Good resort and good amenities. Great layout of the rooms.

The spa is below average. I opted for a westin work out massage and that was very disappointing. The guy had no idea what he was doing. The massage is for 6500 plus taxes for a duration 75 minutes. On a scale of 1 to 5 its an absolute 1.

Had this unpleasant experience with a staff who I asked for some coffee. Just abruptly brushed me off saying it will be served later.

Very good hotel. Rooms r at some distance but cart facility is available for moving around the premises. Swimming pool is very nice. Small lake and horse riding with bicycles.

My Son Loved the Zoo. Zoo assistant helped my son to feed horses,geese ,rabbits .
Villa was awesome with a fireplace.
Villa is right in like some sort of bird sanctury.
Was worth in overall.

Beautiful resort but the staff that go out of their way to make you feel special is what elevated the experience to wonderful.

Great place near to NCR for family, group or corporate outings! Big area and great landscaping. Take your own toiletry kit! Missing in the rooms!

Great place overall. Bathrooms in the room are little awkward with no doors

Good Things First-

Resort is very beautiful with nice golf carts/buggies to take you to rooms from the reception. Its a very big property with beautiful lush green lawns..

Lots of activities like go karting- Horse riding-Table Tennis- Cricket- Tambola in evenings.. Feeding Animals... Etc...

Rooms are very large and bathrooms are huge too..

Heard Lot of people saying food is not upto the mark but I personally found the food to be really good. I am very fussy with food options but the food was really yum though there should be more variety in A La Carte options as well.

Did Not Like-

Buggy service is available only during check in and check out.. It should be available more often specially for the aged

No Lights during the night hours- The resort is very dark after 6:30 pm and you have to switch on your phone lights to find your way to the room (This happens as it is an open resort and lighting will attract lot of mosquitos and insects)- They should find a way to lit up the place at night or make more buggy services available during night hours..

Food options are expensive and thats fine BUT the in room dining is charged at 1.5 times of restaurant dining.. We were not aware of same.. We ordered some dishes in room.. Expected to be billed for Rs 1,000 (As we ordered same dish in restaurant earlier) but were charged 1500 for same.. We did not argue much on this but thought it should have been at par with the restaurant pricing which is already very high..

Food quality ok ok,not great,breakfast buffet spread good ..a la carte expensive..ambience and rooms very clean and well maintained..a lot activities..room service very slow..front desk not so prompt..

The property is great for a short trip as it is nearby Delhi. Lot of open spaces, plus a small bird park as well for kids. Food was good.

Lovely place for a quick weekend getaway. It is a long drive from gurgaon. The place isn't crowded and hence provides solitude.

Serene atmosphere, well maintained, Good food, courteous staff and good service, peaceful surrounding.

Property is good. Two biggest flaws :

1. Service is worst.
2. It's too far.

Beautiful property for a weekend stay. Its really beautiful and calm out of the city chaos. It's has all the amenities inside only and you don't need to go out for anything. Really good for the group's coming in together and looking for spending some quality time. They have all types of rooms you are looking for from cottages to duplex.. one must visit.

Nice resort. largest Rooms are awesome and comfortable. Excellent staff, very courteous and polite. Beautiful property, very green, great food and restaurant options. The best part was the mini zoo where kids are allowed to feed the animals and hold some of them. Resort also features a good fitness room, tennis courts, spa, paid activities like go Karting and horse riding. Evening has options of moon gazing and Tambola. There a man made lake next doors. The resort features two pools, both of which are fun. There is one restaurant, which serves multi cuisine food. Food was the only let down for me. I had three meals there, and all 3 were horrible or sub par at best. This includes in room dining. Overall a good stay, and would recommend repeat visit in a group setting.

Everything is gud except they dont have enough buggys in the resort for room to room transport..

Nice place outside Delhi . Hotel has very good food . Service is good . Rooms should be reconditioned .

Large space. Bit expensive place for stay.
Good place for hangout with family, friends also for couples.
They also have mini zoo, billiards, lawn tennis, swimming pool, small cricket ground.
You can also go for Brunch between 12-3 PM.

A unique concept resort with emu's and other birds moving around in the vicinity. Luxury at its best.

Construction bin progress and approach road are concerns. A good property otherwise green with bougainvillea colouring the landscape some birds not natural to this region horse riding

The resort is luxurious and has very beautiful lawns. They provide buggy service for commuting within the resort. Food quality is good but service can be improved.

This resort is one of the best resort I have ever visited. There is so much we can do from horse riding to go-carting.

Rooms are clean and all staff are very good smiling face and namaste concept are very good because this is India.

This place is simply epic! It's good for shoots and a also a romantic getaway

This place is situated in Sohna, near Gurugram. The property is spread across a huge area. It also has lake/pond in the back side. There is a small animal farm with few birds like hen, ducks and other some birds, Guinea pigs, a turkey, ostrich, some domestic animals and a couple of horses.
There is a new activity area that has sports activities like go Karting, paint ball etc.
There is a sky watch as well which gives a birds eye view of the property.
This place is mostly occupied by either corporates or marriage functions.

Came as part of a organization offsite. The resort needs better upkeep. Also power backup was sporadic

Very poor service once i purchased a membership package. I cannot book a room for March in January. I cannot book a room for March in February last week. It's as if i am asking for a free room. And i was chased for the membership by sales guys

The place is alright. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. There's plenty of natural light in the rooms. The food is great. However, and a big however, the place is in need of urgent renovation/rebuild. The doors won't shut properly sometimes, the lawns could be maintained and replanted maybe. The whole vibe is old.
For the bomb they are charging, I need the place to be in sync with the times.

Long drive but totally worth it. Amazing property. An oasis of tranquility coupled with amazing service.

Good weekend resort with nature. Excellent rooms with privacy to each guest. Activities like go carting zip line etc need improvement.

I have always liked our stay at Westin. They have a small lake and few farm animals. A great weekend getaway and bird lovers can enjoy.
