Westin Sohna is a beautiful resort which totally relaxes you...staff is excellent very polite and hospitable...If it's your special occasion they make it even more special! Food has great variety and taste! The rooms are done up beautifully with excellent use of natural light and green environment around! Had a wonderful weekend there! A must visit!

Great place but the drive from Delhi is quite a task and the road outside the resort is under construction and totally unsafe if you land up with a flat tire.

Ultimate resort, costly but very comfortable withing Delhi reach. Food is ultimate. Suits are amazing.

This place was more than 10 stars everything's a relaxing spa , and also there was a mini zoo in it with horse riding, it also had good and delicious food and a good place to sleep and Such a cozy bed

Food and service was just ok ..but rooms and ambience was ..Superbbb. Nice place to stay but not good for d aged people as every thing is too far nd one need to walk a lot.... Like from dinning to room etc. And shuttle service is almost not available..

Quite a decent getaway from Delhi ! Approx 2 hours drive from Delhi a 5* property , road is smooth ! You can do adventure sports such as aerogliding something of that sort...

Bit slow in service probably because property is widespread but for sure they can do better and need to step up in service response. Had some issues with heating units, which they need to make standard for every room. Several back and forth with staff and i had to describe the issue everytime to a new person which was painful and frustrating but at least everyone seemed to care and good points on customer obsession. Finally Mr. Prajeesh helped with resolution and his colleague/manager came to my room to personally apologize. Property otherwise is beautiful, well maintained, clean, lush green and wonderful getaway. But they can do better to earn 5 star.

Pathetic staff especially the unprofessional event managers . The valet people are extremely rude and refuse to get the car and upfront told us yahin to khadi hai chale jao... Pathetic food quality and the staff doesn't care

Very good resort, full of activities for whole family. But check in time is very late, 3pm. Food quality and taste is good, had breakfast at the oval restaurant it was too crowded and service was slow, they definitely need more staff there. Kids room and mini zoo was best and staff there minakshi in kidz room and bhiyaji in mini zoo were very helping. Plz convey our thanks to minakshi and bhiyaji

The worst staff I've ever come across in my life, canceled my booking and left 3 days earlier. they treat guests as if we are lucky to be there, make you run around for stupid things and talk very very rudely

The property is really not worth the money you spend . Given the size of property the staff is not equipped to service customers in a timely fashion with minimal co-ordination. Got locked out of my room twice with no help. It s clearly a let down on the Westin brand.

Staff here are not friendly and helpful. We were travelling four people and one of our friend was pregnant. Even after requesting for buggy so many times, none of the staff helped us.

The Westin Sohna is a great place to visit with family and friends. There are a lot of activities and the resort itself is extremely relaxing. The layout of the resort is nice and all the rooms have direct access to the park and gardens. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious for all guests. The faculty is also really nice and helped us with our room needs until very late at night. Very pleased with my overall experience.

Awesum place for a getaway on a weekend from the city chaos.. Luxurious Villas wid great interiors.. Good restaurants with finger lickering food menu.. a nice, clean swimming pool.. u can rent a bicycle & explore the place.. loads of activities for the kids including kids' play area, a small Zoo, Horse riding among the few.. u can aso enjoy a relaxing Spa.. Close proximity frm Delhi makes it a must visit place !

I request you to my travel partners please never use this resort in future .otherwise u will get so much complain from guest and u will loose all the business .

Pathetic food and very casual waiters. Had worst cheese cake of my life. Not sure what is the experience when you stay in rooms. We went for lunch

Excellent resort for a weekend holiday. The property is awesome, villas are cozy and beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is excellent. Specially children enjoy a lot in swimming pool, zoo and children park.

A wonderful place for a family gateway.. Well sanitized and fun filled place with Amazing staff to take care. Lot of greenery and a close to nature place.. must visit

The property has seen its good days, if any. Though financially it may be doing good, as occupancy looked quite high, the place is very ill maintained with stained washbasins, weed overgrown lawns with bare patches, smelly bathrooms, lack of hand towels, broken & fused lights, patchy wi-fi, barely edible B'fast, billing issues which staff is reluctant to correct & so on. The motto seems to be $$$. Room 843 smelled really bad. Room 829 tub drain does not work.

Inspite of asking for an early checkin for over a week & having the voucher for the same, the same was not given. Then why do they sell the voucher!!!

The service staff was good & concerned. Senior management was totally lost. Maybe busy counting the money flowing in.

The property is huge with lots of greenery and adventure sports as well. The food quality was ok, not outstanding but the spread was good. The rooms are very spacious.
They have a small Zoo which kids love a lot. You can feed them with your hands, awesome experience for kids.

I loved this place. The only reason for giving this peaceful heritage a 4 star is it's too far ( Inside sohna road ) so accessibility to some important stuff aren't easily available. Also it's a huge property so their service is slow at times 50% or more of the venue is booked.

Nice weekend getaway - it s. Nice place for kids to go as they have multiple activities for them, they also have animal, birds horses which they let loose in the evening for the kids to play. The food is excellent and staff is very polite. Overall a nice place for family getaway. The route to this place may not be the best as the roads are still under maintenance.

Good environment.. Love the natural beauty.. But very expensive even in the rooms all the extra items are extra chargeable.. Not included in the package.. Also very much expensive
