Trees , zoo, lake , pools, super warm services at bouquet, go carting ..you name it and it's there..But it's the settings of room in middle of trees and privacy which i loved most

I came here for a business meeting. We had a conference followed by team dinner, cocktail DJ and bonfire with guitar.
--About property- it's huge, massive and well thought out. Although places in it are decently close you will feel secluded enough from rest of the crowd. Look and feel is premium although not outworldly. I have seen better at lower prices still I would say they have done a good job. Ergonomics are questionable though, i injured my knee in their furniture at least thrice in 2 days. Rooms are ideal for couples in love as they separate the room and bathrooms with translucent curtains only.
--About service- Decent but its slow. It may be due to the nature of this place which is laod back but not good if you are rushing for a meeting. Small asks like a scissor or shoe shiner take about half an hour. I could see on-arrival guests struggling for check in help. Check out also took us more than 30 min so watg out if you have a flight or some other urgency.
--Approach- 1 hour from gurgaon if there is no traffic. Maps location and directions are accurate but it takes time to reach here. In case planning to take own alcohol and snacks, make sure you carry them from gurgaon.
--Food- Standard spread and nothing extraordinary. You will get 5 or 6 different cuisines. South Indian was disappointing. They have some haryanvi thing also going on whivh was good. Other than that the usual fare in buffet. Not good not bad.
--Who should go- ones looking for a good couple getaway, honeymoon etc. Or ones who want to relax for 2 days. Corporates avood if possible.

Overall- Property itself it a big plus but srrvice and food as per the prices are somewhat of a let down. Can try it once if you have lots of leisure and money.

It is a very good resort the but there is a short patch of road on the way to resort which is in bad condition otherwise everything else is good the hospitality of the resort is nice..

Location is little off the main city and roads are not good. Nice property overall.

amazing lush green huge resort which itself is a problem.
cons:
not getting a cart for dinner spoiled it a bit. avoid , if you have young kids and senior citizens. you have to walk a mile to come for meals.
kids outside play area was not well maintained. my son slipped twice.
phone was not working for 2 hours after arrival .
pros:
property is huge and lush green.
rooms are clean , spacious with huge bathrooms
WiFi was fast
buffet meals was having lot of choices and tasted good too
lot of flora and fauna for kids to play with

Well, if you are looking to get away from Delhi for a few days, the air is slightly better here. You are pretty much forced to stay at the resort unless you arrive with your own vehicle. Not a lot of area to explore...but the service is great. Draw back was that our room attracted lots of ants...I woke up in the middle of many nights dreaming I was covered with ants...I contemplated reducing the star to 3, but I hope that this was an isolated event.

Awesome place for all three generations, kids centric facility and couple freidnly. Wow.... A small zoo with ducks , emu, rabbits , guinea pigs , turkey. You can do horse riding on payment basis. You can play badminton, cricket, football, basketball . A small is there to hang around. Lot of swimming pools are there even for kids. Restaurants are little expensive but food is good.

Beautiful place for a weekend. Its a bit over pricy. It's just that the staff is not cordial here. They are least bothered for clients comforts or discomfort.

The place is good to go for a day or two with family or friends. Property is bug but the maintenance is not up to the mark. Food is average and the staff seemed not to know what was where. Winters are not a preferred time to go as you won't be able to go out in the evening or explore the property.

One of the most expensive hotel's in area with the worst maintenance.

The rooms have heating issues which our stay uncomfortable. However, the property is fabulous spread over 45acres. Excellent FnB and service and activities.

It's a great property for a weekend getaway. The spa is spectacular and there's no dearth of activities. Whether it's star gazing or tennis or swimming it's all there. It has a quiet calm about it and it's hard to imagine such a green and open place just an hour ahead of the crazy gurgaon traffic.

The road leading to the property is terrible and totally unbecoming of a hotel chain of such repute.

The oriental restaurant Xiao chi is brilliant and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Rooms are not so well maintained...they were dirty and lacking upkeep. The overall service levels are poor with delayed buggy pick up and check in check outs. Major overhaul is required. Big sprawling property. Food was good.

An off beat destination, away from all the day to day hassles. Located in Sona, surrounded by typical farm land. Takes about 1 hour to reach this place from Sector 48 Gurgaon (Tikri).

Westin have made sure that you have a luxurious experience around this place ensuring fantastic rooms/suites, recreation zones (Cricket, Lawn Tennis, TAble tennis, Kids zone, Gymnasium, Pool table, swimming pool, massive garden areas, coffee spots, reading zones. The best part about this place is that where ever you go across this property you will always find Nature besides you with greenary walking by your side.

The property is actually huge accomodating every possible amenities that one could ask for. The staff is extremely humble & hospitable. The food here is quite good & buffet options are also quite good. People coming with families need to keep one fact in mind that after evenings it actually gets quite dark here & they dont have lamp posts across the Villa areas so you need to take care of Kids.

All in all it was a beautiful experience, a great stay & a fun event that we had.

Nice and beautiful place, loads for activities for children and fun-loving adults, but a little outdated equipment, but it was just too damn expensive, but if it help, the food was very good

It was good! Didn't get to try the spa and all, but super courteous staff! The property can be maintained a little better though .. just a little!

Great resort. Rooms are awesome and comfortable. There's plenty to do here, for all age ranges. The resort is huge and you'll have to do a lot of walking. The best part was the mini zoo where kids are allowed to feed the animals and hold some of them. Resort also features a good fitness room, tennis courts, spa, paid activities like go Karting and horse riding. Evening has options of moon gazing and Tambola. There a man made lake next doors. The resort features two pools, both of which are fun. There is one restaurant, which serves multicuisine food. Food was the only let down for me. I had three meals there, and all 3 were horrible or subpar at best. This includes in room dining. Overall a good stay, and would recommend repeat visit in a group setting.

Nice place to spend your day. I drove from Delhi NCR region and stayed with family. The experience was simply amazing. I guess all of us visiting such places dan of having a property of our own. Morning breakfast is really great. They spoil you with many many options and it's really soul filling.

Great rooms, beautiful settings however needs major improvement in food and beverage. Disappointed with f and b. The hi tea and breakfast was disorganised. Dinner was chaotic

Tired place. Great infrastructure but needs major renovations. Poor food and service standards. Having worked in the hotel industry for over a decade and having stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, I can say this with some authority that this place is best avoided. Not worth the money spent.
