Jay Cee Review of Star Chrysler
My wife and father-in-law recently purchased a use...
My wife and father-in-law recently purchased a used 2010 Dodge Journey at this dealership. The tires were run down but "supposedly" passed expectation, so they refused to supply new tires as a courtesy. An extended warranty was purchased. Issues were found with the truck, the truck was brought in twice to address the issue and the it was never fixed. Theresa, the woman in charge of making appointments for any vehicle to be fixed, never remembers anything. The man that claims to be the manager of the service department, Steve, spoke to my wife in an unprofessional and rude way. My wife was asking for a loaner or rental for the day because we have kids to travel with, and Steve's response to her was "after 5 months, now is that you tell us there's something wrong with the car?" Meanwhile this is our third time that this truck is being turned in to get fixed! The funny thing is that the issues were never fixed the first two times the truck was turned in!!!! No one seems to have their facts straight. Unprofessional attitude. Now it appears that they are trying to run down the warranty coverage to have this truck fixed or many at this dealership can care less about the conditions of the car before selling it. All they care about is sells!!!
All this and we spent $15,000 on this truck.
