Bad service. We received 1000 different business cards, with cuts off-center and oblique. From the assistance service they told us that it falls into normality. They have cheap prices but a bad press service. We will not repeat any kind of printing with them at all.
The service is there and the quality of the sign is not bad. The problem is that it was very tiring to be able to provide the correct file (my fault that I am not practical) when he was wrong for a centimeter, when for a few millimeters, a lot of time and several mailings passed before he could find the way right. When the box finally arrived outside it was MASSACRATA ... I was afraid to open it and I signed the receipt of the package with reserve. Once opened I saw that it was scraped and damaged m all in all a little compared to what I thought seeing the packaging (really battered) and I decided to keep it anyway for the simple reason that being high and far from sight you will not notice too much ruined parts, considering that if I sent them back I would have to lose too much time and energy ... I gave up. Not bad product but for me everything else was very bad quality

The quality of the print is good, but I have made premium points to match front and back, one side the print was made a millimeter lower, thus jeopardizing the cutting of points ... precision leaves something 'to be desired.

I state that I have for a sector of lithographic printing for over 40 years. In the 80s I was director of a lithography (Grafica Futura of Villa Zaccheo) for 15 of years and then realizing a graphic design and prepress studio. I am a strong opponent of digital printing that does not offer the reliability of offset printing.
In this company, I found an ideal mix; that is the speed and the low costs of digital printing (for small runs) together with the best quality of professional lithographic printing. The user interface of the site is also unexceptionable. Really congratulations to all your staff.

According to them, the delay in delivery was due to the transport company. The problem is that they don't give you the option of working with another. That said, the work did not come for the event so everything that was done and PAID as an urgent service, did not help, they did not even have the detail to pay the difference between normal and urgent service. They sent me the sign for my ROTTA shop and they don't take responsibility for it so I will support another company to do it again but the money has taken them all.
I ordered some front and back prints and at the time of delivery the BRT courier tells me that you have to pay 325 euros in cash on delivery. After acknowledging the error as a result of my report, Stampaprint advised the courier who delayed delivery by one day and this greatly compromised the work I had to do. When commissioning a double-sided print or other Stampaprint products it provides a layout of instructions to create the file that is not absolutely clear, you have to be a graphic designer or a typographer to understand the direction of the file to obtain a print conforming to the requests. Result the front and back print with the backside upside down compared to what it should have been. So the printing is unusable. Better to rely on a copy shop near your home, even if it is more expensive, rather than having to spend hours on the phone chasing after the inefficient BRT courier which Stampaprint continues to use. This way of working is absurd and I hope that people will wake up and no longer make use of your unclear service and the fact that you care highly about the customer's needs and what is worse, you continue to use a totally incompetent courier like you. Shame on you.
Product arrived 8 days late, opened the package was visibly damaged, so impossible to use for the event of the same evening. Bad figure with the customer. Requested reimbursement, if their hands were washed badly saying it was the fault of the courier, and especially our fault because we had to accept the package with reserve. Incorrectly because they impede the consumer warranty right, claiming that if the consumer does not write on the delivery receipt of the shipper the phrase "acceptance with reservation" does not apply the guarantee because the customer has accepted the product in the state in which it was : pity that the product was packed (and therefore not visible) and that this contrasts both with the consumer code and with the civil code. Therefore, to exclude the guarantee because the consumer has not accepted delivery with reservation is illegitimate. So it will follow formal challenge. Also very rude customer service and reports and the poor quality product itself. AVOID IT AND BUY FROM OTHER MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL ON-LINE SERVICES.

Specifying that: we have not charged the cost to our customer for YOUR ERROR, because regardless of who is to blame, if you or the carrier, you can not absolutely pay the final customer, but you have to see it internally because the carrier you chose it AND IT IS YOUR SUPPLIER, WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Regarding the order number we have already sent and will send all the necessary material in your official channels and by registered mail with official complaint made by qualified people and we will understand who is right. Apart from this the demonstration of your unprofessional approach lies in the fact that you prefer to discharge faults on your supplier and not reimburse the customer evidently dissatisfied by your disservice / product, rather than looking for a meeting point. That said, even if you can not repay us those euros that are due to us, we will definitely never use your service again and we will strongly advise against it. Being an agency, we work very often with your competitors and honestly it is the first time that such a thing happens to us! REPEAT GO TO OTHERS, AVOID STAMPAPRINT.

I have used this supplier for some jobs. Pray that there are no problems because if you should have even a very small problem, forget to have REASON or to ask for some kind of refund as a penalty.
Their famous "complaints office" is nothing more than a PC that answers with pre-set emails .... and if you want to talk to them .... forget it because the switchboard will tell you that "NO ONE CAN PASS THERE"!

the print came as sharp and detailed as I had hoped, the colors are slightly different from those I had expected but in general I am very satisfied!
Here is a panel paid 100 euros and has become rectangular to circular thanks to their trusted courier. Seeing the package strangely curved, I immediately reported the anomaly to the BRT driver, telling him that a curved package meant a curved panel, since it was made of metal. AT this point the driver asks me to collect the goods I wanted to refuse anyway, but to sign with reserve. Thing done. But when I then contacted both Stampaprint and Bartolini, I was told that according to their driver's report everything was ok. Then a rebound of responsibility started which I was the loser and I looked for another printer, even if all in all satisfied with them. To be very annoying is that little lesson they give you to convince you that you're wrong. Fortunately there is a lot of choice, online expertise from other companies.

Personally I found the online file insertion program (GRAPP) imprecise: intuitive interface, but does not allow any corrections and does not show the actual print result. If possible to improve, such as the quality of the shipping packaging.

I sent the file for printing an outdoor doormat for a store. Starting from the fact that there were shipping problems and therefore the product arrived 15 days late and all the inconvenience that followed, once the package was opened the doormat had completely unpacked colors compared to the file sent. The professional verification had been made, paid and successfully passed. When contacted for assistance I was told that this was the best result for them and the press was correct. Now after spending less than 76 I find myself with a doormat with a printed graphic completely different from that of the company. And I have to keep it that way because, according to them, that's right. At a minimum, specify it in some note that colors will be changed at will during printing would be at least courteous and helpful. But never again.

So if it was July 1st, the expedition started yesterday July 11th. You have not lied about this. As for the press, I think then you have the wrong job if you can not recognize colors correctly. I was a good customer with different orders, but on 06/24/2019 I received a large damaged sign, even if already paid, unfortunately I noticed it too late and therefore the only solution redo the sign but only with discount , I agree and this time with payment on delivery, teaches again damaged, but this time I waited for the courier to check and therefore I did not accept the same. To date 26/09/2019 are still awaiting a response as Stampaprint awaits reimbursement from the courier. 3 months have passed and despite having paid the first sign around 250.00, today they answer me like this:
Stampaprint We are in the phase of practical definition with BRT, we would like to clarify that the resolution times have been lengthened as the damage declaration procedure has not been performed as scheduled.

Embarrassing situation. As on the other hand, unfortunately with guilty delay, I evoke reading many other negative reviews. I should have read them first: the hope is that it will be useful to other users.
We ask you to print commercial material with delivery within 1 day. On March 20, delivery scheduled for March 22. Obviously it was a professional urgency. On the 22nd, not moving a leaf, we write to understand what is happening. They reply with copy / paste saying that they apologize for the "extraordinary" delay (which instead I deduce from other reviews to be a habit). And in apologizing .... they make themselves available to calculate the tariff difference between 1 day and 3 days! Ridiculous because if the urgency was to have the material in 1 day, it is not clear what the useless material is for in the short term. We point out this aspect and they respond animatedly, closing the ticket independently and specifying that it has already been a kindness to give a voucher, of 17 Euros (which, among other things, you are obliged to spend in 60 days). Obviously we do not limit ourselves to the negative review: we also proceed legally and inform the directors of the company whose references we recover in these hours from the Chamber of Commerce registration: but who do they think they are making fun of? I repeat: embarrassing.
