Super hotel for parents with children over 4 years old. Access to the water park begins after a height of 1.2 meters. There is a beach, but it is very shallow. There is practically nowhere to go snorkeling. The food is excellent. There is a kids club for children over 4 years old. The animation is good too.

Great experience and heated swimming pools! where there in January.
Hint: Go find the Adult pool area - no kids allowed ;) - on the roof of a building. best view, quiet and great for relaxing and drinking great cocktails.

Size hotel area with beautiful kids water park. The animation team is always in a good mood and makes a great show in the evening. Main restaurant and bookable restaurants are very good. The best we found the Palappa restaurant. The service was super friendly and courteous, staff always helpful and very friendly to children. Possibly. To be seen as an improvement, mosquito nets or sliding doors with bars on the balconies just fine so you do not always have the mosquitoes in the room. All in one a great hotel for a nice family vacation.

The staff is great, very friendly and mostly wanting to help. The sheer number of activities and pools will keep you entertained. The food variety is great, but the quality can be improved. There is no onsite parking, so if you come by car you ll park in a nearby street. The room WiFi was terrible. One word of advice, take a mosquito spray can with you, we ended up in a room full of them and had to resolve the issue on our own, wasn t a great start to our vacation. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, so we ll definitely be coming again.

Very nice hotel, perfect for family breaks with added bonus of access of sister hotel across the road allowing use of the water park and more kids clubs. Highly recommend a stay. Only negative was extortionate airport transfer. Local pre-booked taxi far cheaper.

Food was sooo bad. I couldn't eat the last two days and The variety and quality was underexpectations. I found hair in my dinner. The bathroom without lock. They turn-off Air-condition in the lobby after 12 pm

The hotel is really great and the whole staff are decent, helpfull and professional. The landscape and decorations are really amazing. But there are two main bad things, the food is very bad tasting though it has high varities but all of them are not good tasty and not good cooked. The second bad thing is the beach has many stones and algae inside water need to be cleaned. But overall I enjoyed my stay a lot there.

Great location. Wonderful staff, which is enough, the hotel does not save on the service staff. The food is good and varied. Good animation. Clean, beautiful, quiet, comfortable, tasty. Go to the beach for about 5 minutes. The beach is normal. Sand. Sun beds, umbrellas, towels - everything is in abundance

The restaurant is very bad, the way food is prepared and served is not appropriate for a five star hotel ... The drinks in the reception bar are bad

Every effort was made to rectify defects, even if not always successfully. The beach restaurant could be improved and all the loungers on the Hotel Arial vouch for the risk of an accident.
The hotel is highly recommended - there are worse things but don't expect too much for the price range

The hotel is terrible, no service! Cockroaches crawl in the room, which they promised to sprinkle but do nothing about it !! When you come to the beach or the pool at 10 o'clock there is no place to lie, everything is busy! Rooms standard do not meet 5! I do not recommend this hotel !!!

I had a wonderful holiday with family in your hotel during the Easter holidays. Great for kids ... but a big thank you to the staff for your service and the friendliness that we were always happy. Special thanks to the kitchen for the fantastic buffet on Easter Sunday.

Very nice family hotel - were already the sixth time here!

We rest in the hotel of these networks on the first line, here we come to the water park. Immediately there is a difference in our silence and full relaxation, and here "two-seated". There are many children here, and always homely. A cool children's water park, very drive and interesting, the adult is not large, slides are not high and without extreme.

Hotel was great! The beach section was not our case.

Everything fine clean / food / service / rooms / pool / beach. On New Year's Eve there was a sumptuous dinner #fireproof. Thank you for your honeymoon gift. It was nice.

Everything is nice and clean, family suite is large and makes you comfortable with your children, food also is great, however the staff working there are a little bit rude specially Abdelrahman Ahmed who works at the aqua for adults
