Steigenberger Aqua Magic Resort Review

The house keeping is very bad. You to call them to come and clean the room. Beside you have to wait to much to go to your room after 3 o'clock

Rarely have I been able to experience such extremely friendly staff in a hotel. Starting at the reception, where we were greeted so warmly and friendly. Kareem Tammam and Andrew Remoon have made everything possible for us. The exchange of the room was without complications and problems. The rooms are well equipped. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds, large balcony, ample storage space in the closet. If something is wrong, it will be solved immediately. Minibar is included and will be filled up as desired. Various restaurant options. Everything we tested was awesome. The food is great and of high quality. Chef Bassam Ragab fulfills all wishes. Peter Youssrey at the Palappa always had a smile for us and already knew what our preferences are. The children were very satisfied. Both beach and pool were nice. Are open from sunrise to sunset. Beware of the tiles. Are slippery when wet. An extension would allow us and also a late check out was not a problem. The front desk staff are really great! Girgis Makram and Kareem Tammam are always open to any questions and help wherever they can. We have been to Hurghada many times and are glad that we have changed the hotel. We will definitely come back to the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. Everything is right here.

I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed here for 7 days, and everything was perfect! 10min from the airport, late arrival with quick pick-up. Personal care, restaurant, bar, beach.
It is a very large complex, there is something for all tastes, entertainment, relaxation slide.
The private beach is great.
The restaurant is very good, thank you to the chef for giving us a treat every day.
This staff speak little French but it s futile, it makes us work on our English!
What positive on this period at the end of January!

Clean and neat, very suitable for couples and families with kids.

Actually, the hotel would have deserved 5 stars but only 4 because it is opposite the construction site and the only thing is annoying from 8 o'clock in the morning it starts there and sometimes pulls out until 20 o'clock are on 08/08/2019 on site until 13.082019

One of the best resorts in Egypt, I like it so much there is a lot of activities you can do and friendly staff.
I really recommend that place.

Took more than 30 minutes to check in. There were 6 of us and only one front desk staff was checking us in. The front desk staff Andrew was rude, instead of apologising, he blamed us instead for causing the delay. The room was old and smelly and the wooden furniture was worn out. I will never come back again for sure.

The place was excellent! The staff are so efficient even thought the workload was very intense. Everywhere was very clean and since it's an all inclusive place so there was constantly food dropping on the floor but you would never see it for more than seconds before someone comes and clean it. My only comment would be the food quality and variations; I've expected more of a 5 stars hotel. The water slides were very fun so we're the animation team.

Looks great from outside. Punto. I paid and I didn t sleep the night u need a taxi to go to ur room or out. A real maze unless u r planning to stay in the hotel all ur trip and with a family don t go there. For solo travelers a no go for sure.

Ideal for relaxing with children - heated swimming pools, attractions, games, entertainment programs. Hotel area is big and everything is there so you don't need to leave the hotel itself :)

Had a holiday here in January 2017.....it was wonderful...great hotel..lovely staff..right on the beach....great food..close to shops and a good selection of attractions available....would strongly recommend this hotel....only one small drawback, the entertainment started at 21.00 outside and by then it was chilly, just a shame it was not under cover. There was entertainment in the Lobby Bar, at times it was hard to find seating.......Still a great holiday...Well done staff.

Super hotel. We had a good time here for a week. The rooms were very nice and well cleaned. The buffet in the main restaurant had a wide selection of good food, and the service was friendly. Swimming pool was also great and they paid a lot of attention to the safety of small children. Also nice was the possibility to eat twice in the a la carte restaurants. Please note that for wine different from the house wine you have to pay extra ...

Elegent, clean, good system and fantastic environment

Hotel not qualified for 5 stars, food is not good and in a very small amount, there is no choice and law light in restaurant, that you not able to see what you choosing, we do not have 1 bed in the room, they are separated into 2 smaller ones, at the reception very terrible staff who want money for everything, from 1 minute when we come, they want extra money for our exit reservation for room, we spend 3 hours to speak
with them, they wasnt give up till they charge extra for the same room. Internet works very badly, there is no good selection of drinks, snacks very poor quality, only 1 restaurant works and I can describe a lot of things that are not right. This hotel is 3 stars, the room is very old, there is nowhere light in the evening is dark. we do not want to stay in this hotel for a week, and after the first day we have no comfort and we have broken all day rest. We left the hotel next day and we should pay extra because we not expect this scam.

A dream hotel. Really fabulous. Everything nice as it should be e.g. the area, room, beach, staff really 5 stars. The only thing left is the food so that I don't say anything wrong "we can argue about the taste until it stops" it would be better for me. I was generally very enthusiastic and impressed. Always my pleasure.

The pictures definitely do the resort justice. I went on holiday with my wife and two year old,and they had so much to do on the resort for all three of us. It's extremely family friendly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone. We loved our stay!

We went there 2 times Hotel and restaurant 10/10 more the staff is very friendly too bad there is someone who speaks French !!!!!

If the WiFi signal could improve, it will be worth for 4 star even higher

Very nice hotel. As for the services, they are also on a high level. And what to say about a few places, the diet is well above average. Indeed, a man is great here. Cool pools, cool beds. Prices reasonably. We can only recommend.

"Standard" rooms in 8th block are really bad. They promised to change it tomorrow, we'll see. This one wasn't cleaned at all.

The hotel itself is very good and food delicious. Beach is close and very nice. Territory both around hotel and on the way to the sea is gorgeous.

Updated. Room was changed for good and clean with discount prices. All stuff people were very helpful and nice to us. We didn't have to argue at all. But consider taking better rooms first of all.
