magical city of Luxor. The service is impeccable as is the view of the Nile, the amazing restaurants and the pools. We loved everything about this place and trust me we are very picky!! We were trying to get a room at the Hilton which was sold out and I m glad we experienced this hotel instead! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Luxor!!

Nice hotel and nice staff and nice location. Breakfast was not up to the expectations as all beckery was not fresh only the crossant was fresh and bread other than that was not fresh . Not many choices also and prices for dinning are expensive for the area you can eat so good food for half what they charge in the Lebanese restaurant

Upmarket hotel woth very nice views of the Nile. Lots of eating options and a great poolside area. However stingy for such a brand as they do not provide any water in the rooms and the Wifi is an extra charge. One star deducted for that.

Wouldnt stay anywhere else . People and staff were great, nothing was any problem for them. Ash one of the pool attentants would always have the best sunbeds by the pool for us. Food great.
The only down side was the dances in the evening when you seen it once that it , its the same thing every night.

Clean, great range of restaurants to choose from (I can vouch the Italian is very good) and lovely service people
