Under Renovations. If you are wanting a real upscale hotel in downtown Dallas - make another selection. In fairness to the hotel - the entire place is under construction for a renovation. Since I was in a unrenovated room - it was clean but very dated, sports bar is over priced with bad service. Might be a nice place once construction is finished but today it is avg at best.

The staff at the front desk and employees I encountered providing services (e.g., housekeeping, room service) were incredibly friendly and helpful which is the only reason I am providing two stars. We were here for business and had a bad experience otherwise. The executive suite we had in the north tower was not conducive for holding meetings with eight people. It was hot, dark, narrow, and dated. It had a strange smell, too, like mildew. The room itself was clean but the decor and furniture were drab and worn. The experience may be different in other towers or smaller rooms but if your intent is to hold business meetings in this space, I would not count on the rooms as a place to meet. One of the main restaurants was slow to take orders and serve food. We had short breaks between meetings and were unable to find any places within the hotel to provide quick bites of decent food that did not have long lines. If considering holding a conference here with hundreds of attendees, this will be a major issue.

Check in was seamless even though the hotel was 100% booked. I was checked in and in my room within 30 minutes. Restaurants in the hotel are great. Location is super convenient to Love Field and the convention center. Staff was friendly and professional

Feels a bit "down" and is currently being renovated. At 21:00 there was no bar left, the concierge uselessly sent across the huge building. I hope that's not the norm.
The rooms are in order and high quality, everything was very clean.

While in Dallas on business I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 consecutive weeks (Aug 27 - Sep 23). Though I am low maintenance, the service I received from the desk representatives was good. There is a nice gym in the building and a convenient laundry room. The issue I had during my stay is that for 3 of the 4 weeks of my stay the water smelled like sewage. I wish I was exaggerating when I say it literally smelled like waste was coming from the faucet. I, for three weeks used bottled water as an alternative. In my personal opinion, full-service business hotels are a bit overrated, but my expectations were no where close to being met.

The hotel is nice but manager Rachael has horrible customer service so I would not return to this location. I m employed by white lodging who is contracted by Marriott so I receive hotel discounts. (Which I ve used over 20 times now with no issues)I received an email about having to have my discount card which I always do when booking, so I emailed her back sending it to her per her request. This was about 45 mins before I arrived to actually check in. All the information she needed was in the email. Once I arrived she still asked for the paper copy i had to scan it which was again no issue. I usually just have every hotel scan it and then they give it back to me. Everything was fine so I thought because she gave me my room key and checked me in. After maybe being in the room 15 mins there is a knock at the door and it was Rachel and a security guard. I opened it slightly because I was just in a bra and some shorts and Rachel asks to step inside and speak with me. I told her yeah sure one second though because the officer was a male and I didn t have a shirt on. So I was letting the door shut as I go get properly dressed to let them in. She stops the door from closing and starts entering. And I m like wait I don t have a shirt on but she doesn t care!!! (Both had no masks on) So I hurry up to find a shirt as they are still entering to throw on. She then proceeds to tell me that She ran my employee number multiple times and it turned up to someone in Boston and insisted I wasn t an employee and I was lying. I again showed her my card like no I m actually and employee and went into full detail about where I work and that it must be a mistake. She allows me a hour to get more proof so I end up calling my manager and turns out she was entering my Id wrong. When I called down to tell her my manager pulled me up she had already realized it was her mistake but instead of calling me she waited for me to call and didn t even apologize sincerely. If it weren t for my manager she would have more than likely kicked me out the hotel and that s ridiculous when it was her error not mine.

Massively overpriced. Parking at $21 when there is a lot just down the street half a block for $10. That lets you know what kind of a deal you're getting... oh and you'll have to pay for the internet.

My friend booked a room Saturday night the executive sweet for her birthday where we thought it would be great to have a girls night everything was going great even tho we was put in an room next door to cheerleaders who were practicing late night we never complained just tried to make the best of it we ll moments later security knocked on our door and advised us the cheerleaders had complained for noise how ironic it was so we turned down our music 10 minutes later security comes back and advised us they complained again at this point security advised us to maybe talk with the cheerleaders but at this point we were over it security came back 5 additional times to where it began to be harassment especially when security stated it s some nice looking women inside at this point we all felt very uncomfortable and unsafe John Norwood and
Quentin Gail s whom both made us unwelcomed one proceeded to advise he need to come take a look inside our room WE WAS SHOCKED SCARED AND THREATENED especially after the keneka Jenkins situation finding her dead in a hotel freezer just wasn t sitting right with us so we choose at that point due to the harassment that is not how you treat young black women you cannot use your authority to try to get over on people i wouldnt Stay here is i was Homeless!!!!

There were bugs in the south tower. If you stay in the north or central tower it seems to be ok. But stay away from the south tower. It's only a matter of time before the bugs take over completely.

Location is not as central as some of the other hotels in the city. Feels a but out of the way and not many food options within walking distance. The hotel is very big, appropriate for attending in house conferences but navigating to and within the hotel can get time consuming if all you want is quick exits in the morning to head to work or getting delivery from DoorDash. Renovations are currently under way. Access to concierge lounge is extra and not part of room rate.
10/3 - I am updating this review post my stay as during the stay I encountered an issue with bed bugs in my room. I was bitten and developed a severe allergic reaction in the middle of the night. The hotel manager and loss prevention officer were professional about steps taken to address the issue. However, there was no further follow up done by the hotel the next morning and my communication to customer service hasn't been responded to yet. No form of compensation or waiver of room charges etc. was also provided. I wouldn't want to risk staying at this hotel in the future given the circumstances.

Modern and updated Sheraton, looks great for conferences and business events but lacks a personal feel for social events. I stayed a night and found the room to be clean and we'll maintained, had a business capable desk as well as a good sized mini fridge. The parking was a little questionable as it was in a different building

The staff was incredibly friendly; from the folks at check in to pool and room service, everyone was just very gracious. The hotel is a little dated and I don't believe that all four star hotels are created equally but this was a good stay thanks to the team.

The stay was great! but it s sad how my brother lost his wallet and had $390 dollars in his wallet and was found and turned in to security with the money ! ( We had 2 workers form the hotel saying they saw the money with there own eyes when they turned it in to security ) and is sad how they hotel or no one will do anything about it. Be careful when you lose something in this hotel you might not get it back the own people that work there will keep it !!! They also didn t want to give us a report about it.

Been here a few times, good hotel, good at taking care of you. The food in the bar is good and too over priced. My stays have been for a few weeks at a time and have not had a bad experience, I'll keep coming back.

Unfortunately the establishment is not wheelchair friendly. The thick padding on the carpet prevents manual wheelchairs from using the inertia generated from a previous expenditure of energy to roll. So each time I rolled forward it was a struggle. My body feels like I had a very strenuous workout last night. The entry doors on the second floor from the parking structure do not have an automatic opening mechanism, so that is a barrier. The third difficult situation that I encountered last night was the shameful excuse for a an ADA accessible toilet in the men's restroom on the second floor close to the escalators. The ADA safety bars are not even close to the toilet. The one ADA toilet out of at least 30 urinals and toilets must have been an after thought designed with a goal of minimal expenditure of funds to satisfy ADA requirements without consulting the actual people who will be using it. I will have to seriously consider attending another function at your establishment.

Newly remodeled, fair price and food was good but over priced like always for a downtown hotel. No microwave nor refrigerator in any room, forces you to eat out with few options or bare the price of the hotel restaurant and bar.

We stayed here for business, and it was an extremely great experience all around. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the room was nice and had a fantastic view! We were on one of the higher floors, and I ve had experienced with some rooms at other hotels struggling to stay cool during the summer months, but our room stayed pleasantly cool despite the summer heat. There was no microwave but there was a mini-fridge, so that s definitely a plus. The restaurants were really nice, and the mini-market was actually reasonably priced for quick snacks, coffee, etc. Highly recommend if you are spending time downtown.

This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas. There are many options for restaurants and things to do very close. The service at the hotel is friendly and very helpful. All in all great location with great rooms and great food in the hotel itself.

Overall a good experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a bit of a dated feel to it however. While being a sprawling complex, it also feels difficult to find a way in to. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, now that I know how to get inside.

Attended Animefest 2018 as a vendor and overall the experience was great as have the past few years attending this event at this location. Staff was friendly finding the locations of things we needed e.g. the business center. Parking, however, was a bit of a hassle due to the construction/valet at the entrance and garage. Looking forward to attending again and hopefully the construction will be done next year.

Stayed a week for a business trip. Great place to stay. Beds are very comfortable. The pillows were soft like a fluffy cloud.

The Kitchen Table restaurant was a little bit over priced for the breakfast buffet, but Peet's Coffee & Tea had a variety of drinks Hot and Cold Drinks plus breakfast items too.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sure you elect to Go Green. You'll receive $5 free each day. Ask the hotel staff for more details

The night before our truck arrived, my roommate got in, with no bags, other than his laptop/overnight bag and he left an expensive phone charger, his h2o bottle from Hawaii (souvenir cup) and his dirty underwear in the room as he went to meet with the truck for the load in the next morning. Upon return to the room later the morning of the load in, he discovers the room has been completely cleaned, and all of his belongings were gone. He went down to the front desk to let them know, and they said, sorry, we don t know wat happened and offered him a generic charger (lost and found) and a new Sheraton branded generic looking water bottle. This was their resolution . No asking of the person who cleaned the room, no nothing.

This is negligence, and no one took responsibility. Where did these things go???

Comfortable and clean. Close to everything you may want to do downtown. The resteraunts and bars are resonably priced and the quality of service is exactly what I want. Starbucks coffee in you room ( enough for 4 cups daily) room is clean and no blue light fluorescence that I could see if you know what I mean.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! Apon arrival we were informed that our reservation wasn't updated when we thought we were going to have two beds, and the wonderfull front desk worker Stacia took care of it without any hesitation. She was by far the best example of perfection when it comes to hospitality and professionalism! Thank you so much Stacia! You are the best!!

Wonderful hotel. Captivating hotel. I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Miami and even missing a beach this hotel in Dallas was a treat. Many great employees and amenities of course.(Dallas is a food City) Because of the Texas heat my A/C needed maintenance and Jose Sanchez N. served my room with excellence. Tremendous IMMEDIATE service by an incredible staff. If you stay at this great hotel, please take the time to ask for Jose by name and shake his hand. Many great men go unnoticed. Please assist me in avoiding such a fate for Jose S.N. and please choose the Sheraton for your stay in Dallas. (P.S. no - this wasn't paid for by Sheraton, and no, I'm not drunk ) "life's short - not boring"
