Not transparent in terms of price, Keep changing the price, and tries his negotiation skill with farmers, cheape attitude to customers, commits for discount on next purchase but within 4 days claims that raw material price has changes and now we need to pay more. Quality of meterial has also degraded over a period of time. Need to hunt for a better replacement for this guys...
