I printed some PVC stickers and I was completely dissatisfied !!
60 of these were badly printed, with streaks and the totality of the stickers if exposed to only after 2 weeks they are almost illegible as far as they fade !!
So I advise you not to print anything with them !! they are incompetent and not very correct !!

If I didn't get the idea of counting one by one the 2500 + 2500 flyers ordered (tenth order) I didn't realize that in reality they were 2270.
Open the dispute before REFUND offer for 48 euro about to accept it and then decide instead without asking anything to close everything with a DISCOUNT of 39 for a future order.
3 years that I use them and always worse .... goodbye!

Negative experience for the uninteresting way my purchase was handled.
I purchased an aluminum sign that arrived folded and therefore unusable.
The company has discharged the responsibility on me because whoever collected it did not immediately report the damage to the courier and therefore does not want to proceed with the refund.
The packaging was clearly inadequate for the type of goods, packaging that still make you pay.
Money thrown away.
I strongly advise against it.

I state that the files have not even gone to print...

I state that the files have not even gone to print and therefore I do not judge the quality, but the lack of desire and professionalism of the employees. They didn't go to press because:
1) I sent the files before purchase for a feasibility check, with a positive result

2) I purchased and paid for processing in 1 day

3) they tell me that the work is not feasible then I call them to indicate that I had already shown them before and then I was told that the files were shown to the production and that if for them they were feasible then no problem

4) I called the next day to confirm that the production had given the go ahead and confirmed yes

5) I get another 2 days after the communication that the files are not good

6) I am asked to remove some writings, but I must send these writings to the press and if you are not able to do so you could immediately say so and I turned to other printers.

7) I am told that I had sent several files for verification and then I feel even more taken for a ride and then I repeat the screen of the mail and they are silenced

8) in all this I lost more than a week behind few professionals.

9) thank goodness there is a lot of competition and I found more serious people that I would gladly list related websites on, but it doesn't seem quite right to do it.

THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO FIND OTHER, ON THE INTERNET YOU ARE VERY BETTER!

PS: I had been their client for years and I often had problems of "respecting the timing" or "quality of the prints", but this time really enough

Never again, zero respect for the customer. Experience completely reversed compared to previous years. They are not what they used to be.
I have been a customer of stampaprint for several years. When I sent an incorrect file (a low resolution image or an incorrect size has happened several times), they called me to warn me that the file was not going well. Even several times in the past few years they have fixed my slight imperfections without making me pay anything, even if it was a paid service. I was perfectly satisfied with their service.
For a year now it looks like another company. Every time I send files, they never go well, even if they had already printed them in previous orders. Obviously it is all a pretext for a shabby new policy to have a double advantage: they want to pay the service of 15 of graphics (usually they say they have to scale 6 mm which they say maybe they could be cut), and they use this pretext to block the print delaying the same. Which was unacceptable for me during the last order I placed on November 28th and that I had paid for delivery in three days (thus paying an extra) instead of 6 and that remained blocked, until the 5th I saw an email in the Gmail spam which said that the order was blocked. It is not my fault that lately their emails, Gmail sends them in spam instead of inbox as it happened before. Obviously there will be a reason.
I had to postpone the files two more times (which until a year ago would have gone very well and that they printed without stories) with consequent delays that became decisive for me. Having ordered everything on the 28th, they told me that the goods would arrive on December 11th. WITH A 3GG DELIVERY ORDER (with increased cost) BE WELL. Once I received the correct files (I sent them as soon as I found the email and called them) They were careful not to shorten the delivery time. I also asked him to pay extra but nothing, they told me he was under christmas and that they couldn't. After calling them on the 5th, a certain Luca told me that the only thing he could do was give me the tracking to collect them directly at the stationary mail gls, after my specific request email. Mail that I sent immediately. Without having an answer. Two days later, 5 minutes before they closed, I called them back for an answer because they had not sent me the tracking number. A guy with a rare arrogance replies, telling me that they didn't send him via GLS and basically it's all my fault. I got very angry, as well as damaged they also made fun of me. Because he had the courage to tell me he was going to send me the tracking number right now, 5 minutes after the closing of December 7th. Tracking that arrived punctually ten minutes later, but obviously after the telephone fight, he sent only to protect himself and to be able to write below that he respected his commitments. Reading the other reviews I saw many other discontents to which stampaprint responded with the usual arrogance that recently distinguishes it. I am sure they will respond to mine with as much sufficiency, arrogance and lies. I have no reason to write such a review except because they treated me more than badly. Do not buy from them, do not believe the answer they will write to the present. Luckily there is a lot of competition around, go to others, even if it costs a little more. These people no longer deserve to work.
They damaged me a lot and disrespected me as a company and a client, as well as making me very angry without reason.
Don't believe their answer. Take care to satisfy customers instead of refuting negative reviews! Shame!

We have worked with stamprint for almost a year. I had 80% of my orders shipped late. Two of the orders had arrived more than a week late and therefore completely useless for us, even if I paid for the fast shipping.

My last order made 3 weeks ago never came! I have contacted the company in every possible way. After hours and hours of effort to be able to talk to someone, I finally received a very sad reply:

"Good morning, we can not do anything else, we have already received feedback from BRT, there is a proof of delivery, and a report from the carrier. RnI would say that we cannot provide further confirmation. Rn We have done everything in our power to resolve the problem , we are sorry for your discontent, but all documents certify that the material has been printed by us and delivered by BRT. Best regards."

They're basically telling me that they printed and sent the little boy. It never came to me but it's not their responsibility.

I spent 54 for fast shipping without refund of expenses. They didn't offer me a refund.
Unfortunately, this is not a brute experience. Your company does not intend to work professionally.

I recommend everyone to print with pixartprinting, a fantastic, less expensive and very professional company.

Taxation is their sin.
In my opinion, in some cases they should intervene in person when the situation requires it.
Instead they refer to an automated process in any situation, with great discomfort for the customer.
However, they deserve a 4-star rating without a doubt, for the quality / price ratio and the seriousness of the company.

Zero professionalism from this company, I ordered goods from them, once the package arrived, containing the signs, I paid as agreed. The package was intact but inside it was completely destroyed either because of the packaging or because of the courier. However in the end after several emails saying it was our fault that we had not signed with reservations. In the end we were blamed for having nothing to do and money not even paid for the shadow. Don't work with them. You only waste time and money.

Bad timing and wrong call center service useless. I ordered and paid 500 for my illuminated sign in.consegna for August 3rd and today there is no one who knows anything about anything. Not only did it not reach me, but the call center bounced off its responsibilities, promising recalls that didn't happen. I paid 80 more to have it delivered yesterday and today they can't even tell me if they produced it. Bad service, bad everything. I will not recommend it to anyone!

The only flaw, really uinica, the scotch of paper that ruined the back of the print but fortunately it was to cut out. Really really super recommended

I ordered notebooks with a personalized cover. The certificate was a little longer than that promised and also the notepads arrived without a cover.
Obviously I immediately contacted the assistance and they promised me the correct goods within 5 days. And so it was.
The quality of products and prints is good (although a couple of covers have small spots, but only a couple out of 50).
As for the first expedition, I think it is a mistake that can happen, I am sure it is a more unique than rare event.
For this reason I hope to be able to get 5 stars at the next opportunity.
